I love this place because the workers there helped me pick a good bike suitable for me and also taught me how to ride even when I was about to punk out. read more

I take all my motorcycles to Norcal Cycles. Alfred always provides excellent service and can find any part you need. Warren consistently does fantastic work and keeps my bikes running like new. The price is reasonable and they don't jerk you around like the big dealerships. Freddie helped me sell my wife's Ninja 300 quickly and without any hassles. This is the first motorcycle shop I can really trust. Come by Norcal if you need parts, service, or want a good deal on a bike. You won't regret it. read more

Integrity - If I had to choose one word to describe the Norcal Cycles team. I had a bit of an unconventional motorcycle buying experience and the integrity of Freddie, Warren and the rest of the Norcal team was highlighted throughout the experience. There were two minor hiccups with communication about sales price and paperwork that could have completely derailed the sale and my feelings about the experience, but Freddie, Warren and the team went out of their way to ensured that didn't happen! They went so far as to drive me to a personal appointment 30 minutes away, waited in the car for me to finish, and drove me back while the team got the paperwork straightened out. They honored gentlemen agreements and ultimately left me feeling confident about my purchase decision. I cannot recommend Freddie, Warren and the Norcal team more! They are a group of down to earth, real, authentic individuals with the utmost integrity. They counter all the used vehicle salesman stereotypes. Gentlemen and Ladies of Norcal, thank you for everything and getting me back on two wheels! #NoItsNotHisBike! :) read more

I worked here for about 5 months as a tech. There is Some serious motorcycle gurus working here. It was great working with guys who really know what they are doing, I learned a lot from all of them. Just an Excellent and solid team of dudes. They were also super fair to the customers with competitive prices and no half-assing anything in this shop. It was always quality work and done in a timely fashion. ML&R Mac Damon of BNRMC read more

This is most likely the best place for your motorcycle needs. Seriously. I've taken my bike to quite a few places for maintenance and repair, and I've been completely satisfied with NCC. I didn't feel satisfied AT ALL when I took it to other places. The employees at NCC are professional and courteous. I took it in for a routine check-up and they were very detailed about their inspections. They also have great prices (so I don't know about the review complaining about that). People say it's hard to find a good mechanic for their car, but it's even harder to find a trust-worthy motorcycle shop, and it's such a relief that I found it here. Sounds really corny, but I don't care. I think they're awesome. read more

This is the place to go. Support your local motorcycle shop !!!! Even though I live in San Francisco, I would rather come here and support this motorcycle service center. Rob is the service manager, he is very down to earth. They are honest about the price they charge. 90 dollars and hour for labor. Most of the places I've gone to are all above that. I bought an exhaust and Pazzo levers today. Rob said he is going to install it for free. Wow, when do you ever hear that? All i know is, this place is awesome, I plan on going here for most of my needs on my bike. read more

Bought a used motor to repair my motorcycle. The original ad did not state any damage, but when I arrived Freddy and Daniel pointed out some damage that they noticed when they pulled the motor. They immediately offered a partial refund to compensate for the damage. Great service, friendly shop. Adhered to Covid-19 protocols as well. I will definitely be doing business with them again. read more

My review is based off the OWNER and his new policy...which I would give a ONE star for. Warren, the mechanic is great...he gets five stars. Since I bought my bike I've probably spent $1,500 or more at this shop...and that is within a one year span. I had no reason to look anywhere else, until my latest experience. I was having a slight handling issue and I wanted to get an opinion before I had any work done. I was told over the phone that it would be $200 to look at my bike. WTF??? I wasn't sure any work was necessary...just wanted an opinion and a quick look. He said he could drop it to $100 but that was all. He mentioned that the owner is now charging for all estimates...that is their new policy. Well, that policy sucks. Hey Mr Owner....you lost a loyal customer due to your new policy. Your neighbor a few blocks away took a look at my bike right away...even took it out for a test ride and determined there was nothing wrong....AND gave me some suggestions to help the ride!! What did they charge? NOTHING. They now get my business. Good luck with your new POLICY! read more

Good guys that don't try to sell you stuff ya don't need. They did a custom map on my cbr10rr and tuned it some for me after I rode and had input. The custom map was less money then some of the other tuning places quoted me and I was treated like we'd been riding buddies for years. They were recommended to me via word of mouth and I've already sent friends of mine there. Good job guys!!! read more

I was in the market for a new fearing kit for my Suzuki GSXR-750 and was on the fence about buying an after market kit or sticking with OEM. The problem with a lot of the fearing kits is they are poorly designed and a royal pain to install. Thankfully, I found NorCal Cycles. Robert spent almost an hour with me looking at various fearing kits, options, etc.. I found the kit I wanted, but it was the wrong color scheme. Robert worked with me to make sure each part was the right color and it matched my Gixxer almost to the tee. They installed the kit in a day and it looks perfect! Thanks, Robert and NorCal Cycles! read more

This place is Awsome. I was in the market for my first motorcycle, and Freddie hooked it up. They didn't have the bike I wanted. Freddy tells me, "not a problem, he's going to get some more bikes, what do I want?" long story short I put down a refundable deposit. Freddie sends me pictures of a few bikes and finds a 650 vulcan s abs. Bike is a dream and the price was great. I highly suggest this place for people that want great deals on used motorcycles, beginners or long time riders are guna have a great time. read more

Found a listing on Craigslist in regards to a bike for sale. Their response time was excellent. Answered all my questions with complete details. Set up an appointment to see bike, kept in contact throughout week, opened up shop on their lunch to handle appointment. Freddy and his team were very pleasant to deal with. Definitely a team environment. Workable on price, processed paperwork quickly. Definitely recommend NorCal. read more

This place is great! I saw a listing for a super cool scooter they had online. I called ahead of time to discuss pricing and the customer service just over the phone alone was great. I drove an hour to get there and was immediately greeted by the guy I spoke to over the phone. They were willing to negotiate price with me until we found a price that worked for both of us. I felt very well taken care of. The hour drive was totally worth it. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for my new toy! read more

excellent experience, took my HD Sportster to get a few additions and the tech Warren was awesome, friendly and straight up, no nonsense about what my bike needed he and the 2 other associates (Will) were SUPER helpful they assisted with getting the parts i needed and quoted me a decent price. He even called me back when he noticed a slight discrepancy in the charges they made after i left and straightened it out. An over all great experience, strongly recommend them to anyone, Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. read more

About a year and a half ago I took my new to me 2004 Kawasaki KLR 650 to Norcal Cycles and told them that I - 1. Didn't know much about bikes and 2. I'd like them to look over the bike and fix whatever needed to be fixed because I was about to leave on a very long trip. In hindsight I probably should have stressed how little I knew about bikes because they should have told me I needed a new chain but I appreciated that they didn't try and talk me into a ton of work I didn't need. They replaced one of my seals and did a special mod to the bike I specifically requested and very shortly after that I left on a 16,000 mile ride without any kind of incident that could have been prevented at their shop. I think maybe 8,000 miles down the road my alternator went out but that was again not something Norcal could have prevented. This review is basically to say that I trust them and that I will be taking my (same) bike back to them in a few weeks to replace my radiator. read more

I found Nor-Cal Cycles after a deal with another dealership fell through. Called to ask about availability on one of their pre-owned bikes and spoke with Freddie. He was awesome! Freddie was polite, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! We drove down that same day and bought the bike. This was my boyfriend's first purchase, and Freddie took the time to walk him through the basics, gave great advice on safety, and just went the extra mile. He even delivered the bike to us the same night! I can't recommend Nor-Cal Cycles enough. They genuinely care and are great guys. Freddie will take care of you! He's the best! read more

There isn't much more to be said that others haven't already. I stopped in today to pick up a battery for my Monster, and Rob couldn't have been more helpful. He gave me all the options, explained all the pros and cons, but never tried to persuade or "up-sell" me. He was incredibly down to earth and immediately made me feel comfortable there. Coming from the east coast, I was expecting the same kind of "inner circle" motorcycle shop type of vibes you usually find, but it was the exact opposite. They don't specialize in Ducati's, but after my brief interaction and what's been written about them here, I'd absolutely trust them and give them a shot. More to come, but so far, so awesome. read more

My 16yo lowsided his 01 f4i, low speed and thankful he wasn't hurt but he got the opportunity to learn about replacement parts. This pandemic has been tough on both finding and price for replacement parts. Freddie was awesome with helping us find what we needed and very responsive. Pricing was a little higher than I wanted, but what isn't right now? Just glad we could get the boy back on 2 wheels quickly. read more

This place is solid! I'm looking for my fist bike and they were patient with me. They even let me put a 48 hour hold on a bike I was looking at because I didn't want to make an impulse buy. NorCal Cycles are absolutely amazing! The prices are great, the staff super-professional and the work they did on my bike was first class. My bike was running off a base map for a little bit, but I was recommended by a couple friends to get a tune by Warren at NCC. Though the base map afr wasn't dangerously lean, I was able to feel a world of a difference after the correction, partial throttle and power delivery was way smoother throughout the whole powerband and just makes my bike brap like crazy. Covid 19 protocols were all adhered, everyone had a mask on and socially distant within reason. Super friendly and knowledgable staff, HIGHLY recommend. read more

A year ago, I came to NorCal Cycles to buy my first bike, a CRF230M. I had such a great experience last time, that this weekend, I went back to NCC to buy my second bike, a DRZ400SM. Again, Freddie, Alfie, Warren and the rest of the NCC crew gave me excellent customer service and made me feel comfortable while going through the process of buying a new bike. While I shopped for the new bike and test rode one DRZ, Alfie performed a routine service on my CRF, as well as installed a rack on the DRZ that I ended up choosing. All of this plus delivery of my new bike (by Warren's rad new transformer-like truck!) was done within the day. Best day ever! read more

These guys were awesome! I took my bike in to have it dyno tuned. I called ahead and they simply told me to bring my bike in in the morning and they would have it finished by the end of the day. The process was very simple on my end which was nice because it was my first time in the shop and getting anything dyno'd. The results of their tuning made a massive impact on my bike. My engine kit provider told me I should expect 93-95hp and they were able to squeeze 102hp out of it. Incredible! read more

Towed my 2012 Harley Davidson Nightster to get a leaking oil hose changed and to get my primary and engine oil changed. I'll definitely be coming back here for my install and service needs. Thanks NorCal cycles! read more
