Terrible customer service. Long delays. High prices. They charged me 400$ for 1 week storage, had to call the cops on them to drop it to 200$. And that's after calling them and informing I couldn't pick the bike when they got it ready because I was out of town ! They had almost no bikes on they're shop also. There are other much better shops not far from this place that will take good care of you. P.s. Like I said, terrible customer service. You serviced my CBR 929 a few times, had long delays and high prices. Always had excuses that I had to accept. When I needed something from you I got a 400$ bill for storage. No I'm not calling, not going there again and I'm specially telling my friends and everyone else not to go either. read more

Highly recommend talking to NorCal Cycles if you're looking for a used bike. I first spoke with Freddy over the phone and we discussed pricing on that first call. Freddy was up-front, helpful, and ultimately showed that he was willing to work with me, which is what brought me into the dealership. After looking at the bike I was interested in, I negotiated on price with Freddy and there was no haggling or BS. We completed the purchase and I rode the bike home the same day. After the purchase, Freddy showed me around the shop and I was impressed at the size of the service operation. I took my bike in to have the ignition fixed after someone tried to steal it. I contacted them and spoke to Alfie. I took it in Saturday and wasn't expecting to have my bike fixed for two weeks or so but I got a call after three days that my bike was ready. Alfie was very informative and friendly. Their showroom guys were also informative as my girlfriend and I were asking them questions about a specific bike. They were honest about it which in the sales industry is rare. Freddie and the dudes from Norcal Cycle are the shiznit! These guys are so down to earth and righteous that karma cant mess with their flowjo! From the first time I talked to Freddie on the phone till i left the store he was polite, professional and offered me a cold refreshing bottle of water while i waited for the bike to get cleared and ready to load into my truck. Not only did i get that dope bottle of water, freddie even hooked me up with some high quality tie down rath ed straps with the custom bar end ties so i didnt have to worry about hooks on my new baby! On top of all that he even helped me load the bike and taught me how to use the new ratchet straps that I just bought. Did i mention that these dudes got a full shop and a dyno? Honestly.... I was skeptical at first, I feel most are buying things from a dealer. Unfortunately too often dealerships abuse the trust of their customers to just sell whatever they can, as fast as they can. BUT NOT NOR-CAL cycles. right upon entering I was greeted by Rey who just asked if I needed anything and didn't pressure anything what so ever. After a bit of looking around I went up to him again and he kindly helped answer my questions regarding the bike I was looking at. Man... when I tell you that this place is awesome, take my word for it! Awesome! (I'll be using that word several more times) Freddie welcomed me from the first step into the building! Everyone was adhering to all of the COVID-19 safety protocols (masks, hand sanitizer, social distancing, etc.) Freddie was just straight up cool and knowledgeable! I've been in the market for a bike and found myself browsing Norcal Cycles inventory online. I was looking to inquire with them on a few bikes and just sent a message one night. No more than 2 minutes later I received a text from Freddie letting me know he got the message and he was looking forward to connecting when I was available. I thought for sure it was a automated message. It definitely was not. Freddie is not a salesman.. He is a customer service extraordinaire. He could not have been more patient or attentive while helping me ensure we were getting the right bike. He did not look to steer me one way but provided answers and input. I decided on a bike and we started the purchasing process. I cannot tell you how awesome and patient Freddie was through this process. I spent over a year trying to sell my bike on Craigslist. Not actively, but I'd post it whenever I had time, and someone would respond, and then reschedule, and then cancel, and a few months would pass before I would get around to it again. In the meantime, the bike gathered dust, cobwebs and rust. The battery died. I ended up bringing it to Norcal Cycles to sell on consignment. Somehow they sold it in less than a week, in February (who buys bikes in February?). It must have been the rainiest February in a decade. Integrity - If I had to choose one word to describe the Norcal Cycles team. I had a bit of an unconventional motorcycle buying experience and the integrity of Freddie, Warren and the rest of the Norcal team was highlighted throughout the experience. There were two minor hiccups with communication about sales price and paperwork that could have completely derailed the sale and my feelings about the experience, but Freddie, Warren and the team went out of their way to ensured that didn't happen!
