Nothing but good things to say about Norcal cycles. Everyone was helpful and answered all of my questions about buying my first motorcycle--Freddie made the process easy and straightforward, and gave me a great, fair price on a used bike. Norcal seems to be one of the only motorcycle shops left on the peninsula, and I'm glad they're around. read more

The best and only spot to fix your bike. The only way to go! Great vibe and no bullshit

Terrible customer service. Long delays. High prices. They charged me 400$ for 1 week storage, had to call the cops on them to drop it to 200$. And that's after calling them and informing I couldn't pick the bike when they got it ready because I was out of town ! They had almost no bikes on they're shop also. There are other much better shops not far from this place that will take good care of you. P.s. Like I said, terrible customer service. You serviced my CBR 929 a few times, had long delays and high prices. Always had excuses that I had to accept. When I needed something from you I got a 400$ bill for storage. No I'm not calling, not going there again and I'm specially telling my friends and everyone else not to go either. read more

Best motorcycle repair/oil change spot in the area. I'm really sick and tired of Motorcycle Madness and their terrible customer service because they screwed me a couple times. Not going to go into details because they'll know who I am. Anyways, this place is great and they do all kinds of work. Call them and explain what you want done and they will help you. Thank you guys for your hard work. read more

Highly recommend talking to NorCal Cycles if you're looking for a used bike. I first spoke with Freddy over the phone and we discussed pricing on that first call. Freddy was up-front, helpful, and ultimately showed that he was willing to work with me, which is what brought me into the dealership. After looking at the bike I was interested in, I negotiated on price with Freddy and there was no haggling or BS. We completed the purchase and I rode the bike home the same day. After the purchase, Freddy showed me around the shop and I was impressed at the size of the service operation. While I have not yet used NorCal Cycles for service they will be my first call when the time comes. And thank you to Rey for prepping the bike after purchase. read more

Great work done by these guys, dropped my R7 off yesterday for an exhaust and tune and they exceeded my expectations with the results the next day. I 100% recommend these guys if you're looking to buy or get something done with your bike read more

Purchased an item off eBay and picked up locally. Staff was extremely helpful and ended up buying more than I went in for . Would absolutely recommend for any cycle needs new or old. Mine was for a 1974 Honda and they had more than I expected. read more

Freddie handled all the paperworks fast and easy, very well explained on details/options

The worst feeling is when you try to accelerate and you see the rpms jump, but you go no where. Yup... the clutch was starting to slip. You can't trust your motorcycle with just anyone. Its your baby after all. I walked in to get a quote and schedule a service appointment. Alfred was able to book a time that worked with my schedule. I'm back on the road and the motorcycle is happier than ever. Thank you Norcal Cycles team! read more

I took my bike in to have the ignition fixed after someone tried to steal it. I contacted them and spoke to Alfie. I took it in Saturday and wasn't expecting to have my bike fixed for two weeks or so but I got a call after three days that my bike was ready. Alfie was very informative and friendly. Their showroom guys were also informative as my girlfriend and I were asking them questions about a specific bike. They were honest about it which in the sales industry is rare. I would definitely recommend them and will most likely go to them for my bike concerns. read more

Just went there today to have new tire and tube installed. Dropped off stuff at 11:30 and was done at 1:20. Alfie was a great help. Will come back to have another tire installed in a couple weeks. This will be my new to go to store for now. Great job Staff at Norcal Cycles. read more

Freddie and the dudes from Norcal Cycle are the shiznit! These guys are so down to earth and righteous that karma cant mess with their flowjo! From the first time I talked to Freddie on the phone till i left the store he was polite, professional and offered me a cold refreshing bottle of water while i waited for the bike to get cleared and ready to load into my truck. Not only did i get that dope bottle of water, freddie even hooked me up with some high quality tie down rath ed straps with the custom bar end ties so i didnt have to worry about hooks on my new baby! On top of all that he even helped me load the bike and taught me how to use the new ratchet straps that I just bought. Did i mention that these dudes got a full shop and a dyno? I heard that thing spinning up and got way too excited! Now i know where ill be bringing my 2K19 ZX6R for tuning! Talk about service! I've been riding for about ten years now and I've never had a better experience buying a new motorcycle. These dudes get a 10/10 and have a great selection of big boy toys! Checkeeeeeeem oooooout... read more

Thank you again to NorCal Motorcycles for their great service and amazing Customer Hospitality. You guys are the best!!!!!

Honestly.... I was skeptical at first, I feel most are buying things from a dealer. Unfortunately too often dealerships abuse the trust of their customers to just sell whatever they can, as fast as they can. BUT NOT NOR-CAL cycles. right upon entering I was greeted by Rey who just asked if I needed anything and didn't pressure anything what so ever. After a bit of looking around I went up to him again and he kindly helped answer my questions regarding the bike I was looking at. After a bit I got talking to Freddie about the bike and financing options which he had an answer to every single question I threw. Both Freddie and Rey are honest people and truly just want one to be happy when buying a bike, and aren't concerned about just selling inventory. Everyone at the shop was extremely nice and helpful and I would truly recommend anyone who is buying a bike to Nor-cal cycles. read more

Worst place ever. Bike was returned damaged and missing parts. When asked to repair the damage that occurred while in their possession they said we can buy the parts and they will attach it. read more

I sold my first bike through NorCalCycles and couldn't be happier! I didn't want to deal with craigslist ads and endless chatting with potential customers who might not even be interested so I reached out to Freddie and turned in my bike for consignment. First of all - never has this bike seen such a thorough inspection ever before! I am so impressed by how thoroughly everything was checked, just wow! I will definitely come back to buy my next bike here when it's time and until then will keep coming back for maintenance on the current one. Thank you guys! You are the best! read more

I've only been riding for a little over 2 years. And when I first started, I went to all the local shops within 20 miles of me (Daly City). NorCal Cycles always has great service and been the best out of a of them for me! read more

Man... when I tell you that this place is awesome, take my word for it! Awesome! (I'll be using that word several more times) Freddie welcomed me from the first step into the building! Everyone was adhering to all of the COVID-19 safety protocols (masks, hand sanitizer, social distancing, etc.) Freddie was just straight up cool and knowledgeable! I felt like I was hanging out with a longtime friend from high school! Being my first time back on a bike in nearly 20 years, he really walked me through a bunch of small information that I really didn't think about. I was very interested in a Harley (which they had), but settled on an even better buy with a Honda CB1100! An absolute steal! Literally a brand new bike! He accompanied me on a test ride (he took another bike) and followed me down the road! It felt like I was riding with one of the homies! He walked me through all the financing options and even got the loan guy to come back to the office after hours to complete the paperwork for me! When we went over the remainder of the paperwork, he pointed out every detail and made sure I didn't need to ask any questions by explaining it all to me! I tell you, Norcal Cycles has a customer for life! Go see Freddie! I promise you, he is awesome and will take incredible care of you! Go see Freddie! read more

One of the better places if not the best in the Bay Area to buy a great bike! This joint is not all about selling BUT caring for customer's needs and concerns as well. I've been in the market for a bike and found myself browsing Norcal Cycles inventory online. I was looking to inquire with them on a few bikes and just sent a message one night. No more than 2 minutes later I received a text from Freddie letting me know he got the message and he was looking forward to connecting when I was available. I thought for sure it was a automated message. It definitely was not. Freddie is not a salesman.. He is a customer service extraordinaire. He could not have been more patient or attentive while helping me ensure we were getting the right bike. He did not look to steer me one way but provided answers and input. I decided on a bike and we started the purchasing process. I cannot tell you how awesome and patient Freddie was through this process. I had a couple hiccups with getting paperwork in order and Freddie could not have been more accommodating with me and making sure the whole process was enjoyable. Awesome work environment in there as well. Alvie (sp?) was pulling different quotes to show me pricing to replace cracked fairing on a bike I was considering. Eric was talking with me on service and safety. I did not catch the new kids name, but this is a rock star team y'all. They'll blast it out of the park for you. And no, don't feed me some BS about dudes trying to make a sale. This was genuine. These guys are real and they're doing an awesome job. A big thank you to Freddie, Alvie, and Eric! read more

I spent over a year trying to sell my bike on Craigslist. Not actively, but I'd post it whenever I had time, and someone would respond, and then reschedule, and then cancel, and a few months would pass before I would get around to it again. In the meantime, the bike gathered dust, cobwebs and rust. The battery died. I ended up bringing it to Norcal Cycles to sell on consignment. Somehow they sold it in less than a week, in February (who buys bikes in February?). It must have been the rainiest February in a decade. Anyways, don't do what I did, just bring your bike straight to Norcal, save yourself the time and the expensive DMV registration fee for having your bike sit around unused for a year. Oh and that extra oil change and battery replacement... read more
