He had an omelette and potatoes that he said were excellent. Their biscuits and gravy are my husband's favorite. I'm low carbs high protein so I go for 2 poached eggs with sausage and fruit. So glad we did, this type of old school Chinese restaurant is exactly what Gilroy didn't know we needed. From the moment we walked in we were greeted kindly, staff was all so vibrant and welcoming. Now for the food... we ordered an assortment of items all of which did not disappoint. Food was hot fresh made to order and everything was delicious. Not greasy, not overly salty everything was great! Great new addition to Gilroy, we'll be back!

I appreciated that the pork was lean and not fatty. It was a good roll, however the peanut sauce tasted like straight thick peanut butter, it needed to be thinner, sweeter and have more of that umami taste. Grilled chicken rice plate: I enjoyed this dish, the chicken was flavorful and the salad and rice paired well together. The young boy and man who I'm assuming is family are very nice. They are welcoming and pleasant. I'm glad this place is closer to us. We live in Morgan Hill and I do not approve of any of the pho places there for their lack of flavor. I will definitely be coming back here.

For the longest time to get a decent Pho or vermicelli dish we would have to drive north or west. I fist tried Gilroy noodle with trepidation... I've not always had the best dining experiences in Gilroy since I've moved here. What sheer relief and joy I felt when I tasted my first bite several months ago with the shrimp vermicelli dish. FINALLY a decent (Yummy!) place to eat in Gilroy! Evetything I've ordered and happily eaten is well seasoned... the ingredients are fresh and properly prepared. No matter what dish I order the shrimp or fish always properly cooked. The to-go orders are so carefully packaged for optimal enjoyment at home; things are packaged separately if they need to be ... etc. they never forget condiments or sides. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The slushies, lemonades, and teas are all tasty (too sweet for my taste but the hubby loves them). I do wish that they had a few more options without meat but that's just a selfish minor point. I'm so glad we have this place close to me here in little old Gilroy! I have been back several times and will continue to do so! Perhaps you should too if you are in this neck of the woods.

I chose cornbread, baked beans, and coleslaw. The burnt ends are by far my favorite! They were so flavorful and absolutely the most perfect texture. Not too much fat, but so much flavor! The ribs were also delicious. They weren't "fall off the bone", but not everyone likes that anyways. I thought they were amazing! The baked beans were fine, I was expecting them to be sweeter but now I know. Next time I'll get the potato salad. I got to try it and it was delicious and unique. The coleslaw was good and fresh, perfect crunch. It was a nice contrast in flavor with all the meat and barbecue sauce. The cornbread is not the sweet kind. Which is nice because you can put your own butter and honey on it to your liking. They have an awesome selection of beers in the fridge and some on tap as well. The space seemed decently filled and customers seem to be enjoying a good time! Price is a little high, especially for the hot links, but understandable for the quality.
