And the first time I went, the cheesesteak was fantastic, the bread was crispy and the meat full flavor and great texture, would have given 5 stars. The second time. Was absolutely terrible, I got my cheesesteak and the bread was burnt, so I asked to remake it and then they didn't toast it at all it seems, I was astounded that they even let the first sandwich leave the window, but the second sandwich the mushrooms and onions were not rendered down soft, and there was burnt inedible pieces of meat in it. They have great food. The fries are really good. They're extra crispy. The sandwich is really good and the bread is always fresh and soft. I feel like good bread is important to a great sandwich. The steak is delicious and there's a lot of variety of sandwiches. They even have asada fries. Joseph is a really nice person with a great smile. I have had 2 opportunities to enjoy the food from this food truck. Both times my sandwich was very delicious. I ordered The Hot One that has 3 heat options. I choose the hottest. I have no complaints! The steak was tender and juicy. The taste was 100% on point! I've seen this truck before but never had time to stop. Today, they were in a parking lot event and we stopped. My favorite is "The Works". It is exactly what you want a Philly cheese steak to be. I took a bite and felt like I was in south Philadelphia.... Grilled onions mushrooms, peppers, toasted roll. This is the 2nd time at this truck, giving it another shot and was let down again. Zero flavor, no seasoning, and I got "The Works". Even salt & pepper would have helped, but they failed to add any. Never again for me. And more bread than filling. read more
