    Green Curry Lunch Special
    Brianna T.

Food came out prompt, perfect temperature, and tender. I got the green curry and coconut rice paired with a mango mojito. The green curry was comforting, as well as the coconut rice! The mango mojito was perfect blend of flavors. I was not drunk after, but definitely buzzed. The chicken curry puffs were also really good and a good appetizer! I enjoyed the dipping sauce it came with! Service was good, no complaints. I loved the choice of indoor and outdoor dining. I chose inside near the statue where it feels more intimate.

Came here for Mother's Day. We got here around 5 so it wasn't that crowded. We started with the appetizer bites. I had pad Thai and my husband had the fish. Everything was delicious. Our daughter had some of our food and loved the coconut rice. We took some nice pictures here too.

The food was good. The drinks were good, especially the mango mojito . The restaurant was clean, nice and dimly lit, which was very romantic. The service was good. The waitress was attentive. I loved that they had a photograph menu.

Cute Thai restaurant with an extensive menu featuring all the classics with meat, fish, veggie and vegan options Nora Thai has something for everyone! They have specials on dishes and drinks that are changed out regularly. Their cocktail menu is creative and unique with very pretty libations. The interior decor is intimate and pretty so its a solid option for a date night but casual enough for a friendly get together. They take reservations in case you want to secure your spot. I dropped in at 7 at on a Saturday and was seated promptly. The place is not too loud and its right in the heart of trendy Williamsburg. I enjoyed my pad Thai, I would come back.

    Bathtub sink

Nice ambiance, the bathroom is really unique with the bathtub sink. The portion sizes are good, albeit a bit expensive for the price. The green curry had a little bit of spice. The pad Thai was a bit chewy and too sweet.

Pork belly that was practically uncooked
    JJ B.

I ordered a pad thai with pork belly and what I got was uncooked pork belly (see pics) that not only was dangerous (uncooked pork carries bacteria), but also a waste, since it had to be thrown out. The pad thai that they served was also not typical. We're talking bright orange, soaked in so much sauce that you can see it pooling under the noodles. Did I reach out to them? You bet I did. And they simply ghosted me. Ridiculous.

Went in for lunch and got the chicken pad Thai with an ice cold draft beer. Usually I am a hungry boy but the portion was large and I felt I barely scratched the surface of what was on my plate. My gf said "that is the best pad Thai I've ever tasted"

Pretty solid Thai spot outside of Queens. I've had better pad see ew, but this was definitely not a bad choice by any means. Great cocktails as well and reasonably priced. Server was super attentive and friendly!

Very cute interior and spacious restaurant, although it was kind of not busy during Saturday brunch which was great. Had the pork belly which was a tad too crispy for me, prefer a little bit in between with sogginess but that's my preference. Service was attentive, drink was quite tasty with the rum. Menu is pretty large with lots of pictures to help guide decision making.

SHE'S A VIBEEE. Nora Thai has a great ambiance--moody, cozy, dim. A great vibe for a girls' night out dinner. Lychee Martini and Pomegranate Mojito were delish (good and strong). The Piña Colada tasted like straight pineapple and didn't have that creamy coconut taste that it should have. We ate family style here so everyone could get a taste of everything. Fried Chive Dumplings: My usual go-to app and these are HUGE, like 2-3X the size of regular chive pancakes you get. Delicious, crispy, super hot, LOVE. Crab Rangoons: Hard to mess up, pretty standard. Pad See Ew: Not too oily, beef wasn't too tough, and not too salty. Good. Pineapple Fried Rice: ADDICTIVE. I wasn't expecting to like this as much as I did. Chicken Cashew Nut: Sweet and savory. This was a table favorite. It was flavorful and had the chili flavor without being too spicy. Service was a bit slow at times--it took a little bit to get our bill, but my friends and I were chatting so no biggie. Staff was super sweet. Would definitely come back again.

    Nora Thai Statue

It was a great night out! Full menu was a plus! You will have a lot of options to choose from. The decor was gorgeous and charming, try to sit close to the Nora statue. The drinks are good , had "Slow Kiss" (staff recommended) and Autumn Reverie, a bulleit bourbon based cocktail with egg whites, well balanced. The only knock was my entree , it was good but I've had stronger and more flavorful curry else where. But it was good not great. It's a nice spot for a night out most nights of the week.

A colleague of mine treated my wife and I to dinner here, and am gratherful they introduced us to such a great locale! Absolutely LOVED the ambiance, and their decor was amazing! The food was delicious as was their Thai Iced Tea (though I would have liked it a bit sweeter). Their Pad Thai was very flavorful, as was their Pad See Ewe that my wife ordered. (Sorry folks, we were so engrossed in conversation, I forgot to take pics when the food arrived). Also ordered a side of coconut rice with was spot on! We'll definitely be back as they had a nice variety of dishes to choose from! See you there!

Okay I loved everything about Nora except for 1 thing! Since there's only one con I will start with that. When I went, the restaurant was out of the cocktail, Purple G & T. Just read how amazing this drink sounds: Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, St. Germain, Juniper Berries, Orange & Lavender Bitters If you know me you know I love lavender everything so I was a little salty that I could order this drink plus it was one of the cheapest in the menu, only $12! Okay besides that little disappointment everything was absolutely fantastic! The food felt like it took only seconds to make which was great because we weee hungry. We got an appetizer the Gozya which were cooked perfectly, you only get 5 though so I feel like it's more of a personal appetizer rather than one to share. I got the Green Curry and my friend got the Pad Thai. I like that you can choose your protein with no up charge and they have a ton of vegan versions of all the dishes. I chose pork with my green curry and I'm still dreaming about this meal it was so incredibly delicious. The ambience is very nice. They play modern music and it's decorated with some traditional Thai elements mixed with high ceilings and low lighting. I like how the bathroom has open individual stalls and a claw foot bathtub for the sink, very original very cool!

Got the shrimp pad Thai and crab Rangoon. For the price, it wasn't very flavorful and the shrimp was sort of mushy.

The music is at a low enough volume that you can hear your conversations, it doesn't get too crowded so you can spread out, even if you're in a large group. Downstairs, it's a lot tighter, with a DJ, dance floor, lounge seating area, and a much more packed and busy atmosphere on the weekends. I like ping ponging between both vibes when I'm with friends. Admittedly I've found the music both times to be too experimental for me. Confessing that makes me feel like an old person shaking my fist or at least shaking my head, misunderstanding what makes the youth tick. But I had no trouble twirling around the dance floor to this weird experimental music after throwing back a few tequila sodas upstairs. A few times while here my friends have split up into the group that wants to go downstairs to dance and the group that wants to stay upstairs and chill. It's relatively easy to navigate between both vibes, which I enjoy about this spot very much.

When we saw "Water Tower" on the elevator we decided to press it. SO GLAD WE DID. We landed at the Water Tower and walked into a fairly empty space decorated with art all the way to the ceiling, filled with natural light coming in and the views of the skyline were out of this world. We had to try their drinks of course to enjoy with the incredible view. Though the drinks are $21 and served in a plastic cup that evening, I was NOT expecting my drink to be this insanely delicious. I ordered the inferno Paloma which they infuse themselves with- and it was true perfection. By the way, each bar has their own menu which is pretty awesome and makes it even more fun. Also, Axel is the most incredible bartender and we absolutely loved his creations. Later that night we ordered a custom mandarin margarita, with a spicy twist, and WOW. He's truly talented and absolutely made us some awesome drinks that we can't stop talking about. Sunset with a view and a spicy mezcal drink? Yes and YES. We had this place all to ourselves and can't wait to be back. Friday nights they have DJ nights and you can also book the Water Tower for your own private events which is pretty cool!

The Sweet Potato Beignets with hot honey & parmesan were definitely interesting--sweet, savory, and a bit unexpected. Not my favorite item of the night, but still worth trying if you like unique flavor combos. The BK Sliders (3 pc) were solid: thick applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, Russian dressing, and pickle on mini brioche buns. Simple, satisfying, and nicely done. The real standout though was the Calamari with shichimi pepper, jalapeño, lime zest, and herbal dipping sauce--absolutely amazing. Crispy, flavorful, and the seasoning had just the right kick. Easily the best dish we ordered. Service was friendly and the atmosphere made it easy to linger.
