We were assured the car was reliable and in good condition, but immediately after the purchase, it began having issues. In fact, the vehicle has been at an auto shop since the day we bought it, and after weeks of diagnostics, we were just informed that it needs a full engine replacement. The mechanic confirmed the engine is beyond repair, and we're being told that a full engine replacement is the only option. That is absolutely unacceptable for a vehicle we were assured was roadworthy. We trusted Mo from Drivetime Plaza to provide a car that was safe and dependable. Instead, we've ended up with a financial and emotional nightmare. This experience has shaken our confidence in the process and raised serious questions about the integrity of the vehicle inspection and sales process. I urge others to be extremely cautious when considering buying a car from this seller, and I strongly recommend that the business take responsibility for the condition of the vehicles they sell--especially when those vehicles are meant for young drivers who rely on them daily.

He said "oh no no no that's much too small for you" and didn't try to push us into anything else. ) He already knew that we had a 4-cylinder Outback, and we were pulling an almost-new A-Frame trailer that I was becoming dissatisfied with for lack of storage and toilet, so we were limited in what we could pull and not really raring to buy something new unless it was just right.) I think that was the end of 2017. We were coming back from a camping trip in the Sierras and driving through Roseville on our way home. Robert showed us the T@B 400 and we talked about possibilities for the future, but he didn't try to force us into something just to make a sale. We still haven't found the perfect small trailer, but if we upgrade to a bit more powerful vehicle, I will certainly come back and buy the T@B 400 from Robert!

He showed us it wasn't the old rubber seal, that I thought, but the adhesive that bonds the glass to the frame, was the actual failure point. They removed glass and cleaned out old and applied new adhesive. They also installed the new rubber seal I purchased to "fix" the leak. I placed a paper towel in the interior part of the frame and it showed no additional leaks after 2 late spring storms in late April/ early May. Thanks John/California RV Glass.

I had my transmission fixed at another shop and during that process the mechanic triggered a lockout on my device making my tuck unable to run! I gave these guys a call to see if there was anything that could be done to get this fixed! They sent one of their guys out, got my device, brought it back to their store, got it unlocked and recalibrated, brought it back out to transmission shop and got everything fixed. Later on the transmission shop caused another lockout! I brought the truck in later that day to west coast and they reset my device again! I didn't think i would be able to get everything taken care of all in one day, but these guys made it happen!!

My last several experiences with RV Travel World have been extremely disappointing…read more I've been bringing my trailer in for service under their Forever Warranty ever since I purchased it years ago. However, as the trailer has gotten older, it seems like they are constantly looking for reasons not to cover repairs, even when the warranty documentation appears to indicate the issue should be covered. The entire program has become frustrating and feels misleading. I've also had issues with pricing. On one occasion, I called ahead and was quoted a price for work. When I arrived at the store, the price was significantly higher. I had to argue with staff and remind them of the amount I was quoted over the phone before they would honor it. Communication has been another major problem. Multiple times I was told my trailer was ready for pickup, only to drive all the way there and discover it wasn't actually ready. That's a huge inconvenience and shows a lack of respect for customers' time. After dealing with these issues repeatedly, I can no longer recommend RV Travel World. The Forever Warranty program has not lived up to its promises in my experience, and the poor communication and inconsistent service have made doing business there far more difficult than it should be.

I first met him through Turo (just two weeks ago in fact), where I rented one of his vehicles. During the trip I suffered an injury and ended up laid up in bed on pain medication, which caused me to miss the 10 AM return window. Turo temporarily blocked my account over it. When I reached out to explain, his response told me everything I needed to know about him as a person. He was gracious, asked how I was doing, wished me a quick recovery, and went out of his way to personally contact Turo on my behalf to get the block lifted. Think about that for a second. I had inconvenienced him -- completely by accident, but still. Plenty of people in his position would have been (understandably) annoyed and left me to sort it out myself. He chose to spend his own time helping me instead. That kind of character matters anywhere, but especially when you're buying a car. The used auto industry has a reputation, fair or not, and the difference between a good experience and a bad one almost always comes down to who you're dealing with. This guy is the real deal -- honest, personable, genuinely kind, and the type who goes out of his way to take care of people even when there's nothing in it for him. On top of all that, the vehicle I rented from him was a blast to drive and clearly well maintained, which tells you something about how he treats his inventory too. We contacted RV-Time and the dynamic duo owners, Matthew and Ashley. The insurance company approved us getting an estimate, and Matthew immediately contacted the insurance agent and got right to work, which resulted in an approved estimate in half a day. Both Matthew and Ashley explained in detail the job, which involved a new refrigerator, all the connecting propane hoses, electrical wiring, fuses, and substantial cleaning inside and outside the RV. They asked if we had a trip planned, and since we had a big one in a few weeks, they said they would do everything they could to get it done a few days before we left. And they did. All the parts were then ordered. Matthew or Ashley would call regularly with updates, suggestions, or decisions. Both of them know so much about RVs - it is simply amazing. We both felt completely confident that we, and our rig, were in good - no - great hands. We have complete trust in their workmanship and their desire to serve us and our RV needs in the best and most expedient way possible. Do we recommend them? Let me put it this way: We will not go anywhere else for all things RV.

Recently rented a piece of equipment from Rental Guys for a week with a friend of mine. The charge…read morefor the equipment was $949.62, we paid in full and were on our way. Well two days later, no phone call or notification the account was charged an additional $309.25. Questioning it we called and were given the run around about trailer rental and discounts. This doesn't sit well with me, after all we agreed on a price for the week and paid in full. We did not authorize the additional charge because we were unaware of it. They just decided let's make them pay a little more without even a phone call. Here we are today, we returned the equipment and were provided a receipt. There was a break down on the receipt with all the equipment rented totaling $949.62 (the agreed upon amount. Then there was a flat charge for the $309.25, yep you guessed it, no break down, nothing about trailer discounts or equipment rented, no explanation at all just a charge. With some argument they refunded part of the charge (not all) because they said the manager was out sick. Long story short, I do not recommend Rental Guys, they will just charge you more without a written break down or real explanation of why. Terrible way to do business.
