I was in a time crunch to get the device installed and he was willing to put in overtime (even had to miss the 49ers game) to get it installed for me. The ordeal and painstaking process to clear and keep our driving privileges, is needless to say embarrassing to have a required device. The staff at Lifesaver was nothing but professional. No judgement stares, no snickers between staff, no rude comments or attitude from customer service reps on the phone. it defiantly made this part of my process a little easier to deal with. Johnathan has been the familiar face throughout my required service and has been very great to work with. Then I found Norcal Interlock and their reviews were actually outstanding. I called up and Henry answered and walked me through the whole process. They stayed and continue to stay in direct contact with me about everything, via text, as I preferred. I've been using them for quite a few months now and have NEVER had any issues with the device. They are fast to schedule me and get me in and out very quickly too. They always have such pleasant attitudes when I come in. They have made this process so easy and painless. Definitely don't fall for those main brand companies even if it "sounds" like they are going to give you a "better deal". I was almost drwn to another company because the price was a little cheaper... glad I read theirr reviews first. Norcals pricing is super affordable too. I would suggest Norcal Interlock to anyone and everyone that needs to have one of these things installed.
