I was in a time crunch to get the device installed and he was willing to put in overtime (even had to miss the 49ers game) to get it installed for me. I am sure that he will go "above and beyond" for you, as stated numerous times in my phone calls with him. After a week of assuring me that he had the interlock device, and day after day of excuses as to why he doesn't actually have any in stock, we finally made an appointment where he said "he/they" would be there. 10am arrives and we show up to get the device installed. CHARLES is no longer operating out of this location. So then we go to the other location as advised by the people in the shop next to his. Now at the new location, and the new people say he moved from there too. After several missed calls/texts/ and voicemails, Charles answers the phone hungover and drunk at 10:20am telling me that he just needs to shower and then he will be there. ARE YOU SERIOUS. ARE YOU MENTAL??? Who operates a business like this!? This should be all you need to know about how fun it is to deal with Charles and this "company". IF YOU SEE THE NUMBER 916-275-2292, or the name CHARLES, attached to any interlock service, just know that he's a total waste of time, and if the companies name is different than "California Ignition Interlock" it's because he constantly has to change locations and business names to avoid his awful reputation. Thanks for the huge waste of time!

Also I had literally what I would compare to a cable cord stretched from the passenger side dash to the driver seat. I cancelled and paid what I would have for the installation. That was fine. But had to call in to make sure the paperwork for the MVD was cancelled. I was treated badly by the first person, even the installers mouth dropped as I had it on speaker. I was finally transferred to another and it was the same guy that sold it to me. He YELLED AT ME FOR SOME TIME AND THEN SAID, "YOU MNOW WHST YOU FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF" and hung up. I had the call on speaker. I ended up having to pay the additional that was discounted and glad I did. Went straight to Arizona Interlocks and the install was just an hour. Did paperwork.
