CHARLES is no longer operating out of this location. So then we go to the other location as advised by the people in the shop next to his. Now at the new location, and the new people say he moved from there too. After several missed calls/texts/ and voicemails, Charles answers the phone hungover and drunk at 10:20am telling me that he just needs to shower and then he will be there. ARE YOU SERIOUS. ARE YOU MENTAL??? Who operates a business like this!? This should be all you need to know about how fun it is to deal with Charles and this "company". I had to tow it to get calibration and the Indian guy say call AAA and tell them to tow it to the calibration place. He didn't give me any policy numbers for Intoxalock. They had to change the device. After 210 bucks later I got my car towed and calibrated. I called them back and now they are saying you have to get the driver of the tow truck signed then send an email. I emailed the receipts for the tow truck and the Lyft. Go with a different company! No one really wants to help you there.

They stayed and continue to stay in direct contact with me about everything, via text, as I preferred. I've been using them for quite a few months now and have NEVER had any issues with the device. They are fast to schedule me and get me in and out very quickly too. They always have such pleasant attitudes when I come in. They have made this process so easy and painless.
