I rented a cargo van two months in advance. confirmed it the week before only to be given a 18" lift gate box truck. The truck was way too big and would not fit into the area we needed it to. They said at the time I was supose to pick up the truck that they haven't had cargo vans for weeks and that they have no intentions of getting more. I spoke to Chris P. I had to cancel my RSVP and get a van from another vendor.

The other times they give me the small 12' box truck- which still works, but us less convenient. Today- I have to drive all the way to San Jose and was stuck with a 16'!!!! That's going to kill my gas mileage driving 200 miles round trip. But I called Penske in Sacramento and the reworked the rate and $ per mile for me so I can use that savings to refill the tank at the end of the rental. I'm guessing/hoping it will be enough- but they stepped up and realize the truck I got wasn't near the truck I wanted. Hey, again I rent from them a LOT and this has only happened once- and they gave me a price break since it's near the holidays, a ton of the smaller vehicles are out, but understand. I was a little agitated when I called, but Collin was professional and fixed the problem quickly, I appreciate that and will continue to use Penske.

He stated that is something abba used to offer... at that moment I realized the company was not the same and that's why it looked different inside. I have no idea how long ago it changed but something could have been said. I believe there was enough to see I did not realize they were not abba. I spent way more then I needed to on a machine I could have rented somewhere else for a couple hours.

And the price was so right, we extended for a week! The place is easy to find, we hooked up, signed some papers & off we went. We rented the COZY CABIN and it lined up perfectly with our truck. Easy to tow. If u already know how to tow, it helps, but fairly easy to figure out. Best just driving forward! Rhonda put a lot of thought in what to have inside, she had cookware, dinnerware, utensils & all kinds of little things you might need. Extra lights, batteries & propane. You could seriously just show up with clothes & food and have pretty much everything. We used sleeping bags -unzipped & open, pillows & it was easier than any tent! We brought folding chairs & an extra cooler, making a campsite has never been simpler. The cabin was solar powered but had hookups for shore power ( we didn't even need it). Plenty of air with windows & a fan. Cabin lights were more than enough. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen area was efficient & had plenty of storage. The trailer was clean, in like new condition. We will be repeat clients for sure!!!

The staff here was above and beyond! Happy, knowledgeable, friendly and appreciative more like I was doing them a favor vs them doing me one. From the first email request for info, they made sure to contact me under my terms (email for now as I was at work) we did everything over email. Eventually I was able to work a bit through Text. I really appreciated the no calls, and no harrassment! RJ set me up with a day and time that worked for us to pickup, again coming from out of state. Everything was ready to go. They even put the hitch components on the truck and trailor for us when we arrived. When mine didnt work, they worked with us to get it done! I have had Rv's before and this time they took the time to show me how to properly use my brake controller and what to expect pulling something so much smaller than I am used to. We took it out for the first time 3 weeks after purchasing, and found an issue under my sink. Now this not being my first trailor, I expected something to need fixing. Bouncing and driving it happens. I emailed RJ at 730pm on a Friday night.. He responded (I couldnt believe it, I didnt expect to hear until Monday) He had the service person included into the email.
