When they arrived, my parents' neighborhood had so many cars parked along the street that they couldn't fit through to where we originally planned to put the dumpster. They were cheerful and worked hard, and patient as I made the many decisions required to determine "what went where" on this job -- dump, thrift store, or with me. Redd and Pete left the space spic'n'span, which allowed me to close out my account easily when we were done, which was in record time. And all this at a fair price, with no hidden fees! After having received more than a half dozen quotes from different companies, I ended up selecting…read moreBudget Dumpster for my spring cleaning needs, despite another company coming in with a slightly lower price. This is because the email I received from Austin was about as clear-cut as one could as for: a breakdown and summary of the total cost, without any hidden or extra fees; delivery within two days; and a clear description of what could and could not be dumped. Throughout all of our interactions, Austin and Budget Dumpster made the entire process as clear, concise and worry-free as could be, responding within minutes to all of my email inquiries. Every other dumpster company I contacted was uncommunicative, unhelpful, or just plain unpleasant to deal with, save one (Republic), although they priced themselves out of the market, coming in at nearly double the price as Budget. Hilariously, the dumpster was delivered and picked up by Republic, so apparently Budget Dumpster contracts with local recyclers, who shoot themselves in the foot and lose a customer with their outrageous prices. I'm not sure how that business model works out for Republic, but hey, fine by me: I'll just go through Austin and Budget Dumpster again in the future, and let Republic do the dirty work.

Very organized back office and the 5-star reviews on yelp are right on point. Price also beat the other 3 yelp options for dumpster rentals in Sacramento by $20-50 dollars. Thank you again.
