THis used to be my go-to place. Was considerably cheaper than the yellow guys around the corner but it's harder to want to come here now. As of 11/1/24 it now costs $4 for entry (website still says free) and the prices are also higher than listed on the site. Went last week and the yard is largely empty - probably 50% of the rows are empty. Their Reno and Antelope yards are closed as well. They do not seem long for this world - I hope I'm wrong. At minimum, they need to update the website with current prices (including admission). read more

This yard is kept fairly clean for a parts yard. I always stop here when I'm in the area looking for parts. They randomly have sales. There's a hand washing station and some shade tables you can sit at. Pretty much all you can ask of a yard. Thanks planet auto read more

The yard is not worth going to anymore they have very minimal amount of cars and stopped stocking cars older than 2000 and are now changing way to much with $4 entry fee and nearly doubling their prices of what's stated on their website. Stick with pick n pull it is cheaper entry and cheaper parts and has nearly 6 times the amount of cars. read more

I NEVER PUT REVIEWS BUT THIS RIGHT HERE FOUL. I sent a employee of mines to scout motors at this location he found a whole wall of motors for great prices i needed them so i told him to stay with motors and I'll come pay for them. He sits with motors as I am walking to door a big hispanic guy came to door and closed door in my face saying i'm not letting you in so in other words he just made company lose out on more then a $10k sale but that's on him the issue isn't the company it's the employee attitude if you don't like doing your job find another don't make people uncomfortable because you can't control yourself read more

Bought a reconditioned battery and it was 4:55 pm when they let me in the door (the guy was at the door with the key in the lock) the transaction took a couple of minutes and I was out the door battery in hand warranty in my pocket very much satisfied... UNTIL I realized that I had been thinking of the wrong vehicle and I needed a top post. Having a busy schedule I wouldn't have time later to swap it I turned around and even though it was way past closing time the guy saw e coming and opened the door and swapped out the battery with now trouble.. that small show of kindness just bought y'all a FOREVER CUSTOMER.... pick what? (Your nose) pull what? ( Your head outta your a**) and spend your money where it matters with people who make sure you matter. I'm taking my unused blazer in to them tomorrow and see how that side of business treats me... I'll post afterwards.. read more

Iam very disappointed with this place.. I placed and paid for an order online Thursday and they said the part will be ready for pick up Saturday.. I get there Saturday morning 8am which is their opening time and nobody was there, mind you that i drove one hour and twenty minutes to get there.. i waited around till nine and they finally opened up shop, I speak to one of their clerks about my order and he said the part i need was not there..but it was still at the yard which was located an hour away.. He said sorry but promised me to deliver the part at my house Monday, I said fine..Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday, and Thursday came and went and still no part..I gave them a call on all those days they said they would call me back and never did..to make this long story short "Fuck this place"!!! read more

Great Service and Staff. Very clean yard. Better price than the nearby Self Serve yard. I wish they have online inventory. I had to call in to see if they have a particular car in the yard. read more

I tried to buy an air shock which they said costs $40 which is double what pick n pull charges. an employee told me if I bring a receipt they'll price match it. I drove all the way home brought 15 receipts proving they're only $20 then she tells me she can't match the price after I drove all the way there with the proof they asked for. They just saw me buy an entire Mercedes interior from them and still gave me a hard time over one shock. The supervisor was playing games with me and tried to scam me for an extra $20. They laughed in my face and were completely rude and disrespectful. After I threatened to leave a bad review with the better business bureau they finally agreed to price match the shock. The customer service is lower than my lowest expectations. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB read more
