I've been going to this place for over 20 years, and have never had a bad experience. Including the most recent one: My window on old Highlander would not work properly. Tried new switch, did not help. Tried replacing the motor, did not help. Tried replacing the glass (got from here for $40), did not help. Replaced the regulator/motor assembly with new aftermarket, that fixed it. Exactly 2 weeks after buying the glass, I went in to return it, expecting them to, at best, charge a re-stocking fee as was stated on the receipt, or, at worst, not allowing the return. They gave me full refund (not store credit). This is a good, honest business. I will keep coming back. read more

My time was worth stopping by at ToyautoMart in Rancho Cordova. They have an impressive inventory. Even though this place is not a self-serve, they were very helpful at the desk, and they found the part I was looking for in no time. read more

Don't buy anything from here shady business. They advertise working parts and do not test anything before selling you garbage. Their warranty is bogus and they sell stuff so you can figure out if it works. Horrible experience go elsewhere. Garbage yard read more

Check out Sam. He provides great customer service. Their stock are in very good condition. Highly recommended!!!!!

Great customer service! Sam and Suram were very helpful and professional. I called around to several businesses around the area for a window for my car and I was either put on hold for 20 plus minutes or they were extremely rude on the phone. But Toyauto was very professional from the phone call to the office where I picked up the window. They were nice and professional with everyone that walked in and on the phone even though they were very busy. I will be coming back if I ever need any more parts! read more

Terrible service. Paid for a power back window and sent a manual back window. Went and tried to pick up the correct part with the correct stock number and the guy at the front desk started yelling at me because I told him to do his job right. Be careful doing business with these guys. They will try to scam you if you let them. read more

Helped out a lot with a part with good price! Super respectful and chill. Would highly recommend purchasing parts from here!

My vehicle CD player finally crapped out... but Toyauto Mart had the exact 2003 Toyota Highlander radio/tape/single CD combo part that I needed! That was fantastic, and coupled with excellent communication, shipping & service gives them a solid 5 stars! My 2003 Toyota Highlander only has 107,000 miles, but this experience tells me that I can rely on them for future parts for sure! Highly RECOMMEND :)) Thanks Serge! read more

Was looking for a set of Toyota Highlander wheels and stumbled upon Toyauto Mart by accident. The place next door wanted to charge me $500 for a set of wheels. Right when I walked in, I was greeted by Sam with a warm welcome. He took care of me right there and then 20 minutes before closing. Exceptional customer service and the best prices around. Ended up leaving with a set of four nice Highlander alloy wheels for only $200 compared to $500 next door which was the original place I was meant to go to. These guys are awesome. Doesn't hurt to shop around and I'm glad I did with these guys because they offered the best prices. Hassle free transaction and the guy even loaded my car with cardboard ect to protect my interior. We'll done guys, will be back for more parts. read more

Sam took care of me right away when I walked in. Got all the parts I needed less than 10 minutes and I was out of there. Great business.

Don't forget to read the fine print. Almost 400 dollar "restocking fee for a transmission they said that was out of the vehicle. Manager failed to mention their full return policy of course. Said 14 day returns, but he meant 14 day return with a 25% restocking fee. He said "bro well give your money back if it doesn't work out." Never mentioned the fee and only found out when I called to return it. Turns out it was on the back of one of the papers he handed me. It said customer signature on it, I never signed and was never informed of the policy. o well I guess. S h a d y business. Never again. Learn from my mistake. Their bald parts loader seemed more upset I was bringing back their transmission than the manager. Dude try to tell me to move my truck after the manager just told me to move my truck to a certain spot. The manager told him, "just pick it up... " When the manager walked away he rolled the transmission half way off my truck bed while unloading it and looked at me like it was my fault. I just rolled my eyes, and caught it then slid it back on the truck... I can only imagine the things they've done to other customers. And what would have happened if I couldn't catch the transmission when the Tough guy transmission mover rolled it? It would have smashed my leg or foot and the trans would probably be damaged. They probably would have tried to charge me full price and would have said it's my fault. If you want to deal with this type of business have at it. read more

Recently bought 2 doors off of a toyota because they had the right color in their ad but when i received the parts they were the wrong color and that will cost me an extra $1500 to repaint. Of course they didn't offer return or anything which wouldn't be cost effective but you can't advertise what you dont have! read more

Two words...STAY AWAY! These guys are scammers. I was going to buy a transmission from these guys, Serg told me they require a $200 deposit over the phone to hold the transmission for one day for me...45 min after I paid over the phone my card was charged $50 at wing stop that was walking distance from them. Later that night a $9.99 charge to a dirty website...awesome. When I called Serg to ask about it he was a total jerk, yelled and cussed on the phone in defense. Stay away from these scammers. read more

I called in inquired about parts for a Camry. He tells me all three parts are available and off the car. I arrive and then he tells me the seat beat is not available and the door is still on the car has to be removed. So he sold me on the fact that everything is available and ready for pick up. So seatbelt was $100 quoted over the phone then he removes $50 off the total tab cause it was a bundle quote. Bunch of rip offs; sold me a deal and couldn't deliver it so I mention this to him and also told him to quit f*I'm lying to people and he tells me to meet him outside after work. very professional right? He threatens me and I will never go to this place again. Based on the reviews you shouldn't either. read more

I'm on the phone with their employee looking at this 2017 tacoma getting parted out. "Look we don't sell bolts bro" I'm not your bro and don't advertise what you can't sell! It amazes me that people will hire garbage and let them talk to people over the phone. read more

Not bad considering all the salvage yards around. Saves you time going to look for parts that may or not be there. All parts listed online or you can call in. I was looking for an 08 - LS460 low miles engine for months and finally found one here at a great price. They provided me with the vin for the engine so I can research it before I purchased it. The transaction was very easy and shipping was fast. When we received the the engine at my mechanics shop in Torrance, CA they began to work on the engine swap and we notice what seemed to be something wrong (water in some parts) and we immediately called ToyAuto mart. They said they can send a different one but guaranteed that the one we already had was a good working engine. They explained what we needed to do as it could be water from when it was cleaned. They guaranteed it would be a great working engine and after we installed it, it was. The engine is great and has absolutely no issues. I was happy to receive a follow up call from them to confirm we finished the install and that we were satisfied. We are more than satisfied and happy that they sell great products and offer great customer service. When they called to follow up I asked about other parts for vehicle and they had them at a very reasonable price. I purchased them over the phone in the afternoon and was very surprised to have the parts at my door the very next day. My mechanic and I are very impressed with our overall experience and their products that we will not hesitate to refer them to others. read more

I really have to hand it to Serge, Eric, and everyone working at this company. They have exceptionally good manners and are very congenial to talk to on the phone. They are a very busy little company who have lots of orders coming in for all kinds of used Toyota parts. I had to order some sun visors for my car because the driver's side one had become floppy and was in my face while driving. I got replacements for both front visors. The driver's side one I received had seen some wear on one of the main parts, and so they sent me another, gratis. It also had a lot of wear, so Serge did me a solid and only charged me for the passenger side one. We agreed that we will just keep our eyes peeled for another driver's side visor when one comes in that's appropriate for my vehicle. I drive a very old Toyota whose parts are harder to come by, so I know that finding parts can sometimes be like looking for a kidney donor -you just have to wait for the right match in parts. I am just super happy that they do carry parts for my make and model of car! For Serge to go out of his way to see to it that I was a happy and satisfied customer meant a lot to me and it says a lot about their modus operandi. - They really do deliver the best customer service, and they are exceptional at packaging up parts for shipments. I have to give them an A+ as well for that ... the shipping and packaging. The parts came expeditiously and were very neatly wrapped. All in all, I give this company 5 stars. It was a total breath of fresh air to do business with a company with their level of business acumen! read more
