    DONT COME HERE!!!! The owner is unprofessional and they did a horrible job!! They broke the plastic part that goes around the radio. I upgraded to screen, original price was $528. because they broke the plastic AND DID NOT FIX IT BY THE WAY By!!! The owner deducted $28 so my total came out to $500. And before that, I walked into the store with my daughter (3 year old). The owner was so weird. He was asking for my number trying to take me out on a date. I told him no because he reminds me of my dad. He's old. And then he proceeded to tell me oh I will fix the plastic that we broke if you give me your number and let me take you on a date. This was extremely unprofessional, and I hate that he did it in front of my daughter and I am 20 years old. He look like he was in his 40-50 old. They did a horrible job very unprofessional if you were a girl do not go here!!!! I hate the radio that he installed. I asked a lot of questions for him too, and he lied!!! About the i'd rather just take my loss and go somewhere else. Which I did, I went to STERO CITY the guy there was very honest he helped me out nothing unprofessional. He gave me a better price as well, for a better stereo has touchscreen, Bluetooth navigation for $650

    The guy who originally quoted me and sold me my system for my truck was great and hooked me up with a good deal on the gear .however their installation guys are straight up garbage. If I would have known about audio performance prior to what i know now i would have said something. It did sound great out the lot though until a month later I started running into shortages and one of my subs blew out and that's not even lasting 14 months or even blasting it. The install almost looks like the middle of a robbery in place , wiring madness and oxidantes used screws of different sizes for my NEW aftermarket door speakers. Steve wonder could have done a way better job. I had to re wire and and reinstall everything so my stuff is protected and I'm receiving the full audio experience. Hope dude cleaned house on the Mickey Mouse installers.

    I've wanted to get some nice bass in my 2024 Camry since I got it last year. Called these guys and Mike was very helpful. He explained everything to me which I appreciated. They put a 10" subwoofer in my trunk and so far I'm very satisfied with it. I was debating on an 8" or 10" and the 10" seems to be perfect so far.

    Come in and ask for Ricki got some music and got a good deal on the amp and sun bad ass 6.5 that are extremely loud for my motorcycle very satisfied

I swear I kill half the bug population on the causeway. I used Yelp to shop different installers in the Roseville area. Gold Wurks was one of the first to reply. GW has been installing PPF for over 20 years. I dealt mainly with Christine and she was very communicative about the services, products and timing. She worked with me on my schedule and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Her customer service was one of the reasons I chose GW. I felt she offered the fairest price for the most quality product: Xpel Ultimate Plus. Xpel is considered one of the leaders in PPF with 10 year warranty and self healing properties. Also they could do the install in one day. The protected the following: hood, fenders, front bumper, headlights, frontside of rear view mirrors, luggage strip on back bumpers and door edges. While the quality of the product is important, the quality of install is even more important. GW did an excellent job. The seams were clean and the ends were tight and nicely fitted. My pictures do not do their work justice. To that point, I hired a Detailer (also a PPF installer) to work on my car. That Detailer said they did a really clean install job. I also found out GW installs for a lot of the luxury dealers in the area like Volvo and Porsche. If you are looking for an excellent PPF installer that provides great customer service, look no further.

The first time I brought my car in to fix an engine light issue with my oxygen sensor on my Honda accord, he helped recommend a better brand and was honest and helpful. I now have brought my CX5 to him multiple times already for his expert opinion on different issues and for regular maintenance. He's always very responsive, easy to get a hold of, and willing to share his knowledge and expertise. Recently, I brought in a long list of items to be fixed from the dealership, and he was honest in what he thought needed to be done more urgently vs not, and his prices were also much more reasonable. He was kind enough to help me as well with replacing my car battery and windshield wipers. If you're looking for a trusted honest knowledgeable mechanic who is also very friendly and easy to chat with, Victor is your guy!

    I came here about two ish weeks ago, and unfortunately i would not come back…read more They were very nice and decently informative at first, but proceeded to keep my car for a lot longer than expected. They received the wrong parts, so I understood that delayed some time, however they ignored my other concerns. I had to ask them TWICE to communicate to me a lot more regarding my car, i need my vehicle, i cannot just be two weeks without my car? Once i got my car back, there were still parts missing, and honestly very little to no care putting back parts. There was stomp marks on my seat, a bug in my car, cobwebs, and spit on the outside. The 2/3 main reasons i bought my car in there for were completely ignored. It makes me disappointed both the guys, Justin and Chris i believe were their names, were not listening, or patient enough to listen to me. They did not care about my time, when i tried talking to them, they got very defensive, cutting me off when i was speaking to them. They talked over me, several times, example such as "Yeah yeah yeah", "ok anyways so what i was saying" etc, showing they do not listen to your full sentence and just want to hear themselves talk. One of the guys got super defensive when i was getting a bit confused with the work done to my car, he said and i quote "okay but, we did something that not anyone can just do", i understand that. firstly, it was not through you guys and still through someone else. Secondly, okay the things i still needed to get done to my car that i care a lot about, were completely ignored, and recommended to "leave as is". This is my only car, and i'm trying to FULLY restore it from the previous owners, now restoring it from an uninsured hit and run. Drove the car home and immediately got three warning lights, i almost lost control on the freeway. They have ZERO care about your time, or whatever information you have to say, i would not recommend going here unless you are a cis white man if that makes any sense lol. I went to a different collision center, explained the situation once, and within THREE DAYS. My car is up and running again, perfectly, other people listened to me, and handled my situation. Also! B&J's bodyshop, very sweet, INCREDIBLY informative, and very knowledgeable on what next steps both i should take to help the car, and where :)
