Having installed his new car stereo together last year, we assumed speakers would be a piece of cake... but 1 hour in and only just managing to get a single tweeter removed, we realized we had no idea what we were doing when we tried to figure out how to connect his factory wiring with the new speaker. Came in Saturday, was quoted for a box in my 93 Toyota Pickup single cab. Set my appointment for Wednesday as they said they'd need it all day. This This box was for 2 6x9s and 2 truck 10s (I supplied) to be tucked in about the 4" behind my seat, obviously a very tricky box to make being that I requested the seat to still sit fully back (I'm almost too tall for the truck to begin with). Brought in the truck and my subs/speakers at 9am, rode back to my house with Isaac and he took my car back to the shop. I come in at closing and the box wasn't done!! At first I was a little bummed, they informed me they were finishing up and could call me when it was ready. They ended up staying open an extra 2 hours just to finish my box! This is my only car at the moment so I was unable to leave it overnight, it took them longer than they estimated but they got it done and fully mounted. Isaac warned me of an issue with my amp that was quickly noticeable after the install (inability to adjust crossover, so i just disabled and let the deck handle it) but never tried to sell me on equipment I did not need/want and was even quick to re-assure me of the quality of the subs I brought in. They also attached the leads for an antenna for free, thus giving me radio reception (before I had none). All-in-all seemed like a 'no-pressure' environment and I look forward to doing business with them in the future read more

I had ordinally gave them a good review back 2014 but after last 2 trips in I cant give a good review. Not sure why I was given some of the worst work ever after the years I was coming and always shown the good work being done to other cars but guess mine wasn't worthy. Spent a year debating on returning to get some A pillars worked on for tweeters after a bad deal with a battery they really did nothing to try and resolve but cause I knew they can do good work I did. Several trips in always asked about price and was given same quote every time for what I wanted, match interior color and pods for tweeters and Naz always said no a problem, my main issue was matching paint but he was sure it would be done. Came by to drop the pillars off and he took them and started walking off and I said don't need to mark them or anything? Says yea and came back and im like ok that's odd. Few days go by and he called and said were done so go over to get them and as I walk up I see a table with them on it and saw right away the color was no way a match and I even took off another interior panel and left with him to make sure. A young kid was there and talked to me and was like im not sure why don't match blah blah and I look at them closer and looks like someone needs painting lessons, edges were all messed up were you can see once installed. Naz was off hiding in another room and asked the kid to get him so he tried and he just sent him back relaying messages a few times, real professional for a customer who has been coming there awhile and has sent you people. So kid installed them and I leave and as I was driving home I was looking at them and noticed the angles both height and horizontal angle were off! Like wtf really? So I call the store in hopes I could actually talk to Naz this time and he answers so I tell him all this and he said it was his bad and should of asked for the truck but its bad business if I don't ask for $250 more...wow to fix your mistake? NO sorry nothing, not 1 attempt to fix it. Matter of fact went out of his way to not do anything. My real feeling is he went out of his way to the worst job he could on this, keep in mind he quoted the price. We had some back and forth chat on facebook so he will try to say their work does their talking and what not but not in this case. If had said my bad I will fix it this would be a good review. So now im stuck with ghetto looking A pillars that no one will touch his mistakes and out the money as well. I liked these guys so not sure why the hostility towards me and give me some crap work. Like any customer coming in to get some work done, I was skeptical, however, eager to see what would come about from my visit. I went in with all of my own equipment to get my double din stereo installed along with my backup camera and to be able to use the volume controls on my steering wheel on my '14 Altima. First off, Isaac was not only very knowledgeable, he was also very friendly and helpful. He looked at the equipment I already purchased and determined that my stereo would not work because of it being outdated in terms of being able to work with the Bluetooth with my edge and navigation would be tricky as well. He offered some really good stereos and also offered to include my install in the price of the stereo I purchased, so that of course was a plus, being that other places wanted to charge $180+ for install on my stereo and another $100+ for the backup camera. The install didn't take long at all which is another plus, and that's a huge thanks to the professional installer Isaac had there.
