The wrap is amazing and looks spectacular, the chrome delete looks better than I imagined and even though it was raining when I picked up, the ceramic coating was on full display and worked to perfection. I am not from the area but was visiting for ONLY 4 days. The wireless camera I had for towing our 5th wheel had been failing. The rear of my truck sits high up so I also needed a camera on the rear plate. I sent a request to a shop and Yelp gave me the option to send the request to multiple shops. Now in all fairness, I was asking for a Furrion to go with another system I have. None of the shops contacted had Furrion. Ok. Still need a new system. One shop quoted me $175 an hour and said it would take 6-8 hours to install. Nope. No way. Not happening. As I was headed into town, Anthony from Sunrise messaged. We went back and forth and I was able to stop by last night to show him my truck. Anthony searched and located a set up that fit what I wanted and had it in store this morning. He told me $800 and change out the door! I dropped my truck off when they opened at 10am this morning as a walk in. Even though they had several jobs that had set appointments before they could get to my truck, by 3pm my truck was ready! Here's a kicker... instead of charging me the $800 and change, I was charged $784. He could have easily charged me what he said but instead he showed his integrity and charged me what it cost. The guy working in the store is pretty deranged and unhinged, I brought back some speakers I bought on black friday unopened since did not need them for an install. Was considering exchanging for tint but no way I am ever letting this guy get close to my car with how erratic he is acting. First he tells me if I want to return I have to drive to arden, I say I am not driving across town for an $85 return when I bought them there. Then he tells me I can only get store credit. Because of his behavior, I now do not want anything to do with store credit. Tell him I want to return to the item. Then he tells me 25% restocking fee, I say seriously, I bought a couple weeks ago, it is unopened and have the reciept. Pretty ridiculous, but fine return it with the fee. Tells me he even gave me a discount, like how could I with all his generosity. Told him it was a black friday sale, You didn't do anything and pretty sure I did not even deal with him and was talking to the owner. Guess he did not like that answer and was watching the Sopranos earlier so in his best budget Tony soprano impersonation he starts threatening me that he is going to 86 me outta here, I can never come back, now not going to honor the return, going to make me drive across town. Such a strange interaction, really just want my money back and will be on my way. Don't really even care about the fee but the guy working there is acting like a lunatic To the owner, if you have audio and video, I suggest you take a look and go from there. Gave me a fair quote upfront and we're able to schedule me fairly quickly. When I showed up day of install and had changes to the plan and needed a back up camera as well, they had no problems with getting what I needed and still install same day. I will never come back to this shop again. I couldn't believe how deceitful, rude, and unprofessional Mark was (if that's even his real name; more on that later). My initial visit to the shop started out pretty normal. "Mark" came out from the back of the shop and greeted me, and he seemed like a cool guy at first. We discussed the make/model of my car and a Sony head unit that I was considering for my car. After our first exchange (which ended fine), I decided leave and go to another shop to see how their prices were in comparison to Sunrise Car Stereo's. I called "Mark" from the other shop I had visited to ask him if the Sony head unit he we had discussed earlier was a 3000 or a 5000 model, like the head unit offered at the shop I was currently at. Mark told me, the unit he was offering was the 5500 model. With that information, I decided to pass on the shop I was at and drive back over to Sunrise Car Stereo to give them my business. That was literally the WORST decision I could have made that day, as it ended up costing me both time, and a ridiculous amount of aggravation. Long story short, over the course of my exchanges with Mark, he intentionally misled me as to whether I would receive a brand new head unit or a floor model (turned out he was selling an open floor model), tried to make me feel stupid for asking for the box the stereo came with, as if that is a weird concept or something. He also lied about how long the unit had been installed in the display case it was held in. He also went on a really random rant about how stereo models don't change much between release years. It didn't make any sense at first. It wasn't until about 15 minutes after leaving his shop that it all started to make sense. Apparently "Mark" had been priming me to let me know that the stereo he was trying to sell me wasn't even a 5500 at all, rather it was the 5000 model. Not only was his story not consistent with how long the stereo had been on display, but he got extremely rude and antagonist when I asked about it. He literally waited until We'll after I left the shop to tell me that information, despite me waiting in his shop for at least 15-20 minutes for my ride. To me it felt like he was trying to con me into buying a used floor model for the same price as a brand new one. I work 2 jobs and am very busy during the week, so although I was a bit upset with how things went up until that point, I decided to have "Mark" do the work on the car. I didn't want to have to deal with the inconvenience of wasting time going back to the other shop. After dropping off the car I went to dinner. I got a call during dinner that the car was ready. I asked "Mark" what time the shop closed, to which he gave me the closing time for that Saturday. He added that he'd be leaving in a bit. I told him I'd be there by that time, which didn't sit too well with him. When I got to his shop after dinner (we'll before closing) "Mark" turned into straight up Petty Roosevelt. He acknowledged me and said to wait a second, but then went on to test out a display case he had just worked on; a senseless task to work on with a waiting customer in the shop. He was clearly pissed about me finishing dinner before going to collect my car. I went on to professionally voice my dissatisfaction with my treatment up too that point. When pressed on his many deceptions he became very abrasive and antagonistic. He refused to give me his name when I asked him for it, which was bizarre as all hell. He went on to say that he was sure I was "jaded due to past experiences" despite having never known me in life before. It was just a total nightmare. So when "Mark" offered to remove the stereo and restore my car to stock, I took that option and ran with it. Especially after being asked " do you need some water or something?" in a sarcastic and provocative kind of way. I didn't take the bait at all. In closing, I can't recommend this place to anyone, and will never be back again. read more

This was my first time getting my car tinted and Anthony the manager was so helpful and recommended what was best and did not try to sell me the most expensive tint. I originally got a lighter tint on the front windows because I was afraid of them being too dark and when I took it home I decided I wanted them darker and he took it off and put a darker tint the following day in 45 minutes!
