These guys know what they're doing and really deliver on their service! I got a dash cam installed and a few days before the service, I requested to add a radio head unit as well and they said they could do it the same day which was awesome. Their communication system is very easy to understand and I got quick and speedy responses and estimates. The best part? It's been a few days after, I want to change a button function on the steering wheel connected to the maestro module behind the head unit. It requires taking the unit out to connect to the module and they said they would do it free of charge. These guys have what many shops don't. Honesty, integrity, transparency, and respect. If you need anything audio or electrical (whatever services are advertised), these guys are the ones you have to go to! There's a reason I picked this place, because the reviews were very positive, I just want to add another review onto their many reviews showing my gratitude for their work and service. 11/10 would recommend. When the Car Play connection stopped working in my car, I tried new cables, re-pairing my phone, and even thought it might be a problem with my phone. But a visit to Rolling Audio (based on a recommendation from Auernig Body) was all it took. The problem was diagnosed very quickly and the needed part to repair the USB port and connection was ordered. When it came in the next week, I scheduled the installation. Even though more damage was discovered during installation, Neil assured me it was an easy fix and his team did all the work that day. I'm so impressed with the quality of service and the excellent communication. The price to fix it was very reasonable considering how much I rely on CarPlay for GPS. Got to give kudos to those who earn it and criticism to those who don't. I would NOT recommend anyone wanting a good consultative sale and installation of an auto car stereo go to Rolling Audio. Discovered a few hours after the installation that my emergency flashers no longer worked. I had to go back so they could remove and reattach the wire. Similar problems with my back-up camera. It's never worked well again since this installation. And the pioneer a AVH 1500 NEX is the most unintuitive and difficult to operate unit I have experienced. I could see that my single stereo installation was a small sale for this company that did larger systems in luxury cars and boats. The trouble is, they made me feel like that and treated me that way. Sorry guys, you missed the mark here at least. And now I will buying a new replacement unit as you can see in the photo--after the 1000th time the unit wouldn't connect with my Bluetooth. I have a 2016 Ram 1500 and wanted to replace the halogen bulbs with led headlight bulbs for my projector housing. I contacted Rolling Audio via Yelp for the service and got an appointment within a week. I initially purchased a set from Amazon but they recommended Lucas lighting which they happen to carry. I was hesitant at first due to the price being way more expensive but I remembered how much of a pain it was when I purchased multiple led kits before for my Dodge Challenger until I found the right one that worked. So I figured I might as well save myself the time and hassle and go with their recommendation (Lucas lighting). I drove at night on my way home and what a difference! Now that I have them running at night, I can see a whole lot better and feel more confident and safer driving in the back roads where I live. I don't even have the need to turn on the light bar on the front of my truck. You really do get what you pay for and Lucas lighting is brighter than most of the OEM LED's I've seen on the road so far. It doesn't cast a shadow when I'm next to a vehicle that has LED/HID headlights. The service of the shop was great from start to finish. Their recommendation was spot on. I really wanted to write a fantastic review for this Marine owned small business. Unfortunately, I can't say it was fantastic. I needed a TV mounted and a back-up camera installed in our new RV. Neil, the owner, worked with us on a date to assess the RV, and then a day for the install that would get the job done before our first trip. To this point it was all good. We spoke again and Neil said dropping the RV off the night before would be safe. And, it was. For a wireless camera, a monitor that attaches to the rear-view mirror, a mount for a small TV, he had me get the TV myself, and installation the bill was almost $1,300. Since I had them install the new TV, I would have hoped they would have checked it out thoroughly upon installation. They did not, the volume just doesn't seem to increase even at maximum (100) level. I ordered a sound bar to address the issue, not sure if the TV is defective, or if it just wasn't adjusted properly, but the workaround I came up with seems to be an ok solution. The camera and monitor work ok, I was hoping for a clearer, brighter, more distant picture, but alas it's not what I hoped for. It is better than no rear view mirror, for sure. It seems Rolling Audio charges top dollar. The customer care of the installers however doesn't quite match up with the fee schedule. I appreciate Neil's military service and for that reason I'm not sorry that I patronized his business. I just suggest you communicate clearly your expectations and get a solid quote before approving any work. read more

Neil and his crew worked on my baby Stomper. It has a complete after market sound system. I've been having issues with my sound system lately and I took it in to have them look at it. Although I paid for a pair of speakers to have installed I didn't need to have new speakers after all, as my problem was a melted fuse bar and loose wiring to my amps. During this process Neil was very communicative and the honesty is huge. Not to mention the great customer service I received. I'll be seeing them soon again to have more work done on my baby ... Both Neil and Gary are very good communicators. I filled out the questionnaire on their website and not long after I received a response. I made it clear that all I wanted was my front stereo speakers replaced. They respected that and provided me a reasonable quote for that alone and didn't try to sell me a completely new stereo system or other products. So I had a bad experience with this shop 2 years ago, & their install of my amp is the opposite of a gift that keeps on giving. After leaving their shop, my stereo just didn't have the same kick as it did in my previous car, even though it was the exact same equipment. I didn't bother with it until now, since I have a lot more time. I folded the back seat back & took a look, & I saw immediately that they hadn't bridged the amp like I instructed. That simple detail was wasting half of the power. There was also wood chips all over the area they drilled. So I assumed they hadn't tuned it either, or they would've noticed this. I found another shop to get it professionally tuned. Before bringing it in I was cleaning up Rolling Audios mess, & 2 of the screws popped out, & the amp fcking fell down! They had used these cheap, flimsy wood screws that didn't even match to bolt on my amp! These punks knew I wouldn't be back after they totally screwed me, so they decided to just do what they could to butcher the job even more. Any reputable shop would not be caught dead using those screws. Moral of the story: If you're even thinking of taking your car here, you better be prepared to kiss their asses & stay on their good side, or pay the price of getting overcharged for a butcher job on your car that you will continue to regret even years later. read more

Had my appointment booked 2 weeks in advance at 0900. Came in today, 1 guy by the name of Gary by the front desk has the WORSE customer service! I mean this guy (looking in his computer) just let me stood there for few mins till "I" said something, probably would of been longer if I just stayed quite. Not any better (same experience) when I got back to pick the car up which I had to call to check the status on (1pm). The negative vibe of him just finalizing the papers for me to pay was cruciating, like I wasn't welcomed!! After paying I was expecting a walk thru on the installation and such, but I didn't recieved S**t. Just walked out on my own and did the inspection myself. Whatever BS you have going on, take it home or some place else! I'm not a complicated person. I'm easy going, family man, and gets along with everyone. WOW, I don't know how well this would come out because it is hard to describe the feeling I have with this install. I posted a pick to help show how good I feel. But this shop did a custom job for me and I have say that I couldn't be happier. I need a amp and sub install as my factory speakers didn't give me the depth I wanted for lows. After talking with the Owner Neil and his idea of putting the box where my spare tire would be, I was glad he wasn't afraid of the challenge. (btw, MB don't come with spares anymore do to their preference of runflats). But the bass is amazing for 1 "12" and I didn't lose my trunk space. In which that was exactly what I was looking for. I did a lot of research on local companies that specialized in custom audio. My Lamborghini stock system was terrible. I took Yelp's recommendation and visited Neil at Rolling Audio. I was very confident he could handle the project. He provided a detailed quote and gave me a demo in his showroom of how it would sound. We set up a drop off date and a completion date. I stoped by a few times to see how the progress was coming along. Gary and Neil were always busy working but took the time to show me the progress. The car was protected inside and out. There were compartments to be made, holes to drill, fiberglass work, door skins removed, custom parts made, This was a very difficult project. They did an amazing job installing a 500 watt amp, sub-woofer, door speakers and tweeters. It sounds fantastic and the car still looks stock. I'll definitely use them again for my truck and boat. Used Rolling Audio for the purchase and installation of a new alarm system for my truck. They were about a week out in availability, but that worked fine for my schedule. They deal in Compustar so you're getting a top end product. I didn't shop around for this model elsewhere so I can't attest to "value" in regards to whether or not you could find a better deal with installation, but I felt what I paid was fair enough for my expectations and I always prefer to support local business before big box stores or dealerships. The owner Neil is on point; solid guy, very polite and professional and that goes a long ways with me as a businessman myself. Personally, I dealt mostly with another guy who always had an "I can't wait to be done with you" look on his face or tone to his voice. Minor stuff to some and obviously not a deal breaker, I just personally prefer feeling like my $1K in business and simple questions about systems I know nothing about aren't interrupting your day. Well let me just start of my saying talking about cars is like talking Chinese to me. I've been trying to figure out what was wrong with my radio system for a while. Changed the radio, that didn't work. Bought a new amp and decided to take it here to install. They said to being it right over. At first he said I just needed a new fuse and he changed it for free. But the sound was still off so I went back and asked if he could take a closer look. After inspecting the speakers and radio he decide it was indeed the amp. So he installed the amp and had to rewire the whole car. Cost me about 200. More than I thought but at that point I was so happy just to have my music back. Unfortunately after I left I noticed a noise when I revved up the car. I was out of town and then sick so I couldn't go back for two weeks. When I came back the mechanic was a bit hesitant to take a look but he did anyway after I asked. He fixed that problem but I guess the bass wire on the amp got loose and I couldn't hear the bass anymore. Next day I call the owner and explain the problem. I didn't want to pay another $20 to take a look at it and was getting upset. They were so cool and I didn't want to leave a bad review. He told me to bring it over and in two seconds he plugged the wire that was loose and my music was back. Not to mention it's Christmas Eve. He was very professional and I also got a free aux cable for checking in. Thank you so much for dealing with me several times. I will be back to get my new speakers put in. read more
