Believe the Hype of the previous reviews. I needed a simple replacement of a wheel well molding for my Buick Encore. Maybe a $150 to $200 job. Simple, yes but Chris gave me options on the different replacements right down to the clips holding the part on to the car. He called me when the parts arrived to assure me my appointment would be good to go. Day of the appointment he also pointed out the new part was new therefore not quite the same shade of black as the eight-year old part coming off the car. Gave me all the options on what we could do. I came here about two ish weeks ago, and unfortunately i would not come back. They were very nice and decently informative at first, but proceeded to keep my car for a lot longer than expected. They received the wrong parts, so I understood that delayed some time, however they ignored my other concerns. I had to ask them TWICE to communicate to me a lot more regarding my car, i need my vehicle, i cannot just be two weeks without my car? Once i got my car back, there were still parts missing, and honestly very little to no care putting back parts. There was stomp marks on my seat, a bug in my car, cobwebs, and spit on the outside. The 2/3 main reasons i bought my car in there for were completely ignored. It makes me disappointed both the guys, Justin and Chris i believe were their names, were not listening, or patient enough to listen to me. They did not care about my time, when i tried talking to them, they got very defensive, cutting me off when i was speaking to them. They talked over me, several times, example such as "Yeah yeah yeah", "ok anyways so what i was saying" etc, showing they do not listen to your full sentence and just want to hear themselves talk. One of the guys got super defensive when i was getting a bit confused with the work done to my car, he said and i quote "okay but, we did something that not anyone can just do", i understand that. firstly, it was not through you guys and still through someone else. Secondly, okay the things i still needed to get done to my car that i care a lot about, were completely ignored, and recommended to "leave as is". This is my only car, and i'm trying to FULLY restore it from the previous owners, now restoring it from an uninsured hit and run. Drove the car home and immediately got three warning lights, i almost lost control on the freeway. They have ZERO care about your time, or whatever information you have to say, i would not recommend going here unless you are a cis white man if that makes any sense lol. I went to a different collision center, explained the situation once, and within THREE DAYS. My car is up and running again, perfectly, other people listened to me, and handled my situation. Also! I've already done a review for Google, but I'm on a roll today. Justin and his team provided incredible service, thus ending a year-long nightmare! In February of 2025, I was hit by an SUV that was hit by a truck driver, who was on the phone and not paying attention. Thankfully, no-one was hurt, and it was determined that since the truck driver was at fault my insurance would cover the cost of the repair. I went to the repair shop with the best reviews, Diamond Auto Body, in South Reno. after assessing the damage, the employee (whose name I shall not disclose) pronounced the car totaled...hmmm, it was driving fine and the damage was cosmetic. He also said the work would take about a month to complete. I called back to tell them I wanted to begin the repair and that it would be covered by my insurance. I was met with crickets. Three times. I also was told that this particular employee moved to their other location, which received terrible reviews. I was pretty distraught. I mentioned the situation to James at Village Auto. He highly recommended I contact Justin. Justin and his team not only did great work in under the amount of time Diamond assessed, but went to bat for me when my insurance tried to force me to accept a pittance because THEY were trying to total my car out. After Justin spoke with them, we were good to go. They gave my car a nice detailing inside as well...I fell in love with my car all over again! I bumped into a pole last week and after being quoted an obscene price ($634.00!) to replace the driver's side mirror and mounting by the Toyota dealership. The mirror had gotten unplugged so the computer was showing an error message on the dashboard. I had the BEST experience I've ever had with a car shop. For some back ground, when i was sent here it was due to the fact that someone hit my little ford focus with their F-250. No big deal just a dent and some minor damage that needed fixing. They took my car in the next day and they kept me updated the whole time they had it. They answered all my questions and calls, they were extremely patient with me frantic mood and they made my car look like it just came off the lot. They also detail cleaned the inside and outside for me which i was absolutely appreciative of! They couldn't find the exact tires i have to replace mine so they compensated me for it as well. I am SUPER picky with who touches my vehicles. We were referred to Justin at Ultimate Collision Center several years ago in 2013 by a trusted neighbor to repair my wife's Lexus. Three major collisions by other people over the years into my wife's Lexus and thanks to Justin and staff, the Lexus still looks, runs and feels like a new car. Because of Justin's attention to detail, up front, direct advice and care for his clients, I trusted Justin and Ultimate with my two prized possessions. The 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 needed paint less dent removal, a thorough polishing and full detail. With Ultimate's help, the Dodge still looks brand new. Finally, the 2008 BMW M3. I had a semi trucks tire explode into my M3 while I was on the highway. Side note, my wife and I are both very happy it was me driving and not her. Anyway, Justin worked with and for me through my insurance company, who didn't want to cover much. Ultimate worked with this company to be reasonable and with that Justin took care of me and my baby....The M3 required the front clip, hood, driver side and retractable hard top to be repainted due to all the damage. The result is a work of art....I've never seen a paint job match soo perfectly. I purchased a BRAND NEW TRUCK and before I had two thousand miles on it some idiot rear ended me. Their insurance admitted 100 percent fault but they jerked me around every step of the way from trying to send me to get multiple estimates, lying about their coverage amount, and also refusing to provide a rental car (I'll be seeing you in court Geico). The whole thing was a headache. What wasn't a headache was how Ultimate Collision and Justin (the owner) took care of me and completely fixed my truck like new. I had plans to install an aftermarket bumper before the accident happened. After the accident I didn't want to replace the bumper with OEM only to replace it again.
