I went to Excellence Auto Collision to get an estimate to repair some scrapes on my car. Samuel was the person who helped me. I explained that the someone had damaged my vehicle in a parking lot (hit and run) and that I would be paying for the repairs out of pocket. Samuel told me he could have it taken care of in about an hour if I wanted to wait. Then, to my surprise, he said he wouldn't charge me for the work. They did an excellent job repairing my car, and Samuel insisted on doing it at no charge. How often does that happen? It was such a pleasant surprise and so refreshing to experience that kind of kindness and generosity. It's wonderful to deal with a business that genuinely cares about helping its customers. I'm very grateful to Samuel and the entire team for their outstanding service! read more

Super happy with the repair they did on our Range Rover. Excellent customer service! Thanks you, Rebecca and to the whole Excellence team!

Thank you so much to both Rebecca and Samuel for a fantastic experience. Their amazing customer service gave me so much peace of mind during a very stressful time. They were communicative and helped walk me through the process of what getting my car repaired would look like. They also worked with my insurance and advocated for my car to be repaired with the best quality parts. My car has been returned in beautiful condition. I am so grateful to have come across this business on Yelp. Thank you very much to Samuel, Rebecca, and all at Excellence Auto Collision who worked on my car-- I truly appreciate the great service. read more

Excellence Auto Collision Center recently provided me with a comprehensive detailing service for my eight-year-old Lexus RX450h. The staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and communicated effectively throughout the entire process. They meticulously performed a four-step exterior detailing, an interior detailing, and an engine detailing, leaving my car looking like it had just come off the showroom floor. I highly recommend Excellence Auto Collision Center for all your detailing needs. read more

Needed a second opinion! Got one, in writing in about a half an hour. Very helpful and knowledgeable, I just wish i had known about Excellence last week when i got rear ended, before going and getting an estimate at Kneisels, which was so high, the insurance just wanted to total it. Hopefully, this will change the mind of AAA. I will update if i get work done. At this point i very much recommend Excellence. Also, i was referred by a dealership. read more

Start to finish these guys were great. Repaired some minor damage to my truck and it looks like new.

Needed to get some scratches removed from my truck. It didn't take very long to get it back and it looks nice

The work done on my car was fantastic. They fixed the work done from another shop and it looks like it's new. Only fault I would give is that my keyfob came back to me extremely beat up like it was dropped or scuffed across the pavement. These things are around $800-1000. read more

Just want to hop on here to express my gratitude to this body shop The attention that Enrique, Syd, Aracely, Danny, Delilah, and the rest of the team has is unmatched. We have been extremely happy with all of their services. From time to time we refer customers over and they always treated each client like their only customer I have dealt with many body shops in past but the dignity this body shop has is unlike anything we've ever seen. Not to mention all their coworkers treat each other like their family, it's a great atmosphere To put in short perspective, if you're looking for a body shop that has 1 Quality Work, 2 Stands behind their product, 3 has amazing customer service this is the place to go to, so don't waste your time read more

i was on my way to work and my engine started to overheat and smoke. i pulled into the first parking lot i could find and excellence auto body thankfully, happened to be in the lot. i had no idea what to do so i walked in to ask if they possibly had coolant for me to buy off of them and immediately i was helped by someone looking under my hood and they even offered to order coolant from oriley to their shop for me asap. they explained everything that was going on as it was happening, and everyone was so so kind and helpful. in the end i was only charged for the cost of the coolant, even though they looked in my car and put the coolant in for me. if i have any car problems in the future i will immediately be coming back because of the customer service and helpfulness that's hard to find. thank you guys again! read more

I had a tire blow out on 1-80 going toward Sacramento. It was a harrowing experience as the only thing left was the outer rim of the tire. That was repaired at the dealership but some of the tire rubber h it my car and needed body work? Rubbing out the somewhat large stain. Lexus dealership referred me to Excellence Body Shop. I dropped bye for an estimate; Aurecelle came out to look at the car and immediately started to try to rub it out. She did a fairly good Job but said her detailer was a magician. That he was!! He also replaced a plastic guard gratis because he had a piece that he cut to fit. They said, it was the best if they could take care of the job without having to do body work and match the paint if they did not have to. I honestly have never experienced such great care and service. You need body work - look no further, you will not be disappointed!! Shout out to Aurecelle, Melissa and the magic detailer. Angel Avila is the BEST. I initially found Excellence Auto Body via a Yelp search. So I called to ask questions, do some research etc and decided this was the shop to get the job done. My experience was through my auto insurance- my auto insurance claim was the most frustrating process HOWEVER Angel made sure to call me, update me on his end and asked about the insurance process on my end. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Once Excellence Auto Body was done with my repairs I was pleasantly surprised to see that my car was washed, inside was vacuumed, tires were glistening in the sunshine and my car smelled so good! Again- amazing customer service. I appreciate Excellence Auto Body and Angels attentiveness, patience and vast follow up. Just FANTASTIC! read more

My left door was partly crushed and needed replacing. It seems Nissan new doors were on back-order, and used (repaired) doors weren't available anywhere. The mechanic at Excellence on Auburn Blvd., known as "Maestro," (because he's amazing) made it his mission to resolve the issue without a new door. He removed any trace of the damage, repainted it perfectly, and it took just two days. Waiting for a new door to arrive might have taken weeks. The result of his painstaking work is perfection! It looks like a new car. Beautiful workmanship, considerate and friendly staff, and they understand that time is important to a customer. I can't recommend them highly enough! T. I cannot recommend this place enough! Mitch helped me repair my truck after an accident and was extremely kind. I was frustrated after a whole debacle with a different repair shop before I went to this one that didn't communicate well and took a month to get my truck back without body repairs! Mitch listened and understood my situation completely and made me feel like I was being taken care of and gave me tips on what to do in future accidents. He gave me update calls and made sure I was well communicated with in terms of the progress on my truck. Now I'm back on the road and as happy as I can be! read more

-100 Star Rating if I could!! I had to Contact BAR on this company because they returned my car with a bad paint job, dents on the new doors, they removed my VIN tag and never put it back on. Left Gaps in between the doors that were replaced, they charged for things they didn't even do. My car has a tracker and it's connected to my phone. They continuously drove my car around town when they shouldn't have and at high rates of speed!! I was left with a big dent under the car like they hit something. I also noticed when opening my hood they didn't screw my bumper or fenders back on, they had left the screws and a parts laying in the engine bay. They messed up my window tint and messed up a few parts inside my vehicle, left a lot of lose parts around the inside of my doors and forgot to re install a few parts back on! My doors now leak water inside because of the gaps they left and because they didn't re install the weather strips! Avoid this place!! read more

This was my first and last experience. Very friendly and professional staff but the final work on my vehicle appeared to be perfect when I picked it up. A couple of months later after a car wash, the scratches are still there and the emblem is detaching. Took it there to have them look at it and of course, their claim is that someone tried to still the cheap emblem. read more

Excellent customer service and excellent quality work. I brought my MINI Cooper S Hardtop here after being recommended by Niello BMW. I accidentally backed into a short post/pole in a parking lot and caused minor damage to the bumper. They were able to completely fix the bumper (instead of replacing it as other body shops wanted to, which lowered costs) and they matched the paint perfectly. This is critical as some shops will not do this (or won't do the color match correctly) and this can leave a repainted panel color/tint mismatched to adjacent panels. While bumpers will always be very slightly off (because of the material differences between a plastic bumper and metal panels), I was amazed at how well they color matched the bumper. I cannot stress this enough, it is amazing how experienced their body/paint techs are at this repair shop. They also use the same paint brand that BMW uses at the factory, which really helps in the color matching process. They were very reasonable with their price and communication was great. Excellence Auto Body exceeded all of my expectations. I want to personally thank Aracely and Syd for their excellent customer service and going above and beyond to help me. They have definitely won a repeat customer. read more

Just stop scrolling through reviews, and go to Excellence. You won't regret it. I rarely write yelp reviews, but felt obligated to write a review about Enrique and his team at Excellence. There is no possible way to find anything negative about my experience with Excellence. They really put customer service first, and that was a game changer for me. I am always skeptical of places with all 5 star reviews, but this place was nothing short of 5 stars. Not a chance I will go anywhere else for any type of work. read more
