Went in to get an estimate and met with Phil. He gave me great customer service. Highly recommend.

Had to come pick up a car today and David at the impound lot is an absolute angel of a human! Super kind and helpful!

I recently had to take my truck there for repairs because someone hit me from behind. They were quick high quality work very friendly and great service. Omar was great keeping me updated on the hick ups and the progress of my repairs. They even wash and clean my truck inside and out. For me that is how they show their customers that they value them. This not the first time I had gotten one of my car repaired by them this was the second time time and both time they were timely and very efficient. I will always choose them. Thank you, you guys are amazing. read more

Kniesel's Collision is amazing! This is actually the second time I've been referred to them, and once again they exceeded my expectations. The whole team made the process easy, stress-free, and professional. A special shout-out to Sean and Alex, the shop manager, for their communication, understanding, and courtesy. They informed and supported me through the entire process. My car was repaired to look like it was brand new again, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I know I'll be a returning customer for years to come, hopefully with no more accidents! Highly recommend! If you want your repairs done right, go here! read more

I would definitely NOT recommend this place. When I took my car in after an accident, they did a horrible job at restoring the passenger side that was damaged during the accident. I took my car in for a car wash 3 months after work has been done on my car. I noticed my car started leaking from below the glove compartment and also on my side above my feet and pedals. I took my car in and they said they will check their records and call me after leaving my contact information with them. They never called me. I had to take my car in to Made In Japan to get the issue fixed years after they worked on my car because I did not know who could have fixed my leak and how much the repair would cost me out of pocket. If you get into an accident and need your car fixed, don't take it here. Take it to Caliber Collision off of Roseville Rd by that WalMart where they will definitely treat you better and with respect and consideration. FUCK THIS PLACE. This place has changed ownership 3 times in the last 6 years. I suffered for years with this damage going un-repaired - especially during rainy seasons throughout the years. I have talked to lawyers and no one took my case so I had to tough it out. The least I can do at this point is to expose these fuckers for their unethical business practices. I am leaving this review now - a couple of years after they worked on my car - now that I'm getting ready to buy another car. Don't come to this place. read more

When I wrecked my car (and two other times when we needed body repair and window fixing) these guys, both this Auburn Blvd AND Sunrise blvd locations, were very professional and complete, and timely. I was so stressed during the most recent visit when someone ran a red light and hit me. Shaken up still, I decided right from the accident scene to take my car in and leave with them. Glad I did, they got right on it when they said they would, and were very complete in dealing with the insurance companies. And they also let me know all of the details and sent me the paperwork pronto. I would highly recommend them for any body work or accidents, as they do it right, they do not cut corners, you can not even tell my car was wrecked, and a lot of parts were involved as the whole side and front panel and bumper with lights was smashed... and they were nothing but nice with all of my bothersome phone calls and requests for email receipts... I have had 3-4 happy completed customer experiences with them, don't go anywhere else if you have a nice vehicle. read more

Kniesel's Collision has some of the best customer service I've ever seen! Not only did they do a fantastic job repairing my vehicle, but every step of the process was great and made super easy! Special, thank you to Alex, Shaun, and Lindsay! They have incredible customer service and they were awesome to work with! I highly recommend this location! read more

Great service on body work of our 2015 Silverado High Country truck just in time to make it look like new again for Christmas. Then took my 2016 RAV4 in for a damaged rubber seal under roof rack today. They did a quick repair while we waited. Thank you Alex and Lee! read more

What GREAT service I got at Kniesel's , wasn't a place that I can say I ever wanted to visit but after my hit and run accident I sure am glad I came to them . Alex Perez was the gentleman that walked me through everything that was going to need to be fixed, he explained everything in a way I completely understood , he worked with my insurance and called me with updates . I will definitely recommend Kniesel's to anyone I know that needs their help. I can honestly say I hope I NEVER have to see them again but if I do I definitely know where to go.. Thanks again Alex you are definitely top notch.. read more

People often stick with what they know. We didn't know anything about Thompson's Collision before we brought our Honda Accord there. Our daughter was hit in the rear passenger door with damage to the dog leg of the door as well. I met with Ray and he told me exactly what we could expect when we got the car back. I will include the pictures so you can see for yourself, but the transformation was amazing. Ray and Thompson's Collision went above and beyond the repairs. It's practically a new car. Ray and staff were great to work with. The Customer Service was impeccable and no other that we have ever experienced could match. I highly recommend Thompson's for any Auto Body Repair you may need. Thank you Thompson's Collision and to you read more

This place is terrible its like a restaurant thats about to close and don't want to take your car and will leave in parking spot for a month before starting. They also want you to do all the paperwork yourself and everything else's like you need to don their job for them. This place should look around at other body shop and see how they treat their coustomers. Don't recommend. read more

These guys are AWESOME! I got rear ended on July 15 (the idiot who did took it took off), and caused $12,720.56 In damages. I was NOT happy with the person. On July 29, we took it to Kniesel's, who estimated 20 working days (but it was 23, no problems) to be finished. The car looks brand new, and we couldn't be happier. Big shout out to Ray, who did an excellent job, and answered all of our questions and phone calls very professionally and promptly! read more

Everyone was very helpful and quick. When I called they were able to get my car in same-day with a diagnosis. I had my vehicle back in less than 24 hours and when I picked it up, it was even washed. I wasn't able to pick up my vehicle before they closed, so someone even stayed late for me. They also let me now about the warranty on their services. I hope I don't need anymore repairs, but if I do, I know where to go. No fuss, just professional and efficient. read more

My vehicle was hit by a Geico insured driver. Geico referred me to Thompson's collision. The staff, in particularly Jen, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The car was restored back to its original condition. In addition, they touched up some minor scratches on my bumper, reattached the mud flaps on both sides, and even replaced my rear windshield wiper! They also helped facilitate a rental vehicle while mine was getting fixed. Overall great experience and I HIGHLY recommend them. read more

Don't schedule your damage estimate with Omar. He took a quick look at the damage, but didn't take any pictures. He said he doesn't need to because he knows what parts are needed. He promised to email me an estimate, but he never did. When I pressed him on that a week later, he said to bring the car in because he needs to take a thorough look with a tech for an accurate estimate. When I called again to arrange a time to drop off the car for an accurate estimate, he said his manager told him the vehicle is not allowed to be dropped off. When I asked him if I should bring it in and wait for an estimate, he said he could give me a quick estimate while I'm waiting, but it's not going to be accurate. I pointed out to him that I need an accurate estimate, to which he replied that he needs to start the repairs first before he can give me an accurate estimate. Eventually, he said I need to talk to his manager because he has other customers who are waiting for him in the lobby. I've had it with him trying to dance his way out of giving me an estimate! Now I'm going to a different collision repair center. read more

All the staff I interacted with at the Carmichael location were very professional. Omar handled my claim through the insurance company and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Great results - couldn't be happier. I really appreciated the extra nice job they did on the interior detail as well - not expected at all - very nice surprise. Would recommend this shop 100% read more

I would like to take this time to say thank you Alex Perez for taking care of not only getting 2 cars taken care of but also keeping us informed and up to date on the repair process. I whole heartedly would and do recommend this shop. From the front desk to Alex Perez and the your people in the back, thank you. read more

My car was brought in by a two truck to see if there was anything wrong with the tire, steering, drive axle and to repair the bumper. Ray went over and above taking care of my care and me. I highly recommend Kniesel's and Ray if you need any kind of repairs done on your vehicle. read more

From the estimate to the finished product absolutely the BEST customer service and craftsmanship ever! Someone sideswiped me on the passenger side of my Honda CRV in Loehmann's Plaza. No note. Entire passenger side doors, mirrors and fenders a wreck. Dropped car off the 21st. Had a phone call with an update every day except the weekends. Enterprise Renta a Car is another story (ugh). Picked the vehicle up the 27th--not only repaired but cleaned and detailed. And, you can drop the rental from Enterprise right there at Kneisel's in Carmichael. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Took my vehicle here and left with more damages than before I brought it to them. Definitely would not recommend this shop, I had high hopes beings the reviews were decent. My car was worked on then found multiple chips in my paint and they thought I wouldn't notice. ALWAYS TAKE PHOTOS OF YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE IT WITH THEM. Thankful my photos showed no damage prior to leaving it with them. They didn't even fix my car but instead put it on me. Spoke to an assistant manager on 2/15 in regard to my damage and he said he had someone in mind to check it out further and would call me back.... It's now April 3rd still nothing I have given up with them and have taken it else where to have the repairs DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. They caused damage to my emblem and thought i wouldn't notice as well and i get it they just want to make money but common sense double check the vehicle before calling someone to come pick it up knowing they are driving 30 minutes and leaving work early. In total missed 5.5 hours of work driving back and forth the 3 times I had to visit the shop. They also put my steering wheel back on incorrectly causing my balance to be off but insured me they did an alignment. Over all just do not waste your time. read more

I was in a collision recently and was overwhelmed by the negative impact in every sense of the matter. I worked so hard to keep my 2016 Scion in tip top shape so that the resale value would remain at the top of the scale. I was so devastated when this happened. Not being originally from the area, I had no idea where I would take my car for repairs. So my insurance recommended Kniesel's Collision. As skeptical as I was, I went ahead and researched Kniesel's and found outstanding reviews. At arrival I was greeted by Omar Hernandez. Talk about positive energy, Omar made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions, was not pushy, arrogant, etc. By the time I left, I was still a bit skeptical but I felt confident with my decision. Omar kept me in the loop in every aspect of my car repair. This type of employee is really hard to come by these days and I hope Kniesel's know what they have. Kniesel's really does stand by their "Core Values". I was amazed with the end product. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. I would recommend Omar on behalf of Kniesal's to my family and close friends. Thank you Omar. read more

Excellent service bar none!! Omar very conscientious of the work needing to be accomplished and did an excellent job!!

Thompson's did a tremendous job fixing our Minivan. Jen and the front office team kept us updated the entire process. They even arranged to pick up our vehicle at home (it was undrivable). Ron and his team made the car look like new. read more
