I would definitely NOT recommend this place. When I took my car in after an accident, they did a horrible job at restoring the passenger side that was damaged during the accident. I took my car in for a car wash 3 months after work has been done on my car. I noticed my car started leaking from below the glove compartment and also on my side above my feet and pedals. I took my car in and they said they will check their records and call me after leaving my contact information with them. They never called me. I had to take my car in to Made In Japan to get the issue fixed years after they worked on my car because I did not know who could have fixed my leak and how much the repair would cost me out of pocket. If you get into an accident and need your car fixed, don't take it here. Take it to Caliber Collision off of Roseville Rd by that WalMart where they will definitely treat you better and with respect and consideration. FUCK THIS PLACE. This place has changed ownership 3 times in the last 6 years. I suffered for years with this damage going un-repaired - especially during rainy seasons throughout the years. I have talked to lawyers and no one took my case so I had to tough it out. The least I can do at this point is to expose these fuckers for their unethical business practices. When I wrecked my car (and two other times when we needed body repair and window fixing) these guys, both this Auburn Blvd AND Sunrise blvd locations, were very professional and complete, and timely. I was so stressed during the most recent visit when someone ran a red light and hit me. Shaken up still, I decided right from the accident scene to take my car in and leave with them. Glad I did, they got right on it when they said they would, and were very complete in dealing with the insurance companies. And they also let me know all of the details and sent me the paperwork pronto. I would highly recommend them for any body work or accidents, as they do it right, they do not cut corners, you can not even tell my car was wrecked, and a lot of parts were involved as the whole side and front panel and bumper with lights was smashed... and they were nothing but nice with all of my bothersome phone calls and requests for email receipts... I have had 3-4 happy completed customer experiences with them, don't go anywhere else if you have a nice vehicle. read more

People often stick with what they know. We didn't know anything about Thompson's Collision before we brought our Honda Accord there. Our daughter was hit in the rear passenger door with damage to the dog leg of the door as well. I met with Ray and he told me exactly what we could expect when we got the car back. This place is terrible its like a restaurant thats about to close and don't want to take your car and will leave in parking spot for a month before starting. They also want you to do all the paperwork yourself and everything else's like you need to don their job for them. These guys are AWESOME! I got rear ended on July 15 (the idiot who did took it took off), and caused $12,720.56 In damages. I was NOT happy with the person. On July 29, we took it to Kniesel's, who estimated 20 working days (but it was 23, no problems) to be finished. The car looks brand new, and we couldn't be happier. My vehicle was hit by a Geico insured driver. Geico referred me to Thompson's collision. The staff, in particularly Jen, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The car was restored back to its original condition. In addition, they touched up some minor scratches on my bumper, reattached the mud flaps on both sides, and even replaced my rear windshield wiper! Don't schedule your damage estimate with Omar. He took a quick look at the damage, but didn't take any pictures. He said he doesn't need to because he knows what parts are needed. He promised to email me an estimate, but he never did. When I pressed him on that a week later, he said to bring the car in because he needs to take a thorough look with a tech for an accurate estimate. When I called again to arrange a time to drop off the car for an accurate estimate, he said his manager told him the vehicle is not allowed to be dropped off. When I asked him if I should bring it in and wait for an estimate, he said he could give me a quick estimate while I'm waiting, but it's not going to be accurate. I pointed out to him that I need an accurate estimate, to which he replied that he needs to start the repairs first before he can give me an accurate estimate. Eventually, he said I need to talk to his manager because he has other customers who are waiting for him in the lobby. I've had it with him trying to dance his way out of giving me an estimate! From the estimate to the finished product absolutely the BEST customer service and craftsmanship ever! Someone sideswiped me on the passenger side of my Honda CRV in Loehmann's Plaza. No note. Entire passenger side doors, mirrors and fenders a wreck. Dropped car off the 21st. Had a phone call with an update every day except the weekends. Enterprise Renta a Car is another story (ugh). Picked the vehicle up the 27th--not only repaired but cleaned and detailed. And, you can drop the rental from Enterprise right there at Kneisel's in Carmichael. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Took my vehicle here and left with more damages than before I brought it to them. Definitely would not recommend this shop, I had high hopes beings the reviews were decent. My car was worked on then found multiple chips in my paint and they thought I wouldn't notice. ALWAYS TAKE PHOTOS OF YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE IT WITH THEM. Thankful my photos showed no damage prior to leaving it with them. They didn't even fix my car but instead put it on me. Spoke to an assistant manager on 2/15 in regard to my damage and he said he had someone in mind to check it out further and would call me back.... It's now April 3rd still nothing I have given up with them and have taken it else where to have the repairs DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. They caused damage to my emblem and thought i wouldn't notice as well and i get it they just want to make money but common sense double check the vehicle before calling someone to come pick it up knowing they are driving 30 minutes and leaving work early. In total missed 5.5 hours of work driving back and forth the 3 times I had to visit the shop. They also put my steering wheel back on incorrectly causing my balance to be off but insured me they did an alignment. Over all just do not waste your time. read more
