I did a stupid thing, and so needed to get my Tesla Model 3 in for a front bumper replacement. Collision Pros got my car back (early!) and just about right on the initial estimate. I felt like Brendan did a very good job at the initial inspection, and was very thorough in explaining about emergent charges (with which I am very familiar!) for which I was very appreciative. We paid out of pocket, and the pricing for the quality of the work is spot on. The work was fast (they had a bumper in stock) and they were great at communicating with me about a couple of parts needing to be shipped in. The staff is very gracious, and the work is excellent. /and, they even detailed my car for me! Top notch service! They are in our address book! read more

Everything. My insurance was trying to get out of paying for a lot of things and somehow, this place helped and figured out what they were doing. I highly recommend. My car looks amazing, I'm pretty sure they vacuumed the inside and cleaned it. I am beyond happy with their services. Brendan exceeded my expectations by far. read more

I was referred here from the insurance company and I'm pleased with the service. My vehicle was returned to me earlier than expected with hardly any evidence of a repair and came out to just about the estimated price. The customer service was great. They handled all the rental for me including scheduling pickup and returning the vehicle for me. Brandon was friendly and explained the process well. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service. read more

I accidentally rubbed my brand new Tesla against my garage door frame, leaving a scrape mark above the left rear wheel. After sending pictures to Collision Pros to get a quote, Cameron asked if I could bring it in for a closer look. When I arrived, he came out in the rain to look at it and offered to see what could be done with rubbing compound. He spent 15 minutes working on it, and made it 90% disappear. He explained the risk of if he got more aggressive at rubbing it out. It was good enough for me, and all at no charge! Hopefully I won't need repair services in the future, but if I do, I'll be back. read more

Collision Pro is an fantastic auto body shop. After a hit and run accident incident, our Cadillac CTS sustained major damaged to the front passenger door. AAA recommended and arranged for Collision Pro to repair the body damage. Great cost for the repairs. Collision Pro immediately arranged to get the repair parts ordered, scheduled the repair, and kept us informed every day. The CTS was repaired on time as promised. The repair was excellent. The fit and finish of the repaired door is excellent and the paint matches the rest of the car. Everyone at Collision Pro were exceptional and really concern about repairing our car to our expectation. Out of 5 stars, we give Collision Pro 5 stars. We definitely will use Collision Pro if we need too; and will recommend them to our family and friends. read more

After some dude ripped my front bumper off with his truck, my insurance helped get me an appointment here with collison pros. I was stressed out after my first car accident and wasn't sure what the repair process was going to look like. Everyone here was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. Communication was consistent. I dropped my car off on Monday and had it in even better condition than before the accident by Friday! (Which also happened to be my birthday which was a great gift after all the stress!) Nino went above and beyond, I appreciate the efficiency and attention to detail. I had sweaters in my car that they even folded for me, who does that!! I was able to even drop off my rental with them and they were in communication with my insurance through it all. I cannot thank you guys enough. Great service, restored my faith in humanity. read more

Great service and staff! My BMW was as good as new after the repairs. Even the wash team did an excellent job making it shine at pickup.

Outstanding Service and Quality Work! I brought my Toyota 4Runner in to get the passenger door repaired after it was damaged, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, honest, and extremely helpful. They walked me through the process, gave a fair and transparent estimate, and kept me updated every step of the way. The repair itself? Flawless. You'd never know the door was damaged -- the paint matched perfectly, and the panel looks brand new. They went above and beyond, not just fixing the door but detailing the car and making sure everything was spotless when I picked it up. Turnaround time was quicker than I expected, and their customer service was top-notch the whole way through. If you need auto body work done, I highly recommend this shop. Trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely care about their customers. I'll definitely be returning if I ever need work done again (hopefully not too soon though!). read more

I came here for an estimate on my car for some damage that had been caused by a motorcycle. Justin helped me and was very thorough with his review of the damage and explained everything seen and all possibilities of work to be done. The front desk receptionist was so sweet and went above and beyond to get in contact with my rep. I haven't had the work done yet but so far this place has been great! Will give another review once my work is complete. read more

My Dad is 81 years old and his wife crashed their Tesla into the garage. They didn't want to claim it on their insurance (she has decided to give up her license willingly after this experience). Thankfully, the Tesla app recommended Collision Pros. I was delighted to see that they had a citrus Heights location that was centrally located between my dad's house and mine. The gentlemen Collision Pros thoughtfully listened when I explained the unique situation where I would be the technical "go between" and primary contact for the repairs. I have never had such an amazing experience with any repair shop before! I can't say I will ever buy a Tesla, but they made this experience as painless as possible. I was given text messages daily regarding the parts and labor. They were able to give us an estimate that was explained line by line and worked for my dad's out-of-pocket budget. At no time did they ever pressure us to do more work or to turn it into the insurance. I would wholeheartedly recommend this repair shop. They are honest and honorable. They are true to their word, and when we experienced delays in receiving parts from Tesla, they were upfront and proactive. The experience was so positive, that we submitted their name for the "Best of Citrus Heights"! A++ Service and fantastic communication from Brendon, Cameron, and the management team! read more

Had my Tesla repaired and picked up two weeks ago referred by my insurance company. During the repair they would update you through text message every two days regarding the progress of the repair. The job was done ahead of the estimated time. Test drive for two days after I picked up the vehicle and found a small adjustment needed to be done. They fixed it within 30 minutes without any additional cost. Furthermore, the gentleman went out and got me a coffee from outside. I will say they have An excellent quality, Very satisfied responsibility and an outstanding service. read more

My wife had her car repaired here from a collision. The repairs seemed ok but about 2 months later her rear tires needed to be replaced well ahead of their wear schedule due to uneven wear because of the alignment. It seems this shop outsourced the alignment to another shop and refused to accept responsibility for the poor alignment work. read more

Excellent service and excellent work. The only place I would want to go for any of my body work to be done

Collision Pros in Citrus Heights was AMAZING. I was in need of some paint work/dent repair, and I was looking for a body shop that could not only correct the damage, but that were professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I had shopped around, and it wasn't until I stumbled across Collision Pros that I knew I was in the right place. The staff were wonderful and the end result was PERFECT! Not only did I leave with 100% satisfication with the completed job, they even washed my car at the end. A huge shout out to Brenden and Cameron for their customer service, that was above and beyond. I will NEVER go to anyone else for my body/paint work. read more
