This shop and more importantly this team are top notch. They wrote the estimate quickly and explained the repair process very well. Anytime a question popped up- they were extremely helpful and put our minds at ease throughout the repair. The vehicle repairs turned out excellent and we are so happy to have our vehicle back on the road! read more

The owner Steve at Bob's auto shop is a stand up guy. He operates with honesty and integrity. Definitely worth the drive for us to do business with him. Thanks for going out of your way for us! read more

Horrible experience. Shoddy repairs and refused to go back and fix. Was yelled at and hung up on by management after they got paid. Never deal with these people read more

Notice - 3 % charge for using card. But not for check or Debit, I was not using insurance. Make sure they ordered parts and that they are there. Two managers, front one tight while other one against wall in back of room will make the customer happy. Happy prices that can make you smile. A worker took me home that was close and later that day picked me up to take my truck home. Was even happy to help me on unrelated issue I had that "all in all" made my day. read more

I highly recommend Bob's Body Shop...Jose and his team went above and beyond helping me with a problem with my car. They are courteous and friendly. No wonder they are the 2024 Carmichael Best Body Shop! I will vote for them in 2025!! read more

Got into an accident and these guys made it so easy to get my truck fixed and back to my routine. Dillon and Anthony took care of me from start to finish. Worked with me every step of the way. Super fair prices and amazing customer service. They ensured I was satisfied through out it all. These guys are my "Go to!" Thank you to the Bob's Auto Body crew! read more

After getting run around with quotes/estimates from other places, I was referred to Bob's by another shop in Citrus Heights. Called and told come by to take a quick look. Anthony was friendly, looked at my car and temp fixed the bumper so I could drive without worry. Really appreciate him helping fast, explained what exactly will need to be done and provided a quote. Thanks so much for turning my day around! I feel comfortable to bring my car back for the full fix and might add something else that needs to be done. Go see Bob's! read more

This buisness is a cut above. The best service you will ever get. Cody is on it, communicates all through the process of your car being fixed. I never get v.m. Always a person. Cody is kind and non judge mental. read more

I had a great experience working with Bob's after my recent auto accident. It's such a stressful situation after an accident but Bob's made the repair portion easy and fast. They did the insurance estimate and they were able to get me in quickly. The prices seemed fair and they worked well with my insurance company when they were able to finally get a thorough view of what was needed to repair my truck. Dylan called with updates and was courteous and helpful. I appreciated the level of QC they had and care in making sure all new parts were new and working properly. I hope to never be in an accident again but would gladly take my cars here for any repairs. read more

A piece of metal hit my BRAND NEW car on the freeway and caused quite a bit of damage. Anthony (the owner) worked with my insurance company, quickly ordered and got the parts my car needed, and made my car look as good as new. My car is a pretty specific BMW color and they matched it perfectly. Really excellent customer service all around and the total estimate was actually much more reasonable than I anticipated (though thankfully Geico paid it) so if I ever have body work needs but have to pay out of pocket, I'll still go to Bob's. read more

Bob's provides VIP service to all their customers, with attention to budget while maintaining quality. Estimator Cody was attentive, supportive, and forward-thinking, scheduling was a breeze, body work perfect, and Bob's cleaned my vehicle, inside/out. Great service, great prices, fast service, no winder Bob's has been around since 1958 read more

Anthony, the representative who I saw, wrote an estimate for repairing my truck. Before he was through with his quote, I asked him if it was true, they offer discounts on their Yelp. He said firmly, "NO". Well, after leaving the office, which I had driven out of my way to get to, I looked at the Yelp page again, and sure enough, clear as day, was the claim of discounts. Bait and switch? I was not impressed with his work, so glad I will be not returning to their hole in the wall establishment. read more

Fantastic find!! The entire process was smooth! And the price was LESS than half of a local chain!! HALF! My vehicle looks like new! They were helpful creating a workable plan. Helpful with the drop off and pickup! Communicated throughout the process. Hopefully I won't need them again but I would definitely use them without hesitation! Thanks guys! read more

Really a nice friendly and welcoming business. They fixed a damaged side scoop on my Mustang and matched the 20 year old paint spot on. I'm really happy I found this shop, they will be my go to for all future paint and body needs. read more

I was in a card accident and my truck was undeliverable. I reached out to Bob's Body shop and they quickly sent me a tow truck to pick up my truck and get it to the shop. They worked with my insurance, helped me get everything covered by my insurance, kept me updated throughout the process, were transparent, and the truck was repaired in a timely manner. Their personnel were super friendly too. I highly recommend this shop as I had a great experience with them. New to the area (coming from the bay) but this will be my go to shop now that I'm in the Sac area. read more

Came in for a second quote after I was rear-ended. I told them upfront that I got a quote somewhere else, but Cody was as professional and courteous as can be. He took the time to explain things to me, and never seemed in a hurry. His explanations were thorough and easy to understand. He was kind and friendly while giving me the bad news that my car was probably totaled. I probably won't end up getting the work done, because the car is gonna be a total loss. Despite all the suck inherent in getting rear ended. I feel grateful that I now know of an auto body shop that I feel like I can trust. read more

I had a dent in big dent in bumper on right and was detached from body. It is an older BMW with a lot of miles but love the car and want to keep as long as i can. I did not want a new bumper but just reattached snd dent out. The other shops would not. They said need a bumper and ranged from $1500 after market yo $2200 BMW bumper. Bobs did what i asked and got back In a few hours for under $300. I will go back for other needs if they arise. Y friend already had hone snd was quite impressed with the service also. Both Steve and Fave very personable read more

I found this shop through yelp and the reviews were great. They weren't wrong. They took care of me above and beyond. When there was scheduling issues due to power outages, they did everything they could to get me in fast and make up for it. The repairs went smoothly and efficiently, and I had my car back in no time with quality work. This will be my shop from now on. I recommend this place to everyone in need of a body shop, you won't be disappointed or dissatisfied! read more

My daughter ran over a block of wood and we weren't sure if the car was safe to drive. Called 5 minutes before closing and they said bring it by. Got there a few minutes after closing and Steve and the technician looked at it and determined it was safe to drive but that the dealer who did the last oil change did not replace the bolts in the splash plate. They were so nice and friendly. So appreciated! read more

Very courteous gentleman named Jose greeted me at the front and immediately came to look at the damaged skirt under the front. He took pictures, got the VIN and got me out of there in under 5 minutes. Later repairs were very quick and competitively priced. Great experience and very professional staff. I had to have the rear bumper replaced on my car and Anthony at Bob's Body Shop made the process easy. From working with my insurance and getting the repairs done well and in a timely manner to even throwing in a courtesy touch-up on another area of my car, Anthony and his team kept me in the loop through the whole process and lived up to all the good reviews I saw on Yelp. If I ever need another repair job, I know who to go to. read more

I took my car to Bob's Body Shop today because of some damage to the front bumper. Even though the "long term" fix will require a new bumper, they were able to do an interim fix to where you cannot tell that there is any damage to fix, and for a nominal fee. I highly recommend this shop for body repair. They could have told me there was nothing they could do other than replacing the bumper, but they helped me on the spot; I was there for less than 20 minutes. Great customer service. I will be back! read more

Fantastic customer service and quick! They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. When I went to pick up my car it looked amazing, was done before expected and was cleaned inside and out. I plan I taking it there again for other busy work. Thank you for your great service! It's rare these days read more

Excellent service all the way around. I brought these guys a fuel tank for my Ninja and it came out perfect! I needed it to be black (it was blue originally) and I also needed the decals to be covered with clear coat. They painted it black, I slapped on the decals, and then returned it to them for clear coat. The whole process took about a week. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the outcome. Not to mention, the best price in town. The customer service was top notch. I had a 5 star experience and highly recommend! read more

I brought my Honda Pilot in for body work after I was in a accident and the other drivers insurance were paying for the repairs. Steve the owner took pictures and the estimate was higher than the check the insurance company gave me. Steve called the insurance company and within a few days the work was approved and my SUV looked great. When I went to drive it home the check your engine light was on. Steve the owner called a local auto repair shop and he took my SUV there to see if this had anything to do with the accident. I feel he went over and above to make sure my SUV was in perfect shape. They did an awesome job. I picked Bobs Body Shop because of the reviews I read and they were all correct. The is a great place. read more

Ok... When my insurance company referred me to this shop, I gotta admit...I paused when I pulled up. Not the fanciest for sure, but the quality of their work can't be denied and many reviews reflect what I found. Steve, Mike and the crew did a top rate fantastic job with my Infiniti IPL. The moonlight pearl is a bitch to match but they did it! Bodywork, perfect. Attention to detail, perfect. And their text service that kept me up to date all the way through the faster than average process was great! Can't say enough about this shop that's bee around since the 50's. I would go to them again. No question! read more

Excellent customer service and quality work. Steve did a great job of communicating and keeping us updated, and we were pleasantly surprised when our car was ready quicker than expected. Our front bumper was replaced and painted, and it looks just as good as it did when it was brand new. They even touched up chips to the paint on the hood free of charge, in addition to washing and vacuuming the car. We couldn't ask for a better experience. read more

I knocked my front bumper off by hitting my privacy gate as it was closing. Thought I was going to have to get a new one and was expecting to pay $1000 or more. But, I called Bob's and they said bring it down and let them take a look and so i did. They said they could fix it no problem. Brought the car back the next day. Left it for a couple of hours and they called to say it was done. Could not believe it! It looked like I never knocked it off. The price was so reasonable and they did a fantastic job. The people there were very friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone that needs body work. read more

Took my 1968 GMC panel truck in to have it painted. One and a half years later, it started turning from white to yellow. Took it back in and was told they could fix it for $500 (I paid $3500 for the original paint job). Moved to Boise this past November and bought a car cover from California Car Covers, covered it for the winter. Took the cover off mid-March and found the paint peeling off the hood and roof. Obviously they don't guarantee their work, they just make excuses. DO NOT LET THEM PAINT YOUR VEHICLE. read more

Matt and Jon repainted my front bumper on my 2003 Ford Harley edition in black. The original paint on this truck is still near show quality but I had a lot of road rash and chips on the front bumper. I'm an experienced auto painter but I didn't want the mess in my garage plus the price was too good! I highly recommend Bob's for their quality, price and service. I also have several more cars that I will bring to them soon. read more

I actually work for an automotive repair shop near Bob's Body shop and see their work. So when my wifes Lexus LS460 got rear ended I didn't hesitate to bring it to them. It came out perfect!!!. They're great people, they do great work and I will recommend them to everyone from here on out. read more
