From start to finish, I had the smoothest and easiest experience getting my truck repaired with Marvin and his team. I was involved in a hit-and-run accident and arrived at Caliber feeling unsure about the process and how everything would turn out. On top of that, I was anxious and stressed about being without a vehicle for my commute. Marvin, from our very first interaction to the last, was outstanding and represents what A++ customer service should look like in every business. He explained the process clearly, gave me peace of mind, and made me feel confident that everything would be handled properly. He was professional, caring, and reassuring in the way he communicated. He completed an initial assessment when I dropped off my truck, and I was impressed by how accurate the estimate was, as well as how closely the work and timeline stayed on track. I was also given a link to check the status of my vehicle, which was very helpful. A few days after drop-off, Marvin personally called me with an update and assured me they were working to get everything completed as quickly as possible. My truck was ready two days earlier than the estimated completion date, and I was thrilled. I was even happier when I saw the finished result--my truck looked incredible. Dare I say, it looked like it did when it was brand new back in 2016. I can't recommend Marvin and his team enough. Do yourself a favor and choose Caliber Collision for any repair needs! read more

It was a sunny day at 3pm when a car came smashing through my home garage and automobile. They fled the scene and I was left to deal with the whole mess. Caliber collision immediately came to mind as I had dealt with Rod the year prior. Rod understood the task and complexity of the Mazdas three stage paint job. He highly recommended the shop and put me in contact with Justin and Marvin. Marvin was great in going over the whole process, doing follow-ups, and ensuring rental car pickup & drop off ran smoothly. Even when there was a slight issue with my insurance and my deductible waiver, Marvin was there to ensure it all ran smoothly. Justin is an absolute professional, so knowledgeable of the intricacies and makes you feel that your property is his property and going to be handled with the upmost care. He was always available for questions and would give genuine honest feedback, recommendations and tips. Can't say enough positive things about him or Rod! Justin, Rod, Marvin and their painter not only restored my car but my TRUST back into Caliber Collision! I thank you for making this the least stressful part of my situation and truly delivering on the company purpose of Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life®. read more

Friendly staff, excellent communication, beautiful work!! Thank you so much CC! You definitely exceeded my expectations.

Very professional and friendly, total cost ended up lower than the initial quote(although I wasn't at fault and insurance covered it). Communication and turnaround was on point. read more

From the moment I entered the doors I was greeted by a representative who couldn't have been any nicer. She understood my needs and introduced me to Lizz K. who was my estimator. From that moment she kept me apprised daily of the status of my vehicle. Great service. read more

I needed the backlash in my Mini Cooper replaced. They found the right shop to send it to. The work was done much earlier than quoted and I was updated regularly during the process. I needed to take my truck in for aesthetic repair after getting hit in LA. I had a very good experience with Lizz Kampfraat. She was able to take in my estimate and adjust according to my requests. She communicated well by keeping me in the loop about repairs. Finally, she was able to get the job done a week before the projected date. Great place to have to take your truck for the entire process of getting back on the road in top tier condition. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area. read more

Kris was great and super helpful! I had a great experience and will be recommending to others!

I worked with them back in Sept 2021 and unfortunately my Jeep Grand Cherokee was considered a total loss. They worked efficiently with my insurance company to everything taken care of. They were pretty good to work with though they seem to be really busy receiving many cars involved in accidents. Back then I worked with some good people. read more

Great job on my Honda Odyssey minivan! It looks like a brand new bumper again! Thank you

Third time is a charm?! The only thing I disliked is that I had to have my car vandalized for a 3rd time to reunite with the very welcoming, knowledgeable, and caring staff at Caliber of Fair Oaks. Lizz is a rockstar and she has remained consistent since the first time I've met her - which is friendly, very communicative, and really sweet. I don't hope to have to return for this matter again, yet if I do - my insurance company will not have to ask where to send my car for detailing and repairs! Thank you to all that contributed to fixing my car at Caliber of Fair Oaks! You all are amazing! read more

Excellent customer service!! Thank you for taking good care of us and being honest! I will recommend to friends in need

They kept my car over three weeks when I was initially quoted 1-2 weeks, I needed a full body paint, because two spots on my car didn't have paint damage they weren't touched, they halfa** matched my paint so now my car is two different colors. If that wasn't enough I have bubbles in the paint all over the car. AND they didn't touch the driver side door handle or mirror which had to be removed to do the body paint so I don't understand how they "didn't notice the scratches" the manager wants me to bring the car back for them to fix it which is out of the question because I had to "crashout" just to get someone on the phone. Don't go here. read more

Meagan is so kind and an encyclopedia of knowledge. She kept me updated the entire time i was getting my 4 runner repaired

I want to thank Kris for his kindness. I needed several screws tightened on my driver's side mirror, but was unable to do it myself. He pulled out his tools and quickly fixed the problem and sent me on my way with a smile. What wonderful service, thank you so very much! read more

The Carmichael Team was very helpful, even the service writers whom were not assigned to my vehicle were very helpful.

Minor body damage repaired back to new! And treated respectfully throughout the entire process!

This review is late and I apologize to Caliber Collision because of it. From the time I brought my car in for an estimate to the time I picked it up, the employees provided excellent customer service. In particular, Lizz Kampfraat put "service" back into "customer service." She greeted me when I came in and made a frustrating and stressful situation less so and bearable. Lizz explained the process of repairing the vehicle, handling the insurance, and car rental. I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing. She asked if I needed a ride to the car rental or home. declined and decided to walk the mile to my house. While walking home, I was singing Bob Marley's song, "Don't Worry about a thing, cause every little thing is going to be alright." As promised, she kept me up to date on each phase of the car repair. When the vehicle was ready for pick up and inspection, she offered to have me picked up. From beginning to end, Lizz provided customer service, something that can be rare these days. read more

First time visiting Caliber Collision on 7424 Fair Oaks blvd........My car was hit at a parking lot and I needed to find an auto repair place to install two new doors. My first impression was very positive, both from Jared Fraga who wrote the initial estimate and also from the people from the front desk - the staff was very friendly. It was because of my communication with Jared that I made my choice to leave my car at this particular shop because of his excellent professional skills. The parts were ordered in a timely manner. Jared was very communicative during the whole process , answered all my questions and provided all the options available. The painter did an excellent job as well as the whole team of people who participated in the installation of separate parts. I appreciate all the hours they spent to do such an excellent job. The services offered by this auto repair shop are really high quality. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The pricing for the job was fair and transparent from the first moment. A big thank you to Jared Fraga who is super professional, efficient and punctual, friendly and kept his promise. Words are not enough to say how grateful I am. Thank you for doing an excellent job with installing the two doors of my car in very reasonable amount of time and all this with great service. I highly recommend this business . They are customer oriented & trustworthy. read more

I was very happy that I chose Caliber Collision for my Mini. From the start, service was friendly and efficient. I had a drop off date within days, got a rental with ease and then text updates on the work being done and not too many texts. My car was done a day earlier than promised and my Service Advisor Kris went over each aspect of my repairs with me They also arranged to have my rental returned for me. Kris handled my insurance contact regarding repair AND the most important thing is my car looks brand new. As they say, my car was Vadimable! Thanks Vadim for all the smoothing work! read more

I am never happy to have my car away from me and at the body shop, but the three most recent times that it had to be done, I chose Caliber Collision. Each time I have gone there, the staff is very friendly and professional. The facility is also clean and modern. I like that a couple of the locations have Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the facility. That makes renting a replacement car very convenient. One of the major things that impresses me about Caliber is that they return your car to you washed and somewhat detailed. Needless to say, Caliber Collision is my go to body shop. Keep up the good work guys! read more

Great folks here. Brian got me in for an estimate w only 2 hr window and Jose was the one who came out and talked to me. Very friendly staff. Professional and they dont make you wait 10 hrs. Definitely recommend these guys. So far. So good. read more

I took my car to Caliber Collision in Carmichael for a second quote after receiving one from a competitor. The service advisor/estimator Kris Yakovich took the time to really assess the damage and brought in an auto body tech to also look at it before writing the quote. They repaired it on the spot for no charge- after the competitor estimated $4,000 to replace an entire bumper. Wow- such integrity and commitment to customer service! I had them do other body work on the same car, (couldn't be repaired as quickly!) with excellent results at a reasonable cost. A few weeks later my other car needed body work after I was rear-ended. This time my advisor Jared Fraga and Kris also provided great service. The car was better than new within a week! Thanks Caliber! read more

Jared was awesome and super responsive! I will always go to caliber! He was fantastic and a wonderful service advisor!

My 2017 Ford FF150 was involved in a major accident caused by a lady making an illegal left turn. Caliber said they could repair. The truck had to be taken to their Grass Valley location where it was for over a month with $25,000 in damages. Calber said it was better than new as it had a whole new frame. In less than 9 months since the repairs the truck has had significant issues on at least 3 occasions including twice breaking down in the Sierra Nevada mountains. To Caliber's credit, they have fixed under warranty and reimbursed me for my expenses. BUT a repair that requires the complete disassembly of a vehicle and re-assembling by hand is more than they are capable of even using 'the best certified technicians' I now have a truck that I have no confidence in and have no confidence in Calibers ability to make major repairs on a vehicle. I recently had an accident and took my car for some repairs to my bumper and break lights. The process to schedule and receive notifications on updates were timely. Kris walked me through the process and phases of the repairs, estimates, and post-repairs/after care. I appreciate his thoroughness and his excellent customer service especially for his shop to take my car in and pick up in the last slot of their business hours since I work on weekdays. I am also grateful for the complimentary ride home from his team when I dropped my car off to be fixed even though where I lived was a bit further from their maximum distance drop off. They indeed go above and beyond for their customers. They were also able to fix my car in two days time!I just picked up my car this evening and my bumper looks good as new. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Carmichael for repairs to your car. You can trust that your car will be taken care of in their service. Keep up the great work! read more
