Shortly after I posted it, **Vlad, the owner of Relux Collision, personally contacted me.** He listened to my concerns, wanted to make the situation right, and honored the original deductible discount I had been told I would receive, even though there had been a misunderstanding. They got my vehicle in, went beyond the initial estimate/appraisal to make sure the job was done properly, and the finished product looks great. The work was clean, professional, and I'm very happy with the result. To me, a great company isn't defined by never making a mistake--mistakes and misunderstandings happen. What shows a company's true character is **how they respond when something goes wrong.** Vlad and his team stepped up, took responsibility for the situation, and made it right. That deserves to be acknowledged just as publicly as my original complaint. Thank you, Vlad, and the entire Relux team for following through and turning a negative first experience into a very positive one. **That's how you earn a customer's trust.** Original Review: I contacted Relux Collision after seeing their advertising stating they cover up to $1,000 of your deductible. When I spoke with their representative, I specifically told him my deductible was $500 and was told they could cover it "no problem." At no point was I told they would cover only 10%. Based on that conversation, I scheduled an appointment and drove to the shop prepared to leave my vehicle for repairs. Fortunately, before handing over my keys, I texted the original representative to confirm that my $500 deductible would be covered. Only then was I told, "Sorry," and that they would actually cover just 10%. I explained to both the estimator at the shop and the original representative that this was not what I had been told before making the appointment and bringing my vehicle in. They apologized, but by then I had wasted my time and made the trip based on information that turned out to be very different from what was represented to me. From my experience, this felt like a classic bait-and-switch: advertise deductible assistance, tell me my $500 deductible can be covered with "no problem," get me to the shop ready to leave my vehicle, and only then clarify that the actual amount is 10%. If there are limitations or conditions on the deductible offer, those should be clearly explained upfront--especially when a customer specifically tells you the amount of their deductible. Experiences like this unfortunately give collision repair shops a bad reputation. I'm glad I confirmed everything before handing over my keys. read more

Top notch. I've had my fair share of body shops and not being impressed with some or some costing too much. I was on Facebook one day and Relux popped up. So I scheduled a call and went in 2 days later. Went to get a quote and I didn't expect to leave my car there the same day. (Hit and run in parking garage) Relux took care of everything, I was able to get in on their "they will cover your deductible" program so I didn't pay a dime. They did all the communication with my insurance and even help me with the rental car and getting that all squared away since insurance was dragging their feet. Relux is about 30 mins from my house but worth the drive. When I get more parts for me car to be painted that's where I'll be going. read more

Got rear-ended and needed to repair my BMW's bumper. My sister was visiting and got quotes for me from a couple of different shops- honestly, Relux wasn't the cheapest, but its professionalism won my sister over. I am glad my sister wasn't wrong. The at-fault party's insurance company was terrible to communicate with, but shout out to Jacob at Relux, who was great throughout and took over communication with the insurance company. Jacob updated me throughout the process, and I never had to call to get an update, which was refreshing. The repair turned out great- the bumper looks like brand new. They even took care of small scratches that weren't part of the accident because they were polishing anyway, and did me a favor. All in all, very impressed. The accident was stressful, but Relux definitely made it a little less stressful.
