Located behind Hyundai on Florin.. I don't know if there's a better way but I drive through the dealership lot to get to H2. You'll see a building with an H2 sign. I needed some auto body work done. I went in for an estimate and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. The owner seemed to do good, honest work and was very helpful. When something is wrong with your car, you don't need the added stress of dealing with a slimeball. My parents had gotten into a car accident a few weeks ago (front driver side was hit) so they decided to take their 2008 Honda Civic EX to H2. When they arrived, they were both greeted by Hiep & his wife. Hiep looked around my parents car & gave them an estimate of how much it would cost & even dealt with the insurance. When I wrote this review, the job was done for free. I was willing to pay for the $60 for the sideview mirrors but the boss insisted it was done for free. I noted that the surrounding neighborhood was not clean or friendly, but they seemed friendly enough. They took pictures of my car's VIN or my car's ID number, and they asked me "What do I get in exchange?" as some sort of joke which became serious. I said "a yelp review" which was the original review, and they said okay, I left without a problem, but I had my suspicions. My car is now totaled from an accident and my insurance has been avoidant. Banged up my 2018 Subaru Impreza recently. Dropped by and got a favorable estimate Friday 1/15. Told the shop I'd like them to do the work after having a look around. Scheduled the job to start on Weds 1/20. Was told it would be a 1 day job, and I could pick the car up at the end of the day. The shop owner didn't ask for a deposit, I offered one, and he said "Nah, that's OK". Dropped the car Wednesday morning, and it was done on time at the end of the day. Nice place people to deal with. These guys exceeded my expectations. I brought my 2007 Toyota Rav4 in to get some touch up paint. The back bumper and parts of the hood where scratched pretty badly. They gave me a great price to buff out the whole car, touch up all the areas that needed it and clean it well. I didn't pay for full repaint and he told me that it wouldn't come out perfect since I wasn't paying for a full repaint so my expectations weren't too high. When the job was complete I was impressed. It wasn't perfect but I knew that going in. However it was better than I expected. All of the bigger scratches were hardly noticeable anymore unless you stared at them from 6 inches away and the fine scratches were completely gone. I was able to sell the car for a great price because of their work! I didn't have a ride back home and they gave me a ride and picked me up the next day when the job was done. They charged a great price and went above and beyond. I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more
