Just want to hop on here to express my gratitude to this body shop The attention that Enrique, Syd, Aracely, Danny, Delilah, and the rest of the team has is unmatched. We have been extremely happy with all of their services. From time to time we refer customers over and they always treated each client like their only customer I have dealt with many body shops in past but the dignity this body shop has is unlike anything we've ever seen. Not to mention all their coworkers treat each other like their family, it's a great atmosphere To put in short perspective, if you're looking for a body shop that has 1 Quality Work, 2 Stands behind their product, 3 has amazing customer service this is the place to go to, so don't waste your time read more

I brought my car in to Excellent Auto Collision for the 2nd time last week because they did an excellent job on it the 1st time it needed bodywork. Delila is a joy to work with. She's professional, smart, kind, and kept me up to date on the repair milestones. She thought it would take a week and a half to finish the repairs, but they finished a day early and saved me from having to extend my rental car. And... they did a beautiful job on the fender AND detailed my car! Vacuumed it, even. I told them when I picked it up that I hoped I didn't need them anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be back. They're the best! read more

My husband made an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection of a used car that has been in an accident (the car has undergone repairs to the front, back, side, and undercarriage according to Carfax, but we do not know exactly what repairs were made or exactly what was damaged). The idea of having an inspection was to have the body work examined for quality and make sure the frame is straight. We were told on the phone that they would be able to put the car on a lift, examine everything underneath the car, examine the body, make sure the frame is straight, etc. We took time off work to drive all the way from Elk Grove to get to this place. A man named Angel "assisted." He was extremely rude and didn't seem to know why we were there. He said things like "You want me to examine the car? But for that I'd have to remove the panels underneath." I was like "Yeah....that's why we would be paying you." Come to find out they don't even do pre-purchase inspections anyway so I have absolutely no clue why the receptionist didn't just tell us that to begin with. Total waste of everyone's time and instead of apologizing for wasting our time, Angel just turned to my husband and was like "She's all mad." Genius! read more

My first time bringing my car to this location. I only brought it in due to an accident, if it wasn't for that I would never of heard of them. If I can, I'll give them 10+ stars. Angel and his team went above and beyond to fix my small damage. I had a van and a family of 6. My car was super filthy and disgusting with lots of foods and stuff on the ground. The car was not wash for who know how long since this quarantine started. But I was so happy to pick up my car. With a clean inside, wax car, car wash, clean tires n clean headlights. This was the best MOTHERS DAY gift ever. I would totally recommend them and will be a return costumers. Talking about great customer service. They are an awesome team work. read more

I mean I got the work done for $600 instead of $2,700 and they fixed all the scratches, matched the paint and everything looked great. I just hope people read the reviews and do their homework because they can save $2,100 and get fantastic work done going elsewhere, and if anyone would like to reach out directly I'll give you the name of the business in Sac that will do the work well for the price it should be done at. read more

This business just opened their second location. Let me tell you the owner Enrique is proud of his business and it is because of quality, value, professionalism, and punctually he was able to open a second location. I took my BMW 330i for some bumper damage and it was fixed quickly. I can't even tell where the original damage was anymore. The owner had the car completely washed inside and out after the work was done. Ooh and he went out of his way to Clay the car after it was washed. Who does that for you!!!! My car looks brand new and the clay made the paint so slick and I love it!! AAAA++++ read more

My Dodge Ram 2500 got hit and ended up with a crease/dent in the tailgate. I was worried about the paint matching since it was a metalic red, they assured me it would look like new. I got it back today and it looks beautiful!! Looks like nothing ever happened to it at all. The lady in the office, I think her name was Val worked with the insurance for me and answered all my questions and called back everytime I left a message. Their customer service was great. When I picked up my truck they had it all washed and detailed for me. I don't know which technician did the body work, but who ever it was did a GREAT JOB!! I couldn't have made a better choice in a body shop. Thanks. read more

I brought in my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek to Excellence Auto after my boyfriend accidentally scrubbed out some tree sap (along with the paint) on the hood of my car. The gentleman, Val, who helped me gave me a fair price. He was also incredibly communicative as they really took the time to go above and beyond. They made sure to get out all of the hard water spots from my neighbor's sprinklers and buff out a few scratches from my dogs jumping in and out of the back on the rear bumper, which were things that I didn't even think about. But, my car looked amazing when I picked it up. I'll definitely be bringing my car back to fix a door ding I currently have. read more
