This was my first time having my car serviced at New Saigon Auto Collision, and I can't believe the amazing service I've received! The staff were super kind and knowledgeable, they made me reassured that I was going to be taken care of. They were empathetic as I was rear ended (not my fault), and gave me a discount from my deductible as I was a first time customer. I used Yelp to find them, and was fortunate they were only 5 mins away from me. I am super happy they were able to take me in so quickly, and provided me a detailed explanation of the process of getting my car repaired to working with my insurance. I dropped my car off last Monday and today, Wednesday, I was able to pick it up! I was amazed and they provided a really nice vacuum and wash clean for my car. It looks like a new vehicle! I had some bumper damage I needed to get an estimate for, and was able to directly request it from New Saigon through Yelp. They responded within the time frame posted (2 hours) and were able to fit me into their schedule the same day. Took my car to the shop and had them check it out, they got me my estimate and guided me through the process of contacting my claim adjuster, and what to expect in the upcoming weeks. They were very friendly and welcoming, provided me with a lot of information I didn't know beforehand, and were able to answer all the questions I had regarding the shop, my vehicle, and insurance. They kept in contact with me to ensure that they'll have the parts on-hand once I received my rental car and can start repairs asap. Dropped off my car on a Monday and it was ready to go by Friday! I had a fender liner replacement, bumper replacement + paint, and fog light installation. Anything extra that may be needed (such as ordering a new emblem), they contacted me. They were super easy to communicate with and were very professional. Once I picked up my car, they had me check everything to ensure it was all good. It was fun talking to everyone here. They have a lot of experience and knowledge in repairing and maintaining vehicles, specializing in JDM cars, too. While I was waiting, I saw people from local shops dropping by just to hang out for a bit, they made sure their clients understood the process and cleared up any confusion before they left, it felt very community oriented. Came back for an update review. Please be wary of this shop. After taking another look at the paint job, they did not correct any of the orange peel or excess clear coat. There was also too much high and low were you can clearly see paint on the was too much. The places were there were polish has too much scratches for just a paint job that has been finished. They also use different hardware not recommended for the vehicle to attach my bumper together and also stripped the majority of them. They also made new attachments to make the bumper attached to my grill. read more

I was referred to Kevin by other S2000 owners and it turned out Kevin also owns multiple S2000s. I needed new front and rear bumpers sourced and painted due to an off road excursion at the track. He did a perfect 10/10 job with paint matching and getting the fitment of the bumpers perfect. Even in the shade/in my garage the paint match is spot on, that's generally where a mismatch would show.
