You can't go wrong by bringing your vehicle here. The lady in the office is super nice. They were very responsive from start to finish and returned my car looking brand new. They even cleaned the interior which I was not expecting. read more

I am very pleased with the work performed by American Eagle Body Shop. My car is a 2019 and now looks like a brand-new car. I also really appreciated that the work to be done was clearly explained to me beforehand and that it was completed even sooner than expected. read more

Miguel was so rude, the customer service is horrible, don't recommend them. They charge me $2k for nothing

Mario wrote me an estimate for minor damage to my Toyota after being rear-ended. It turned out to be more thorough than one from another local shop, and far more thorough than the one my insurance company created from my photos. Mario took the time to explain the estimate and answer my questions about timing for the repairs. From dropping my car off to picking it up within their estimated work period, American Eagle handled everything including working with my adjuster on supplemental work. My insurance company had tried to save themselves a few bucks by quoting a non-OEM bumper, and Mario assured me they'd use a Toyota part. When I picked up my car it was freshly washed and waiting for me near the office. The paint match and installation look great and I'm very satisfied with the quality of service and work. A shout out also to Alma in the office for handling the paperwork efficiently too! read more

Went to this shop to get my Honda civic fixed after hitting a deer. I typically feel intimidated with body shops or just getting any service done to my car but this staff made me feel very comfortable. They were very friendly and communicative about the whole process with my insurance company, as well as time around for my car being completed. When I got my car back, it felt like brand new! I will definitely be back if needed and refer my friends/ family here! Thank you American Eagle Body Shop, you all are really the best! read more

We got a rear ended at a traffic stop from the oncoming train. We got referred to come here and the service we received was awesome. Despite me having to bring my autistic toddler with me, they were able to help me without being annoyed of my son, who was simply just being him. They even have a small play area for child to sit and play which was such a huge plus for my son. Anyways, my car got fixed quicker than I anticipated vs the other places I've been to in the past and my car looks brand new again. During the time my car was getting fixed, the receptionist at the desk calls me every chance she gets with an update on my car, which I appreciate and love so much about it. Leaving your car and getting it repair is always nerve wrecking, especially wanting to know the status of it. This amazing place's customer service does just that to alleviate your stress and anxiety. I highly HIGHLY recommend the place. read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE American Eagle repaired the trunk and rear bumper of my Acura TL. Body work was great but rear camera stopped working afterwards. I called and was told to bring the car in for a checkup. I brought my car in but their calibration technician was off that day and I was asked to bring the car back another day. A staff overheard the conversation and told me he used to work at the Acura dealership in Redwood City where I bought my car. Long story short: he volunteered to check out my car and fixed the problem in no time! He definitely did not have to do that. He went above and beyond in his customer service and Can-Do attitude! Kudos! read more

Muy contenta con el Servicio ,Alma,Diana y Mario Exelente servicio al cliente y por supuesto que lo recomendaría

I had a car accident with my corvette last year and had to take my car to a body shop my insurance recommended. I was so stressed because I wanted them to take care of my beloved car. We'll let me tell you, this guys went above and beyond. Mario the manager was extremely professional and very understanding of my worries. They kept me updated throughout the process and once it was all said and done , they even washed and vacuumed my car.. I strongly recommend this company. Jose read more

Only body shop you should trust your car with. My family and I have used American Eagle Body Shop services multiple times and they have provided EXCELLENT service every time. The team really listens to you and addressed special requests. I was concerned to have an OK job done to repair my new car after getting rear ended twice. AEBS did not miss a step. They did an amazing job and return to me a damage free, clean car. My car looks better then it did before the accident. I wouldn't go anywhere else if you want the job done right! So happy with my car! read more

11/10 would recommend this shop. I have been to more body shops than I would like to admit over the years and this was by far the best experience. Their work is impeccable, and are a very friendly and a kind company. I have been eager to get my car back and they patiently took my calls weekly and gave me updates. When I got the car back, they had completely detailed my car. Very VERY happy with this experience. Thank you for taking such good care of my girl!! Hopefully I won't need a shop again, but if I do, they will be my top choice :) read more

American Eagle Body Shop - Body Shops Near Me - Carmichael, California

I love revisiting a business that I previously gave 5 stars to and get the same 5 star treatment. Let's face it, that doesn't always happen. So I cannot rave enough about the quality of service at American Eagle. I have brought two of my own vehicles and have referred countless coworkers and friends to Ali and his team for their phenomenal detail work. They never disappoint. The $42 package (groupon price) is an amazing value that keeps me coming back. My vehicle looks and smells brand new when I pick it up. As this is the kind of quality you drive across town for, it's no surprise they usually book out weeks in advance. Call them for an appointment and get on their cancellation list for a chance at an earlier opening. read more

I had my car done here and I can say MARIO is the guy!! He's very honest and listens. They don't try to scam you or anything. You can tell they treat people with respect because they are never rude, very professional. I will definitely recommend this shop for any needs. read more

I got in a car accident recently and Miguel took car of everything. He made sure I got my rental car worked out, he handled the property damage with the other insurance and was very fast with fixing my car. They even went above and beyond and made sure my car was extra safe to drive. I'm definitely going to go back for some other repairs and will highly recommend them to friends and family. read more

Got rear-ended and brought car to American Eagle based on prior Google reviews. After ordering parts and replacing all the rear body trunk, bumper, rear sensor and paint job; they worked tirelessly to get our car back to us in a month's time in like-new condition almost as if nothing ever happened! Some parts took a little longer but of no fault of their own, just the nature of "parts and shipping" business. They also detailed the car before we picked it up and it was very CLEAN! read more

It all began with just trying to find a good deal to give my car a long overdue cleaning. So I searched on Yelp and found this spot. Honestly, as I was driving all the way out here and realizing how far away it was from where I lived, I wondered if it was worth it and the answer is yes. I spent about $40 for an exterior and interior car detail and they did an amazing job. My only complaint was that I wished they could also shampoo the carpets. And that's only because I wanted to take my sister's car in too since I spilled something in it a while back. The whole deal took a little less than the 1.5 time they quoted and the best part, the overall customer service. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful even about unrelated things, like finding a good nail place nearby to kill time and the owner even came out himself to inspect the car before I took off. He was so personable and real. I honestly felt he was a good guy interested in giving me great work and making me feel comfortable. He was even able to give me tips and suggestions on who I could see to do my mechanics since I'm new in town. Bonus: A waiting room with snacks and refreshments. read more

UPDATE : so I went to work this morning and my manager told me that the guy who tried to blame us for the damage on the other car has called our office and threatened me to either delete the review or he will contact my regional manager. Before our argument I happened to tell him where I work. I wasn't in his shop on a business matter. I was there for a personal matter and he just treated us wrong. He has no right to contact my job and involve my office. I have every right to write a review if I want to. I wish I could give them zero star. Don't pass by this shop. They are thieves and they make up stories to make you pay. My friend and I stopped by their shop to get an estimate for her broken mirror which they gave us a price more than dealer then the guy came back and accused my friend for damaging the side mirror of the car parked next to us and keep claiming that he has camera and he saw it. I told him let's go check the camera but instead he tried to find out how much it cost to replace that mirror. After arguing for a while he pulled the camera and it took him a while to find the exact time and finally he said oh yes she didn't do it. He was very rude and didn't even apologized. I don't care how good they are in doing your job but they are good in ripping people off too. I work for a rental car company and from the first moment I told him there is no way she could have damage it and he laugh at me as if I don't know anything cabut dude don't think a woman doesn't know anything about cars and damage on the car. read more

I just talked to a young lady on the phone a few seconds ago telling me they need to reschedule my appointment after making one for Nov 27th more than 3 weeks ago (and I recognize it as the same girl that took my order then) I know it's after Thanksgiving, but I feel like there is a big disconnect/disorganization there if I'm being told 1.5-2 wks later that "oh noh we're off now" I noticed there hours and it said they sometimes did Sat by appointment but apparently not if you're Groupon holder. Either that or they need to fix the website. Don't bother getting a Groupon, as it will obviously be a second rate job, just like their unprofessional customer service. read more

I have been on Yelp for 2 years now. I mainly use this site to get an idea of where I should go for a product or service. (Who doesn't right?) This was the first time since using Yelp that I have been so inclined to write a review. The service I received at American Eagle was beyond exceptional! From the first phone call to the last handshake out the door I was impressed. The woman at the front desk (Shannon I believe her name is) was nothing but helpful and understanding. She gets 5 stars herself for being so great. I have not dealt with many auto body shops so I cannot speak to the involvement of the owner but Ali was out of this world. Not only is he amazing at his job, but he treats you like an actual person and not just a customer. That is something we all wish we could see more of these days. American Eagle has done two large repairs on my car and a headlight restoration (Highly recommended!!!). All were exceptional! I honestly have not one complaint about American Eagle and will recommend them to anyone I know 100% of the time. To everyone at American Eagle: Thank you very much. read more

American Eagle provides excellent customer service. The owner, Ali, is extremely helpful and answers any and every question that you have. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of the results is impeccable. I've taken my car here a few times - a broken window from a break-in, a little bumper repair- all of the jobs were done quickly and the work was beyond my expectations. The shop is just off of Fair Oaks, a very convenient location, and the waiting room is comfortable. Thank you to everyone at American Eagle Body Shop. read more

My car got rear ended back in May 2019. I dealt with Geico & Progressive in the most drawn out insurance claim ever. Miguel & his team worked hard to keep lines of communication open during the process. They completed an immense amount of repairs on my Sonata within a reasonable time frame despite the hurdles through out the claim. American Eagle Auto Body Shop goes above & beyond for their clients and I am so appreciative of everything they have done for me. I recommend there services, wouldn't go any where else. Thank you for your help!! read more

So, I'm sitting at a light on my way to a business lunch when I hear the dreaded squeak of tires. I look in my rear view and braced. Yuck. Thankfully, no one was hurt. My car appeared to be mostly okay, but you should've seen the other guys car! I put my feelers out for a good body shop, and I was referred to American Eagle by a friend. That's a good sign! When I showed up to drop my car off, I noticed that the office was spotless. SPOTLESS, I say. That's a rarity in the "shop" world. Another good sign! I dealt mostly with Ali, one of the owners. I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy at every step of the way. I was kept informed. Think about that! That almost never happens. They did good work on my car, AND they vacuumed and detailed it before giving it back! A+! read more

I've taken 2 different cars here over the past few years, and each time AE never fails to disappoint. I took my car here again today and because of an accident ( I was rear ended) I wasn't able to properly wash my car because the trunk wouldn't close, leaving a huge gap for water to flood into the trunk. Before today, it's been 7 months since I took my car to have it washed and thoroughly cleaned inside. I don't have room in my small apartment to keep a large shop vac in, and I could only vaccumm so much with the small hand shark that I own. Both the interior and exterior of the car had a layer of dust on top, my seats had dog fur, food crumbs and other various paper wrappings all over the floor. I'm super happy I took this mess to American Eagle! They made my older, filthy car look brand new again! The exterior was nice and shiny from the waxing, the windows were clear of water spots, wheels were armoraled. They were able to vaccumm into cracks and crevices of the car that I would have never been able to reach. I'll continue to come back to American Eagle, hopefully for a long time to come. read more

I was looking for a place near my house that would be an authorized installer of the Amp Research Powerstep (its this fancy running board for a truck that automatically pops out when you open the door). After comparing the available installers in the area, I decided on American Eagle due to the favorable Yelp reviews. Ali set me up with an appointment date which was a little later than I liked but its because it does take time to get the parts and we just could not get our schedules to match up. The installation was flawless and it was a little bit more tricky because I had an aftermarket alarm/remote starter installed already. No issues, everything works just fine and I am happy with the entire transaction. Everything was professional and I was given a ride back to my house after I dropped off my car. It did take a little bit longer than promised but this was no big deal - I told them to take all day if necessary. I ended up taking our other car in for detailing and it was done quickly and very nicely. Its nice to find a good, trustworthy business in the Carmichael area. read more

Honestly I meant to leave this review a while ago when I got my car back ... Ali did some excellent work this guy knows his shit! Someone rear ended my car on the freeway going 75 mph... he fixed it up like it never happened! I've had my car maybe about a month now and I noticed in the sun there was this little spot on the side of my car like a hazy cloud looking thing and I brought it back to him today to have him look at it and he says when can you bring it in we will buff it out! I haven't been the easiest customer either I got in a car accident for the first time and I felt like it was kind of taking a while to get my car back ... but he took the time to do it right and that I can really appreciate. He must deal with a lot of shit dealing with all of us car accident victims but he does it with grace. Thanks Ali! I will definitely recommend you to my friends that want quality work! read more

Out of town and out of luck... I was rear ended, my car was disabled, and I was out of town for work. Luckily I was able to find American Eagle and they were great! Car accidents suck. They suck more when it's your fault. They suck even more when your car bears the brunt of the damage. Cue American Eagle. American Eagle is on a list that is contracted with my insurance company and my sister had gone to them once before when she got into a wreck. I set up and appointment to get an estimate and I got a call from them maybe a day and a half, two days later telling me all my paperwork had been sent to my insurance and approved. Sweet! Fast and efficient service is the way to my heart. Ali and the front office girl (Sorry, I didn't catch her name:[) are super friendly and easy to work with. I called them on a Saturday night to make an appointment and left a message (they are only opened Monday - Friday, 8-5. A tad bit inconvenient for 9-5 working folk but they make up for it with their customer service). They called me back promptly Monday morning and I was able to schedule my drop off for the next morning. The office is super clean on the inside and I was immediately greeted when I walked into the door. They took my keys, called for Enterprise to pick me up and off I went. Total it took three days for them to fix my car and it looks better than before. Ali walked through what they did, what parts they replaced (which was pretty much all of them) and how the process went. They even cleaned my car (I'm not sure if that is customary as I've never had to get my car fixed before) inside and out which was nice (yet slightly embarrassing considering the state of my car's interior at the time). And my car was spotless (EMPHASIS) when I got it back. I was able to pick my car up the same day it was finished and Ali was willing to work with my schedule in the event that I wouldn't be able to leave early for work. All in all, it was a great experience. TL;DR - 100% would recommend. read more
