CHARLES is no longer operating out of this location. So then we go to the other location as advised by the people in the shop next to his. Now at the new location, and the new people say he moved from there too. After several missed calls/texts/ and voicemails, Charles answers the phone hungover and drunk at 10:20am telling me that he just needs to shower and then he will be there. ARE YOU SERIOUS. ARE YOU MENTAL??? Who operates a business like this!? This should be all you need to know about how fun it is to deal with Charles and this "company". IF YOU SEE THE NUMBER 916-275-2292, or the name CHARLES, attached to any interlock service, just know that he's a total waste of time, and if the companies name is different than "California Ignition Interlock" it's because he constantly has to change locations and business names to avoid his awful reputation.
