Grabbed two tacos, carne asada and al pastor, from Taco Block and they were delicious! Not the most amazing tacos I've had (which is why it isn't 5 stars), but definitely very solid - pretty flavorful meat and fresh toppings. They were very generous with the meats and offer a variety of fresh toppings. The salsas provided were delicious, wish I had more! A very big standout is the service. Everyone was so authentically warm and welcoming, explaining their specials and being patient with my indecisiveness. They have great family and party sized taco deals, so would definitely recommend that for someone looking to feed a big group of people. I'll be back for the tacos, to try their desserts, and support a restaurant run by wonderful people. read more

The tacos (carne asada, chicken/pineapple and pork) were good sized with a decent amount of meat, but the meat tasted a little old. The tortillas were fresh. Great beans and rice. Excellent quantity for the price though. Excellent service with a welcoming attitude! read more

We were driving into the mountains and wanted to grab a quick dinner to avoid traffic. Lots of seating, plenty of room for everyone and large parties. Simple yet delicious menu! They recommend we try the family taco package - 10 tacos, 4 drinks, 4 churros for $60. The horchata was really good. We also got a side of chips & guacamole- so good! Staff was super friendly and checked in often. We love leaving reviews for places we plan to revisit. We'll be back this ski season. read more

Remember when this used to be a divey live music and karaoke bar. This is a huge upgrade for the neighborhood. My friends Andrew and Sophie who own el cids cigar shop right across the street let me know that it is finally open. I like the easy setup, just let them know how many you want and then what type of protein and toppings you want. Super friendly staff made sure that we had everything we needed and made sure to bring us plenty of napkins for all of the juicy. The owners Andre and Brenda have a good thing going here and will make you feel welcome and right at home. read more

From the moment I walked in, everything just clicked -- the energy, the flow, the way the team worked together seamlessly. The menu was easy to navigate, with options that felt both thoughtful and approachable. The food? Genuinely flavorful and made with intention. Every bite had that balance between comfort and freshness that's hard to pull off. Nothing felt rushed or generic -- just solid, satisfying dishes that hit the spot. The space itself feels welcoming without trying too hard. It's the kind of place where you lose track of time in the best way. Definitely the kind of spot you tell others about -- and then bring them with you next time. read more

This place is amazing!! Our very favorite taco spot close to our house. The service is quick and owners are friendly

Currently looking for a restaurant to cater a wedding rehearsal dinner this summer. After reaching out to five services, Nopal by Taco Block was the only one to call me to discuss details and to invite me to taste the menu options. Brenda, the owner with her husband, rolled out the most incredible tasting food that was flavored with authenticity! The flavor profiles on every single taco was dynamic and the food was not hidden by spices but was so delicious that each selection was an extremely tasty choice. The restaurant is placed in an easy location to get to off of Wadsworth or Sheridan. The sauces were all delectable and not overpowering in hotness. Beef, chicken, fish and vegetarian taco options were all phenomenal, especially paired with grilled pineapple and onions! The atmosphere inside or outside is comfortable, clean and inviting for big parties. Their customer service is white glove, excellence and highly cordial. Check out this exceptional restaurant because you will not be disappointed! read more

Wow!!! What an amazing place!! Please visit it and get some tacos!!! It was very slow when we went in which always worries me, but the owner said they have only been open for four months. They have several taco trucks and decided to open a stand alone restaurant. Very simple menu. For the tacos, you pick you taco meat first. I tried the Al Pastor (Personally this is the best one), the Pollo and the Sirloin Steak. My wife tried the Barbacoa. Then you can pick you toppings, but we went with the traditional street taco toppings. The rice and beans were so good as well. All of the flavors are amazing. For dessert we of course got churros which were very good. The Horchata was fresh and you could tell it was homemade. Probably the best I have had in a long time. The owner was very nice. The restaurant was extremely clean. If this place was closer to our home we would be here all of the time. read more

The food truck came to my work and these tacos are 10/10. They also had very fresh tasting, warm, churros. Ordering is done in 3 steps which they make super easy with signs. read more

Highly recommended! read more

Booked Taco Block for a pre-wedding party for 36 people. Could not have been happier with the entire event! Fantastic night. Team arrived exactly when planned. We couldn't use the truck because of our rental agreement, but Adrien's team of 3 quickly set up a heating and serving station inside, and were ready to rock before the final guest arrived. Adrien brought MORE food than we ordered because we booked so far in advance, giving our guest extra choices of their outstanding tacos. Food was great! Perfect serving sizes, and more than enough extra for seconds, thirds, and even breakfast leftovers! They even surprised us with bonus quesadillas which were SO GOOD! Wrapped everything up with warm churros and ice cream with a caramel sauce. I'm not a dessert lover, but I gobbled these up before the ice cream had time to melt. Summary: Perfect timing, wonderful service, great food, and more value than I could have hoped for. 36 happy customers! Made the event such a wonderful memory, and couldn't have been easier. Thank you Adrien and the Taco Block team! read more

We hired Taco Block for our backyard wedding this past weekend and they were incredible!!! They were organized, friendly, and professional and the food was delicious! They had signs explaining how to order, served food quickly, and had a separate shaded salsa station. They even provided an extra taco option and churros at the end of the night for free! They were incredibly considerate and checked with us to make sure they weren't upstaging a cake or other dessert first. Then they left us leftovers in our fridge for the next day. On top of this I had multiple guests come up to me and tell me how good the food was! I even got texts in the following days about how much people loved the tacos. They had delicious meat and vegan/vegetarian options so everyone was happy. I would highly recommend hiring Taco Block for your event, they were a dream to work with. Thank you Adrian and Brenda! read more

Delicious food and the staff are so nice and friendly. All ingredients are fresh and juicy. Would rate 10/5

This is the absolute best taco spot I have ever been to! I had the two taco plate with al pastor and carne asada served traditional. The plate came with rice and beans which usually go uneaten at most places, but here I finished them before my tacos! Service was so friendly and Brenda stopped to chat multiple times to see how we were enjoying our lunch. This definitely will be our new go to for tacos and margaritas! read more

What a great find! I looked up vegan tacos on yelp and this spot came up. My boyfriend and I went to go check it out and I am soo glad we did. This little place is amazing. The vegan taco is sooo good, for real. It's not just some shitty afterthought vegan taco, it's the real deal delish. Also, the people working were SO friendly and accommodating. They set us up in the little bus outback, brought us some waters and sauces, checked up on us a few times to see if we needed anything. They really went above and beyond, they were truly wonderful. I highly recommend this place. read more

Outstanding. Delicious. Omnomnomnom! I've eaten a lot of tacos and these were memorably good. I had the al pastor, the barbacoa, and the sirloin. They were packed so full, it took two tortillas to hold all the taco-y goodness within. Tip: get them loaded for the additional grilled vegetables. Their hot sauce is remarkably hot and even their medium has a delicious tangy bite to it. Highly recommended! read more

Adrian brought his awesome Taco Block food truck to the Colorado State Capitol yesterday for one of our colleague's retirement party that we hosted on the east lawn. He served up some delicious tacos, offering 4 toppings, one better than the next They included vegetarian, el pastor, marinated chicken, and carne asada with a choice of salsas of varying "heat". He and his chef kept pace with our guests and offered delightful service in serving up the tacos. They neatly wrapped the leftovers for the office to enjoy again today. Thank you, Adrian! read more
