Holy smokes!!!! Hands downs 10/10!! Ordered the "Best Damn Burrito..Period" and it does live up to its name!! It could use some extra sauce on the side but the flavor was there! Nice crunchy bacon, perfect eggs, chorizo and hash and just the perfect spice with the green Chile and pepper blend!! Definitely recommend Pablito's! We did order online and it was quick and easy. The food truck is parked on Olde Wadsworth and 55th Ave. There is one picnic table that you can try to snag but it was taken so we went to a nearby park. Tons of cute places to check out !

Pablito's Burritos was started by a local restaurant called Abrusci's Fire and Vine. They have one food truck located in the restaurant's parking lot and one in a parking lot at Olde Town Arvada. Burrito options can be made into a bowl. Also choice of regular size or grande. The grande is stuffed with ingredients, so it is definitely filling enough for 1 person. I'd say go for the grande if sharing a burrito. Very good breakfast burritos. I might have to get an extra size of their green Chile on the side next time and dip my burrito in that for some extra spice. Check out this food truck next time you have a craving for some good ole breakfast burritos!

Over hyped. I give it a 2 out of 5. I read the other reviews and they let me down. Start off by getting the smaller burrito to see if it's something that you even like I'm kind of disappointed I spent almost $10 on a burrito that wasn't good. The problem is that the hashbrowns inside the burrito seem old.

Yummy burritos. We visit their truck at McIntyre and 44th. Great breakfast burrito. Worth the stop.

I ordered their bestselling Chicken Parm Sandwich with a side of fries, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The sandwich was hearty, loaded with perfectly fried chicken, incredible ciabatta bread, rich homemade red sauce, and an epic cheese pull that made every bite worth it. The fries were a great complement, and the portion was so generous that I had enough left over for a second meal. It's easy to see why they had a line out the door during the lunch rush. They deserve all the success that's come their way. If you're looking for authentic Italian street food in Arvada, this place is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back!

But the cozy, kitschy fun interior with Italian/American, NYC, Sopranos pics & articles on the walls is a pleasant surprise. The owner was at a table with others & warmly greeted/thanked everyone who came in. Get takeout if you don't want to hear random convos or others to hear yours. Food/Value: 3 + The popular Mosco ($16) is their twist on the classic Italian sausage/peppers roll with the addition of diced green chiles. Tasty, but I missed the classic messiness of biting into juicy sausage LINKS/chunky peppers/hearty roll as opposed to their slim patties, artisanal bread, diced peppers. I'm a fried zucchini/pickles "connoisseur" & prefer a lighter batter, balanced seasoning. But some might like their more heavily coated/traditionally seasoned fried zucchini ($9). The drizzled sauce was tasty but the coating was just not for me. Overall: I'd come back for another try if I'm in the area (esp after a trip to the DMV!). But the prices were higher than I'd expect for lunch & "street food" especially for the area & in this economy.

I walked into Takiza expecting... nothing special. You know the vibe--new taco spot, cute name,…read moreprobably decent, maybe a little overhyped, I'll sip a beer and mind my business. WRONG. IMMEDIATELY WRONG. This place said "lower your expectations so we can absolutely destroy them." First of all--Karina. Bartender. Waitress. Possibly a time traveler?? This woman was at every table, shaking cocktails, dropping plates, checking vibes, probably solving world peace in the back between orders. GIRL. HOW. DO. YOU. DO. THIS. Fast, sharp, funny--Karina is the moment. Promote her. Protect her. Build her a statue out of limes and taco shells. Now let's talk about the chicharrones, because this is where we separate the amateurs from the legends. This is the one thing you cannot fake. Either you nail it or I start planning my dramatic Yelp exit mid-bite. These?I nearly fell clean off my barstool. CRUNCH that echoed through my ancestors. Juicy, decadent, perfectly salted--OH. HELL. YEAH. I haven't had chicharrones this good in years. YEARS. I blacked out for a second and came back whispering "we're safe... dinner is going to be amazing." Then the street corn showed up like it had a personal vendetta against bland food. Juicy, messy, unapologetic. I'm talking juice dripping down my elbow, chin glistening like I just ran a marathon through a summer street fair. I could feel the heat rising off imaginary pavement. If your food doesn't make you slightly feral, what are we even doing? And then, brace yourselves, the street tacos.FRIED. OUTER. SHELLS. WHO gave them permission to go this hard?? I stared at them like they just told me a secret. Golden, crispy edges with that soft, flavorful center... I was not emotionally prepared. Asada tacos? Oh she's elegant. She's balanced. She brought friends: fresh lime, guac, onion, radish, slaw, pickled red onion--like a full cast of characters and every single one understood the assignment. The steak? Tender, flavorful, not out here fighting for attention. Just a lovely, confident bite. We love a secure queen. Now... ceviche.Listen. I am insufferable about ceviche. I know this. I accept this. It was good--delightful, even--but I like mine to slap me across the face and steal my wallet. This one leaned a little sweet, a little polite. And I'm over here like, "where's the chaos?? where's the lime that makes me question my life choices??" Remember the rule: pain and poor decisions.(In my food. Relax.) Final verdict?Takiza did not come to play. It came to dominate your tastebuds, ruin lesser taco spots for you, and leave you texting Karina like "u up?" 5 stars. No notes. Okay... one note:I will be back, and I will be hungrier

Guacamole was OK- you have to mix everything yourself and squeeze the lime in. Everything was honestly mediocre and service wasn't particularly great. The waiter didn't come around to ask how the food was so I didn't even have a chance to tell him the al pastor taco was extremely dry and didn't get to ask if they have any house made hot sauces. It was my husbands birthday and I thought about getting the churro dessert but we decided to get dessert elsewhere after trying the food.
