I had not been to noodles and company in awhile. The service was great. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The food did not take long to come out. The food was hot and delicious. The seating area is perfect.

If one likes bland flavorless noodles then this is the place for you. They are good but for our taste the food needs more sauce. Great selection of variety. Place was clean, quick and people friendly. Great place to bring out of town folks but nothing to go back to.

One thing I always tell people is to form your own opinion of places and people. Our visit to this location was me practicing what I preach, and I can't lie, I was nervous because of the low rating and having ravenous teenagers with me. The place was empty when we arrived. This was our first visit to any Noodle & Co. location; the staff was friendly but not overly smiling. They noticed we were checking the menu, and a gentleman approached us with a paper menu, asked our dining preferences, and honestly made us feel welcomed by his actions. We ordered and sat to wait. Everything was prepared after we ordered. It took about 20-25 minutes to get food out and served on the table. Is it fine dining? No, but we all enjoyed our meals. The price was very reasonable, and the wait time was appropriate, I believe. We cook pasta at home regularly, but I could see us stopping by and picking up or ordering a family meal on a lazy evening. By the way, if you see their pepper mix and are not about that spicy life, keep it rolling. It is spicy!! Very good spicy!!

The girl (Juba) that checked us out had a very bad attitude- while we were waiting for our to-go order she proceeded to raise her voice and argue with the gentleman that was cooking the food. He repeatedly asked her to stop and she would just continue and was loud and extremely unprofessional. As a customer we felt very uncomfortable and the poor guy she was yelling at said I'm sick of having to deal with this every day with you and she said oh well! We will not be returning to this location!

I no longer have a taste for Noodles and Co in Laurel, MD. I placed an online order, at 7:17 pm, for curside pickup, scheduled to be ready at 7:27 pm, but didn't receive my order until 8:00 pm. The app provides you an "I've Arrived" button to inform the staff that you are outside, but this time it didn't quite go as planned. There was literally one table occupied and about 3 other orders that were picked up, so I don't know what kept the staff from doing their jobs. I don't blame the chef. He was kind enough to prepare a hot meal that sat around, only to become part of the background. Shay, sure wasn't checking for it. I had to call twice, because she unprofessionally answered the phone and placed me on hold like I just called her cellphone. Since when are customers told to, "give me sec ..." prior to leaving a customer on hold until the call drops? Someone needs to teach phone etiquette, because it is just as important at a small eatery, as it is at a Fortune 500 company. But anyway ... the call was dropped, so I called back, because it pissed me off that she never came back to the phone and was chatting with a coworker, until someone came in to pick up their order. Mind you, I am sitting in my car, watching everything that was going on, because I was trying to patiently wait for my lukewarm food. Long story short, Shay was generous enough to finally bring out my lukewarm food and dried up sauce. Thankfully, I have a microwave, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to melt the cheese that pitifully sat on top of my pasta, trying to look appetizing.

Their employees aren't nice. I ordered ahead- so went straight to the pick up. No one greeted and nobody even looked my way. I asked for the lady for extra dressing and said i would have to pay .75 cents and then ignored me afterwards. On top of this- they don't know how to cook the food. I order from noodles and company in Columbia fairly often and it's good and fresh. This location my salad lettuce was old and not everything that went on the salad was proportional. I had more onions than chicken, tomatoes, and croutons combined. The noodles are disgusting. The sauce is nasty i don't know if it's just this location but it's not actual sauce- it's weird bits of texture on noodles. Not much broccoli but.... i paid money so i have to eat it.

Not a bad restaurant and not a cheap restaurant. They have quality food, but definitely need to train their employees better. Seem to not know what they're doing, and clearly messing up orders.

Zucchini noodles, chicken, mushrooms, cheese and onion butter sauce!

Since living in Russett, I've gone to my nearest Ledo in Laurel multiple times in the past 5.5 years. Their pizza is great. I've gone for their 3-topping lunch special on a few occasions, and their pizza is top notch. They are efficient with getting the order in a timely manner, but they aren't terribly friendly. I most recently had the $6 Tuesday calzone, which was good, but a lot of bread, which I left some behind last time on April 7. The thing about the Calzone special is that there are no substitutions or I don't want this or that. I don't eat pork, which eliminates the meatlovers one off the bat. I don't like onions, so I could get the chicken one, but I'd have to deal with picking onions out or dealing with a few, same with the veggie one. So, that left me the Buffalo one. I didn't want tons of Buffalo sauce as I just wanted plain chicken in the first place. It was pretty good, and it thankfully wasn't drenched in tons of Buffalo sauce. But I still would've just wanted plain chicken. I think no substitutions is fine, but I think subtraction of an ingredient should be allowed; they would make more money with one less ingredient. Overall, Ledo is solid in spite of a couple of flaws.

You can taste the quality in every bite. What I love most is the consistency. Whether it's dine-in or takeout, the pizza always comes out hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. The cheese is perfectly melted, the sauce isn't overpowering, and the crust is unique in the best way. The staff is usually friendly and efficient, even during busy hours, and the place has a chill, casual vibe that makes it great for quick meals or group hangouts. Overall, Ledo's Laurel is a go-to spot for reliable, satisfying pizza. If you like thin crust with bold flavor, this location definitely delivers.

My schedule was rearranged last minute on a Saturday so I decided to catch their brunch. The laurel location was the closest to me. I was able to reserve a spot at the bar on open table about an hour before arrival . It must have been a lucky day for me because there were plenty vacancies and I didn't need to make a reservation. There was live jazz playing. I sat at the bar - shout out to Nnamdi who was the bartender and my waiter. Food wise: brunch only offers the $55 unlimited food option for two hours. I was completely fine with this as I was able to taste multiple dishes. I had the fried deviled eggs, Rockefeller oysters, bang bang shrimp, deep fried snow crab legs, pork chop and grits, wings in hot honey lemon pepper (their signature sauce) and the white chocolate bread pudding I enjoyed everything except the deep fried crab legs. The cluster was hallow. I had more fried batter than crab meat. Deviled eggs were my favorite of all the things I tried. And the bread pudding was sinfully delicious . I wasn't able to finish my last two items ordered but luckily I was able to fit it in the to-go box. Most places that serve unlimited food don't allow to-go boxes so I was happy to not have my leftovers go to waste. I opted for the bottomless cocktails as well. I stuck to the mimosas and tried the different flavors. The pours were generous. Nnamdi was very attentive and I appreciate him answering all of my clarifying questions as it was my first time. Gratuity is included! I am excited to go back! Before leaving I ordered a cocktail (MisKiri IX) that wasn't included in the bottomless cocktails. It was good. A little too sweet for me but glad I tried it.
