During my first call to Yelp / Gubhub after an hour of waiting for the food, I was told the food would be delivered in less then 5 min. After 20 minutes, I called again. I got a large cheese pizza, supreme cheeesteak sub and regular fries. They came in less than 45 mins despite the monsoon outside. The driver was still apologetic about not coming sooner. I chose the wings and pizza deal and french fries on the side .. After watching the odd night life creep around the lot sneaking out of the adult store and or the massage parlor my order was done . One of the cool things about Laurel is all of the quote mom and pop type of places. Found this diamond in the rough while I was craving some non 7-11 pizza. Located right before the motel Valenzuela in a very small building. They have $2 cheese slices and $2.25 pepperoni slices. Now granted that could be considered a little pricey compared to other places, but the taste of the pizza is worth the 5 min drive on my lunch break. This is also one of the only places I know of in Laurel that sell by the slice. Place is due for a major upgrade. You walk in through a screen door that's older than me. Employees are always very polite and courteous went I stop by. They always offer plates and napkins. Bottom line pizza could be a little cheaper, but you can't always get what you want. Not only did they forget to deliver the pie (which was not advertised as a prepackaged Sara Lee pie) but when the driver returned with it, it was molded. I called the restaurant and they said they needed to send the driver out to see if it was molded as if someone cared enough to cheat them out of the $2.99 I paid for it. So here's your proof.
