The cook that works on Sunday night gives a plentiful amount of cheese, toppings, the chicken was spice perfectly. It was gooey with a fabulous cheese pull. The Ingredients tasted fresh and the peppers were freshly cut and cooked, so they weren't mushy. I made the cardinal mistake and went back the next day (Monday). The manager was there and the quality was not the same. Skimpy toppings, barely enough cheese to cover the pizza, the peppers were mushy. Not at all like the first time. FYI: Tandoori wings were what I wanted, unfortunately they just sprinkle the seasoning on after cooking the wings. I skipped these. They do have an intriguing menu so I may go back. I've heard great things about pizzaman and finally decided to try it. I think it's really cool that they serve both Italian/American and Indian food, and their menu is so extensive. I ordered a 20 in monster pizza, butter chicken, and Alfredo chicken pasta for takeout. I got there a bit late so I'm not sure how quick the order was made, but it was still hot when I got it. The restaurant itself feels nostalgic, like a birthday party in the 2000s. It looks like they even have a bar. The pizza was so good and massive. The sauce is a little sweet, and the crust is the best part. It's fluffy and addicting and just somehow gives me a feeling of nostalgia for childhood. It also comes with a dipping sauce, akin to the papa John's garlic sauce, which elevated the taste. I'm not an Indian food connoisseur, but the butter chicken was tasty. It's less creamy than I expected, but still good. The chicken was also tender. It comes with a big portion of rice as well. The chicken alfredo was ok, pretty standard. It comes with garlic bread too. The chicken texture was different than the pieces in the butter chicken, more like pan fried. What I did was mix the butter chicken with the alfredo pasta-- I'd recommend!! The butter chicken sauce is also good on the pizza! Well it's safe to say that anyplace that serves EVERYTHING (from pizza, wings, subs, Italian, Indian, every appetizer imaginable et al) that few things are good. I ordered a pepperoni pizza for my teenage son who eats just about anything; appetizer combo (onion rings, cheese sticks, fried mushrooms, jalapeño poppers), and a kids spaghetti meal for my preschooler. The pizza was nothing to write home about. The appetizer combo was basic greasy spoon fair. Needless to say my tummy was doing backflips after just a third. The kids spaghetti was huge. This is now my go to for pizza. The Indian varieties are rare jewels and but all varieties are excellent and their steak and cheese pizza is my favorite version of that made anywhere. Generous with the meat they are!!! Also, their wings are meaty perfectly cooked and have any flavor you'd like. In fact - when a place does a bunch of different things, then often don't do any very well. Not so here! ALL GOOD STUFF!!! It certainly was cheesy which I appreciated, but overall the pizza was lackluster, standard. The crust was on the thicker side; it had a nice chew and an alright flavor. Nothing noteworthy. I was not a fan of the sauce. It was way too sweet for me and I kept getting globs of sauce in my mouth. If it was a good, robust sauce, I wouldn't mind, but I would have preferred no sauce compared to what was on it. Pizza man is one of the best restaurants in Columbia. The owners and staff are respectful, attentive, welcoming and sincere. I have literally had everything on the menus with a few exceptions. I have never been let down. My favorites are the wings, cheesesteak, pizza and MoMo (nepalese dumpling). They pour a strong drink and you will always leave with a full Belly. The pizzas were fresh made and ready at the time I requested and the employees walked them out to my car for me. Multiple people asked me where I got the pizza from. One of the pizzas I ordered was their "Desi" pizza which has chicken cooked in a spicy Indian sauce.
