Would you like a pizza? Is it after 10pm and everything else is closed? Drive to 7-11 or Denny's or anywhere else and be more satisfied than you will be here. I should have read the reviews I should have checked Yelp first; it's pizza delivery how bad can it be? Oh that answer has no bottom to it. I ordered a premium price specialty personal (small) pizza with a ton of toppings; they had a deal two for one; remember that math. Does 1+1 =2? So let's say over 40$ for this when it arrives and over $55 with delivery. Wet cat food has bigger slices of meat and vegetables. Call the store and be told that you ordered through Door Dash, last time I checked door dash doesn't make the pizza they just deliver. The delivery car drove past me standing there waiting so I walked down the street and found the driver attempting to deliver my pizza to the house 450 ft away. So lest someone say it was about the delivery it wasn't I did get my food. That story is amusing. What was in the boxes was not amusing. read more

Be ready to wait 2+ hours for delivery. Ridiculous. No customer service, need to hire more drivers for busy times.

That was one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted!! It was so good and cooked so freaking well!!

Ordered from here 4 pizzas and an order of old bay wings well done and a honey bbq boneless wing order. However, the pizza was more sauce than cheese and the wings were almost raw and gummy, there was no old bay and the boneless wings weren't even tossed in sauce instead it was just drizzled. Poor execution, sloppy, and no regard for the consumer. I was upset when I found out Pizza Hut does not deliver to my job. read more

This location was once good but now it is the worst. About 50% of the times we order it takes 1.5 to 2+ hours to arrive. Sometimes the drivers are angry and rude now that they use a delivery service rather than in house drivers. Tonight, after waiting 1.5 hours I tried to call, but it only connects to a call center no where near here, and they refuse to give you the local number. The website said it was being packaged for over an hour. So in frustration I drove to papa johns and at 2 hours in, they hadn't even begun my order. There are always excuses, but this is the poor service they have been providing for over a year. I'm so done with this location and with papa johns in general for making customer service concerns impossible to even address. I don't know who ran this business into the ground, but that's where it is. read more

Decent service, very very small inside wings was good pizza was okay a bit to saucy and not enough cheese. I may be back again I'm still undecided at this point. read more

It was bad that the Doordash driver never delivered dinner to my house for my sons and I on pizza night, but the attitude and rudeness from the lady who answered the phone just made things worse. Why the attitude and 20 questions when I said my pizza wasn't delivered, I have no idea. It's my children who were hungry and my money you're refusing to refund. Why do you have an attitude? read more

I ordered a pizza with half pepperoni and half chicken and banana peppers. It came within the 30 to 40 minutes that it was supposed to. However the toppings werent evenly distributed on the pizza. Instead of starting over and doing it correctly, they just cut the pizza unevenly to compensate. Now I have more than half of the pizza with larger slices on the pepperoni side and smaller pieces on the other side. I'm not ordering from this store anymore if this is the type of product I can expect. I used to work at a pizza shop when I was a teenager. Preparing and cutting a pizza evenly isn't that hard to do. It may not look like it in the picture, but in reality it looks bad. Whoever makes and cuts the pizzas at this store really needs to be retrained. read more

Papa Johns Pizza - The pizza was all squished together just like this - Pizza Near Me - Laurel, Maryland

This place always seems to have my order on time, right, and HOT. I order at least once a week here. Only thing I don't understand is why the outsource their call center overseas (it seems). Don't get me wrong, they answer the phone and are pretty easy to understand I just wish papa John's would give this job to someone here in the US. read more

They said they close at 12 am but when you show up at 11:45 they said they closed. This is not right and it make sense why they ah e two stars. Very bad customer service. read more

OMG what is this breadsticks order from Papa John's. Talk to the manager explained to him what happened he tell me he never heard of such thing. I say where I have the pictures and you can get it he said no thank you. I also stated I don't want any more bread sticks he didn't have to take it off my order but I just wanted to make sure I didn't happen to another customer. His customers service is a no star. I have to say this place isn't getting the credit it deserves. I've lived in Laurel for 2 years and every experience I've had with this particular Papa Johns, deliver or carry out, has been great! The last few times I've done carry out, I have been met quickly and they even opened the door for me after handing my my pizza. This is something new, but I appreciate the effort they put into the service. Also, the delivery service has been great. My apartment complex is easy to navigate, but they find a place and are clear on where I can meet them. Several different drivers, but the same amount of patience and help all around. Many fast food places in Laurel do not operate with this level of care and awareness. This store deserves every star! read more

The absolute worst Papa John's I have ever dealt with. After waiting over an hour for delivery, received no customer service. Called the manager and received nonstop obscenities. "F*ck you you f*ckin b*tch" on repeat. Filed a complaint on Papa John's website and the same manager calls back saying, "I saw your complaint. I wasn't talking to you." Never received my order. Never received an apology. Never heard from Papa John's. Waiting for a refund and still don't have anything to eat. read more

Worst customer service ever. Please do yourself a favor and never go to this location. I placed a carry out order and when I got to the location they told me that the carry out was closed and that I must have placed an order for delivery. hold on there's more he then went to the screen and pretended like he didn't see my order Clear as day on the screen. No apology,no accommodations oh a no pizza 15 minutes of my time waisted for what. read more

I ordered buffalo chicken pizza. waited about 45 mins and got it. but it had no sauce on it. the driver called the store and talked to the manager. sadly, neither the driver nor the manager cared. They told me to either wait for another 45mins or get refund. So I canceled the order. they didn't even say sorry. later, I called their c/s and talked to a lady. but the lady on the phone didn't sound like she cared either. it's 8:35pm and I still haven't had dinner yet. so when you wanna order some pizza from papa johns, think again. you may have to wait and wait and wait and get nothing. read more

Papa Johns Pizza - Burnt and COLD - Pizza Near Me - Laurel, Maryland

I was really stoked for his pizza because I've always had great pizzas from Papa John's. It took a little bit longer for delivery than I would have liked, but not a big deal. It finally arrived and I was ready to dig in, BUT.... THE PIZZA WAS NOT CUT. IT CAME AS ONE BIG PIECE. WHAT THE HECK. HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN?!?! So yeah, that was disappointing, but the pizza tasted great. Just a little peeved that it wasn't cut. Yall had one job PJ people.... read more

It's Papa Johns. I don't expect much outside of a pizza without hairs or other foreign objects. It took an unusual amount of time to get my pizza, but I was more disappointed that they got my order wrong. The toppings I ordered didn't match the toppings on the label on my pizza box. Not sure how that happens, but I won't be quick to order from them again. Probably will just do carryout at Three Brothers. read more

Does not taste fresh. Long wait for pizza that tastes like it was made last week. I've had better frozen pizza.

Really delicious and fast. love this place, it is very close to my work and I love it when I'm not in the mood to cook.

Delicious and fast. Good pizza. Friendly staff. I ordered delivery. Unfortunately Yelp is making me type more in order to post this as a review and not a tip. But my review is the first 4 sentences period. read more

Pizza was good, however, customer service is lacking. I placed an order online. When I got there I was told that they did not have it. Then it was found. I then had to wait 10 minutes while one person was on the phone taking an order while I am waiting to pay with money in hand. No one else was able to take my money so that I could be on my way. There are a lot of pizza options in Laurel. I will not be back here anytime soon! read more

I love this Papa Johns. When I ask for little cheese, that's what I get. When I ask for no cheese, that's what I get. I have never had a problem with the pizza taking too long, the pizza being cold when it was delivered, or a delivery person that did not know what they were doing. the delivery person has never gotten lost either, or lost my phone number. this Papa Johns does everything right, and I'm going to stick with them. read more

I called this Papa Johns in Laurel by mistake for delivery. I was placed on hold for an extremely long time. Carlos, the shift manager comes on with this stern militant voice. He did not apologize for the wait. He did eventually tell me I called the wrong location. I stated how long I had to wait to even speak with someone. He replied he could give me the other store's location. Before I could respond, he hangs up. According to the recording, this store has been recognized & rewarded for its service. I do not know why or how with Carols around. It is sad how someone like him has a job in customer service but lacks the ability to display such. I do not see how he made it to a Manager. I will calling the General Manager. read more

I received my pizza almost two hours later and it also wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a meat lovers and got a pepperoni and sausage only.

Ordered pizza from this Papa John location for delivery and waited 30 minutes.... no delivery! I called to find out where my order was and they ask me to wait an additional 10 minutes!! ‍. REALLY?? Wait 10 minutes ... still no delivery!!! Spoke with manger .. all he could say was he called the driver and could not reach her.... as if that was to make me feel better... SO!! I cancel the order..... Driver arrives an hour later and gives me nothing but attitude!!! yeah okay!!! SMH!! read more

Ordered delievery online tonight. The site said my order would arrive in 30-40 minutes. I called after I waited for an hour and the employee who answered the phone said the driver had my order along with several others but he'd "been gone for awhile" so it should arrive soon. When the driver arrived he asked what we ordered, we had to tell him while he fished around for it. He left our soda in the car so it's a good thing he asked what we'd even ordered to begin with. The pizza, wings and chicken poppers were all cold. Probably because they arrive 45 minutes later then they were supposed to. I feel sorry for all the people that were still waiting on their food! Disappointment all around. read more

Papa John's has been a top choice for ordering pizza. This time it was for a Classroom Pizza Party. I called from the school phone and when it was time to provide my card number the employee repeated "hello, hello, hello" and hung up. I called again from my personal phone and put in the same order, when it was time to give my card information he started again with "hello, hello..." I could hear him clearly. He hung up and I called a second time using my personal phone. The receiving end answered and yelled "hola, hola, hola" and hung up. I tried with a third phone, when he recognized my name and order he was rude and told me I had to be patient because my calls kept dropping. I asked him to just take my card number down since he probably memorized my order by this point, he didn't say anything and put me on hold. Ultimately, pizza party has been canceled. I feel like he didn't want to take our order because when I offered to give him my card information he rambled about how busy he was and how I needed to be patient. read more

I've made carry-out orders at this location before and I've never had a problem. I recently made a delivery order and was disappointed to find out there were no pepperoncini peppers or garlic sauce inside the box. I'm pretty sure they come with each order and that's the only reason I ordered Papa John's this time. I will say the gentleman that took my order and the delivery woman were quite polite which I can at least appreciate. read more

i love papa johns pizza but sometimes it comes burnt or without any crust and not enough sauce which is saddening. Their wings are tasteless and the cinnabread desert is dry and not enough icing on it, it also was not soft. which sucks because it seemed like it tasted good. their brownie desert is ROCK HARD and arrived cold, I wouldn't recommend that either. Ive always know papa johns pizza to be fresh and soft and delicious. this store not so much at all. read more

Like others have stated it takes way too long to get the order delivered. The pizza arrived over two hours after placing the order and it was room temperature. I paid online but the driver insisted that I pay him when he arrived. This is the second time in a row that I have had these unexplained delays. I live 5 mins from the store. When I call about 1 hour later, they always say the pizza will arrive in 10-15 mins....but the wait continues far beyond 15 mins. I used to get satisfactory service but in the last few months the delivery times have not been great. They did offer to credit my account with a free pizza but I don't want a cold pizza delivered even if it is free. read more

Terrible customer service! I ordered a simple order just pizza a drink and breadsticks. I had received the confirmation email once my online order was placed. Over an hour passed by and I had not received a phone call nor did my order arrive. When I call to ask about my order, a male answers the phone in something other than English due to the inaudibility of his words, and cops an attitude with me for asking on the whereabouts of my order! I said my name and phone number and told him that I ordered online and was trying to tell him I haven't received it yet when he interrupted me. He rudely said "name and phone number?!" So I said it once again, and I could hear him laugh on the other end of the phone in a condescending manner. I was then told I had other orders in front of mine for the driver so I need to wait. This is not the customer service advertised on Papa Johns website. And for the food to be so expensive, I expected better service. read more
