I ordered a premium price specialty personal (small) pizza with a ton of toppings; they had a deal two for one; remember that math. Does 1+1 =2? So let's say over 40$ for this when it arrives and over $55 with delivery. Wet cat food has bigger slices of meat and vegetables. Call the store and be told that you ordered through Door Dash, last time I checked door dash doesn't make the pizza they just deliver. The delivery car drove past me standing there waiting so I walked down the street and found the driver attempting to deliver my pizza to the house 450 ft away. Ordered from here 4 pizzas and an order of old bay wings well done and a honey bbq boneless wing order. However, the pizza was more sauce than cheese and the wings were almost raw and gummy, there was no old bay and the boneless wings weren't even tossed in sauce instead it was just drizzled. This location was once good but now it is the worst. About 50% of the times we order it takes 1.5 to 2+ hours to arrive. Sometimes the drivers are angry and rude now that they use a delivery service rather than in house drivers. Tonight, after waiting 1.5 hours I tried to call, but it only connects to a call center no where near here, and they refuse to give you the local number. The website said it was being packaged for over an hour. So in frustration I drove to papa johns and at 2 hours in, they hadn't even begun my order. There are always excuses, but this is the poor service they have been providing for over a year. I ordered a pizza with half pepperoni and half chicken and banana peppers. It came within the 30 to 40 minutes that it was supposed to. However the toppings werent evenly distributed on the pizza. Instead of starting over and doing it correctly, they just cut the pizza unevenly to compensate. Now I have more than half of the pizza with larger slices on the pepperoni side and smaller pieces on the other side. I'm not ordering from this store anymore if this is the type of product I can expect. I used to work at a pizza shop when I was a teenager. Preparing and cutting a pizza evenly isn't that hard to do. It may not look like it in the picture, but in reality it looks bad. Whoever makes and cuts the pizzas at this store really needs to be retrained. read more

I have to say this place isn't getting the credit it deserves. I've lived in Laurel for 2 years and every experience I've had with this particular Papa Johns, deliver or carry out, has been great! The last few times I've done carry out, I have been met quickly and they even opened the door for me after handing my my pizza. This is something new, but I appreciate the effort they put into the service. Also, the delivery service has been great. My apartment complex is easy to navigate, but they find a place and are clear on where I can meet them. Several different drivers, but the same amount of patience and help all around. Many fast food places in Laurel do not operate with this level of care and awareness. This store deserves every star! read more

It took an unusual amount of time to get my pizza, but I was more disappointed that they got my order wrong. The toppings I ordered didn't match the toppings on the label on my pizza box. He did not apologize for the wait. He did eventually tell me I called the wrong location. I stated how long I had to wait to even speak with someone. Papa John's has been a top choice for ordering pizza. This time it was for a Classroom Pizza Party. I called from the school phone and when it was time to provide my card number the employee repeated "hello, hello, hello" and hung up. I called again from my personal phone and put in the same order, when it was time to give my card information he started again with "hello, hello..." I could hear him clearly. He hung up and I called a second time using my personal phone. The receiving end answered and yelled "hola, hola, hola" and hung up. I tried with a third phone, when he recognized my name and order he was rude and told me I had to be patient because my calls kept dropping. I asked him to just take my card number down since he probably memorized my order by this point, he didn't say anything and put me on hold. Ultimately, pizza party has been canceled. I called after I waited for an hour and the employee who answered the phone said the driver had my order along with several others but he'd "been gone for awhile" so it should arrive soon. I recently made a delivery order and was disappointed to find out there were no pepperoncini peppers or garlic sauce inside the box. Their wings are tasteless and the cinnabread desert is dry and not enough icing on it, it also was not soft. which sucks because it seemed like it tasted good. their brownie desert is ROCK HARD and arrived cold, I wouldn't recommend that either. Like others have stated it takes way too long to get the order delivered. The pizza arrived over two hours after placing the order and it was room temperature. I paid online but the driver insisted that I pay him when he arrived. This is the second time in a row that I have had these unexplained delays. I live 5 mins from the store. When I call about 1 hour later, they always say the pizza will arrive in 10-15 mins....but the wait continues far beyond 15 mins. I used to get satisfactory service but in the last few months the delivery times have not been great. Terrible customer service! I ordered a simple order just pizza a drink and breadsticks. I had received the confirmation email once my online order was placed. Over an hour passed by and I had not received a phone call nor did my order arrive. When I call to ask about my order, a male answers the phone in something other than English due to the inaudibility of his words, and cops an attitude with me for asking on the whereabouts of my order! I said my name and phone number and told him that I ordered online and was trying to tell him I haven't received it yet when he interrupted me. He rudely said "name and phone number?!"
