I went to Noodle Wave for lunch with a group of coworkers. The food looked good and I liked Asian food so I had high expectations. The reviews on yelp were ok so I didn't want to get too excited When we arrived we had a large party but only a few people were there. That wasn't a problem. They were flexible and seated us and we ordered before the others arrived. I decided to order with two other coworkers and share. We ordered the Basil Fried Rice and the Fresh Crabmeat Fried Rice. They started off by bringing us a tasty wonton soup with tofu and topped with crispy fried wontons. The Crabmeat Fried Rice was ok. The Basil Fried Rice was spicy and absolutely delicious. I loved it and would definitely recommend it. I added a little spice but couldn't stop eating it. Many other coworkers got this dish and all enjoyed it. The check at the end was an issue because they could only accept a certain amount of payments from a large table. I will come back to Noodle Wave for the Basil Fried Rice!

Minus two stars for service, food is amazing. Waited almost 15 mins for someone to come to our table once seated, this is a small restaurant. My partner had to flag someone down to help us, we ordered immediately, food was out promptly which was great. Not once did anyone come to check, we had to get up to ask for water at the bar area. When my partner brought up the issue we were treated differently, given a 20% discount. Will not return to this location based on service, will visit McKinney location instead.

Where do I start . . . Noodle Wave is on another level! Absolute culinary artistry. These recipes are so unique, beautifully infused, masterfully presented, and perfectly seasoned. The dining area is bright and vibrant with clean decor and pops of color. There are great seating options choosing between booths or tables. We have eaten here two days in a row while visiting our grandson and we don't regret it! Our server was the same both days and she was great. Our food came out hot and fresh, literally lacking nothing! Every dish 10/10! I go to rumoured salon in the same strip and this place always has an amazing scent wafting out of it. We got the spring rolls with shrimp, crab Rangoon and cashew chicken. Everything was delicious. Service was good. Will eat there again.

Was looking for a thai place for family visiting us from out of country. We decided to dine in instead of our usual take out. Ordered veg Spring rolls, herbal chicken fried rice, pad ke mow for kids, roti curry Spring rolls were crispy and tasted great. Fried rice and noodles were delicious as well. Looks like food has definitely improved here

I took take out. The salmon entree which lacked seasoning came with three different temperatures on the rice, veggies and salmon all in one container. The soup had an over powering flavor which I could not quite describe but with a sweet taste and the soft shell crab was not cleaned before frying it which lacked seasoning. Chicken rolls were ok.

Amazing!! The food the service was phenomenal! Definitely recommend! Got the glass noodles and they were so good!

I feel like Noodle Wave has ups and downs. I've been here more than 5 times at least since it's close to work and sometimes I was really happy with food and service but there were also times when I felt the food was bland and service was extremely slow. I always get the Vietnamese soup here. It's got Thai chili in here so it has good hint of spice. It's a unique dish that you can only get at Noodle Wave. Again, the last time I went, the soup was a bit bland but the visit before that, I was very happy with the flavor so I never know what to expect, lol. I'm pretty sure I'll keep going here but hopefully they will be more consistent with their dishes and service.

We were looking for a good Thai Coffee and we were recommended by Varchith with Dream Tacos (this will be another review, another time ) to get our coffees there. We drove over and the host said they had sold out. We left and thought, "This is just not going to be the night we get our coffee." We were back in the car planning our next stop, when the host knocked on the driver's-side window. He handed us one Thai Coffee and said, "I went back and we had enough for one coffee so here it is." And he gave this delicious cup of blessing to us on-the-house. WOW. What unbelievable customer service and delicious coffee! Noodle Wave, we see you and your staff! We WILL be back!!

One of my favorite places to get curry is this place. Their curry is incredibly flavorful, and all their dishes are equally delicious. The staff there is incredibly sweet and attentive, making you feel very welcome.

Bought take out here and had mixed results. The basil chicken was great, but the Rangoons seemed like their store bought, and the Sesame chicken was terrible. The sesame chicken didn't look like you'd normally get and the next day it had a soup of gelatin, which we threw away. Fried rice seemed nice as it had a fried egg with it Overall I'd go back but steer away from Chinese food.

My first visit to Noodle Wave! We arrived on Friday night and put my name on the waiting list. After a 15-minute wait, we were seated at a nice clean table. The menu is excellent, with many options for dinner. I like how you can select how spicy you want your dish. I got the Kung Pao Chicken with level 3 spicy, above medium, and just right for me. The chicken was tender, and the vegetables were delicious. I want to come back and try something new. The Noodle Wave in Frisco has good table service with tasty food.

They also boast all the ingredients being locally sourced, which is also a fun concept. Note that parking can be limited, and you may need to park along the roads alongside. Our waitress was kind and welcoming for Mother's Day. We tried the chicken & spaetzel for my mom and the 1843 filet for myself. My steak was cooked well, I just wish it had been a bit more flavorful. My mom really liked her dish and I did as well. The chicken in particular was lovely. It did take us over 45 min to receive our food, but I attribute that to the busy holiday. The choco pie was huge and worth the amount I paid for it. The crust was prone to falling apart though so be prepared to make a mess! Speaking on my memories from 2 years ago, I'd gotten chicken piccata which had a sauce similar to the spaetzel. It was much better this time around, and didn't have red pepper, which I strongly dislike. The concept was very similar. At the time, my partner had gotten a meat pie of some kind that he still raves about. This was winter 2024, so not the same menu. Overall, it's a cute place and a cute concept. Note that A) this is not the place for someone picky, as the dishes are a bit experimental, and B) the prices are a bit above average. More of a special occasion type of place. Make sure you make a reservation!

The soup dumplings ended up having a sweet taste in the soup. The hot and sour soup was not sour at all, and I ended up, doctoring it a bit by asking for some vinegar. I would highly recommend against people ordering this if they're expecting the authentic Asian flavor profile. The beef noodle soup ordered medium spicy was not spicy at all and so next time if I ever go back, I'll have to get their extra spicy. And their tofu noodle soup did not have nearly as much tofu as the picture seemed to make us believe. The one thing I did really like was the wontons in the wonton soup so if I come back, I'll probably just be ordering that. Overall, I think I was expecting a classic Taiwanese flavor profile and was left wanting more.

I've had the pleasure of eating ramen in Japan and yeah, NO. I kept watching her to see if she would wash her hands or at least use hand sanitizer but she neglected to do either. The ramen: We ordered the spicy garlic pork shoyu and the spicy chicken broth ramen. The chicken ramen was also pretty flavorless. The nerve of someone to compare this place to Ichiran lol.
