Self service everything. Love the charging ports!

The noodles are chewy, just the way I like them. Watched them make it fresh! Not sure why others say it's super expensive because it's actually cheaper than most ramen or pho places, $11.99+. Taking off one star because you can't order online. They have a page but it only lets you order the most basic noodles.

This is like Chinese style aburasoba but you pick your own toppings. You choose between about 6 different plain noodle bases. Afterwards, you add all your meat and veggies and everything is ala cart. The more you add the more you pay.(chicken, beef, shrimp, peas, corn, spinach, etc...) In a few minutes, you get a text and you pick up the food at the front. The GOOD - Noodles were really chewy and bouncy. Perhaps my favorite texture I had here so far in the bay. (5/5 for the texture) - Usb chargers on the wall for convenience. The BAD - I don't think the worker spoke English but you can easily go to the kiosk and figure it out. - The food was luke warm/room temperature(i think it's supposed to be like this) - No free tap water option that I could find. Overall, I would go back to the place strictly for the bouncy noodles. Next time, I would try a different flavor. The spicy garlic was good but I think it's worth trying other flavors. The customer service was a bit lacking but it's probably the language barrier. Arrived there around 7:30pm Monday and the place had one other customer.

Noodles were good but everything else is meh. You order at a tablet at the counter. You choose what sauce you want and then add toppings if you want. Topping all cost extra (e.g. chicken, beef, spinach, etc.). Alfredo sauce was a bit salty for me. To go orders are packed in a compostable container. Noodles were sticking to the container when we brought it home to eat.

Tomato sauce noodle with popcorn chicken

Hate to do this to a new place, but this was one of the worst places I've ever eaten. Popcorn chicken was cold/mushy. Don't know how they didn't even microwave it. Cooked spinach was also cold. Wife got a dish with some beef in it, also cold. Only good thing was the noodle texture, but it gets ruined by the terrible tomato sauce. I give this place maybe 6-8 months before they close, unless they have some huge investor backing them.

The cuisine is more western China focused with the Chinese hamburger (肉夹馍) and big plate chicken (大盘鸡). Parking is ample in the plaza, and service is very fast. You can see the kitchen and its workflows from the outside, sort of like what you see at Marugame. Spoiler alert, the noodles really are handpulled and the kitchen is very clean! I ordered a Lanzhou Beef noodle soup and Chili Oil noodle. The broth in the Lanzhou noodle was very savory and perfectly seasoned. They also respected my comment for mild spicy, and it was one of the only times I drank almost all the soup since I did not taste artificial powders or too much white pepper. The Chili Oil noodle was also ordered with mild spice, and the noodles were so chewy and perfect, I can't wait to come back here already! We just wished the chili oil noodle had more meats, since there were like only a 2 or 3 slices of beef. Otherwise, portion sizes were also big for the price point, and the quality was beyond my expectations. Since it was our first time here, we were a little cautious and just ordered what we needed. But next time I'll definitely try the big plate chicken and pig ears!

We ordered 2 dry noodles and a cold spicy pig ears appetizer. The pig ears were piled up with no fillers - something hard to find these days. You can select the type of noodles so I picked the widest while my husband picked the middle one. I love the el dente texture of the noodles giving it a bit of chew. My braised pork belly dry noodles was not dry... very watery which was not to my liking. I want my dry noodles with as little gravy as possible. The flavor was light despite all the gravy, but the veggies and one egg made it up. The house special dry noodles had just the right amount of gravy for taste but not enough ingredients. I was wondering why the restaurant is called One Piece... I guess the entire bowl of noodles is one piece noodle as it was hard to eat as all the noodles are tangled. No complaints here just need to be careful with the splashes on your shirt. Overall the food was good, service was decent as we were offered actual menu instead of only using QR code to order. The place was not small with plenty of table. A bit noise as with all Chinese restaurants.

When you enter and get seated, you will be prompted to go on the url code at the table to pick your items. While I understand that this is the new way for restaurants to serve guests post-covid, the vast menu items you have to scroll through makes me long for physical menus of the past - but that's just my boomer take for the day. There were a bunch of other items like rice and noodle dishes that looked interesting to pair with the meats, but we were only craving bbq so we skipped out on the carbs. We ordered a BUNCH of skewers, from the standard beef, lamb, pork belly to chicken skin and a fried quail. All of the skewers had the same type of dried chili powder spice seasoning mix so unfortunately there wasn't too much of a diversity in flavor profile but on the flip side, it allowed us to focus more on enjoying the meat quality itself (this is where rice or noodles would definitely help cut through the richness). All of the meats were incredibly well-cooked and charred. It is on the drier side, so be aware if you are looking for a juicier, plumper cut of meat that some other restaurants have. Paired with the Chinese vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil, they were super delectable. My personal favorites were the pork belly, chicken skin, and beef. We had some leftovers to go and the staff provided us some extra sauce to go so that's a big plus. Great food here and definitely will be back to try more of the other menu items for the full experience.

It's a small place, but they were able to position all the tables and chairs so that there's room to move around. Ordering was convenient. We were able to scan the menu at our table and paid quickly remotely. Our food came out on a timely manner. We were able to try the Clam ramen, Hinodeya ramen, and the Tonkatsu. They were all delicious and very much to our liking. Presentation is something i noticed they take pride in. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted promptly, the decorations on the front entrance is what lured us in. The tables all had a tiny lamp that you can turn on and off. All the servers were wearing coordinated attire with the restaurant logo on it. They were all attentive to our needs and constantly filled up our water and took empty dish away when the table started to feel tight/crowded. All Ramen we tried had the WOW bursting with flavors. I highly recommend this place.

Don't let the fair pricing fool you, it is a really nice restaurant!! The interior is incredibly clean & well maintained, it's a whole experience having dinner there. After dinner (if you have children, this is key) they give you a scoop of ice cream, which is included with your dinner / lunch. I took my little daughter there once, for lunch, during daddy-daughter day. She REALLY enjoyed it. They have great meat options & the noodles, vegetables, etc - you go grab yourself, buffet style. So you go load a plate with whatever you'd like to add to your cook pot, along with the meat. They have little soft boiled quail eggs that you can add to your pot - HIGHLY recommend!! They have, if I recall, 4 or 5 different soup bases to choose from. I've had three thus far & they have all been incredibly good. PLEASE NOTE - the spicy one is no joke, I am a spicy food connoisseur & I will admit, even on my "0-10" scale, that red spicy soup base was easily an 8. Interestingly enough albeit very spicy, the red soup base has excellent flavor; in other words it's not just pure pain & terror & capsaicin overdose... It's spicy AND very flavorful. Give these guys a try!! We will definitely be returning, although this has to be more of a quarterly thing. As eating hot pot with little kids is NOT easy for parents - constantly making sure they don't spill boiling soup on themselves. What we did was asked for a bowl / plate; so we could serve the children the various meats, noodles, vegetables after they were cooked... Also to prevent the children from sticking spoons into a vigorously boiling pot. (SAFETY NOTE - the cook pots are directly in the table, built-in cooktops. So be vigilant with small children. The wait staff will give you a tutorial on how to increase/decrease the heat on the burner and/or how to shut it off when you're done cooking. Aside from my concern of the children burning themselves, it is an EXCELLENT experience for kids nevertheless).
