Haven't been here for a while. Service is still on point. It's usually not too crowded so if you need space and attention from the waiter/waitress with a cool romantic dim ambiance then here's your place to go. The Laksa noodles I tried today the soup is very decent. However, noodles were too soft. My friend that ordered the same also said the same.. that usually the noodle here isn't this soft for this dish. Unfortunately this is the first time I tried it so it's what I have to go by. Last thing is my cup is not the cleanest. I could see lipstick stain from whoever so I tried to drink on a different side instead of complaining.
Cute little shop on the tail-end of Mission. They offer unique noodle dishes with generous portions. The workers are all very polite and attentive. The Curry Laksa noodle dish is added a must try as well as anything with their crispy duck.

The report on the IPOH shredded fat chicken soup was that it was salty, but broth tasted fine to me. The appetizer wings came out long after the soups. They were nice. I wish I had liked the food as much as I liked the service.
Hands down the BEST laksa I've had in the Bay. It had the perfect balance of creamy, sweet, and spicy. I still think about Noodle Station's house special curry laksa soup a whole week after my visit -- it was just that good! The spicy roast duck dried ramen was also solid. Duck was lean and tender. If you enjoy sichuan spice (dish itself was like a mild spice level), then this dish is for you! The Jingchuan dumplings were decent; I'd probably skip on this next time to try other dishes. Food came out within 10 minutes of ordering. Pretty authentic Singaporean/Malaysian dishes if I do say so myself. The restaurant was slightly empty when we entered, but customers started coming in once it got closer to dinner time. Parking can be a bit difficult as it's located on a main street but definitely manageable.

Excellent presentation and big portions. However, we got the house special dried noodles which were just way too simple. It might have felt this way because the meat to noodle ratio was too big. There was way too much noodle for how much meat was there - I'd rather get less noodle and the same amount of meat for the same price and I'd think I'd enjoy it more. We also got the laksa. Usually, laksa has bun in it or rice noodles, but there was vermicelli. The broth was too salty and didn't have enough lime in it. It wasn't the typical expect the laksa and we were pretty excited about it too because the presentation was so spot on.

Decided to get their house special curry laksa soup for $17.50 and roasted duck with dried egg noodle in xo sauce for $16. Although the price is pretty high up there but they do give you a lot. They brought out the food fairly quick. Both noodle dishes that i got are good in their own way. Had plenty of flavor and can get you full since its a lot. Friendly service. The only con is the street parking which can be hard to find since there aren't a lot.

Noodle Station has a myriad of options from different asian cuisines like Chinese, Thai, Singaporean etc. I was skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised at the portions, quality and deliciousness. One thing I will point out is that the flavors are quite strong in terms of saltiness so have a big jug of water handy. My table ordered the house special laksa which was creamy and spicy, hong kong dumpling egg noodles soup which was decent, and the house special dried noodles with roast duck. Service was neutral and the establishment was clean. Overall, I wouldn't mind coming back and trying more things on the menu.
I've heard so much about noodle station for their authentic Singaporean dishes so I was very excited to check them out. A small shop that's very clean and well maintained with a menu that's not overwhelming but has good choices. We came here close to closing but they still served us and gave us our food pretty quickly. Big portions here! I got the curry laksa which was so delicious and had a ton of protein like egg, chicken, shrimp , and tofu. The broth was amazing! My friend got the chicken fat noodle and though the noodles were okay the crispy onion rings and chicken were cooked really well and stood out in the dish. My other friend got wings and a mojito which was super refreshing. I'd come back here for their curry laksa soup any day!
I was craving noodles and this spot was nearby. I ordered the S1 (Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls) and N4 (Roasted Duck Dried Egg Noodles). The spring rolls were really crispy and the sauce that they use on the side adds a nice sweetness to it. My favorite part of my meal however were the noodles. The noodles were flavorful and the duck was tender. I also loved how generous the portions are and the price is very affordable. If you're into affordability, generous portions, high quality noodles, and great service, I highly recommend checking this spot out. Try it out if you like. :) read more
2nd time coming here. Love this place. Their food are always fresh and delicious. The price of their dishes is very reasonable. The staff are very hospitable and friendly. Food came out very fast. Noodle station is a hidden gem, the place is kept well and clean. I can't believe not many people knows of this place. I highly recommend coming here and giving them a try. Food - 5/5 Mmm m...hmm. I am a local Bay Area Foodie and I know the spots. This place is a hidden gem. Chinese - Malaysian food is hard to find these days but I hit that spot. I'm a regular with a papaya salad and roasted duck egg noodle soup. Service - 5/5 They are fast ! The guy is really friendly. He gave me a coupon with free Thai ice tea or French fries to me and my daughter. Ambiance - 5/5 I got a Southeast Asian vibe when I came into this restaurant. It is contemporary, classy and nice in here. This is one of my faves in Daly City. Truly a hidden gem. read more

Solid 4 star establishment. Duck noodles with XO sauce: The duck was alright, the springy wonton egg noodles were perfect but the soy sauce flavor was too repetitive. The XO sauce was robust, with a burst of fishy flavor and visible pieces of dried shrimp. Mushroom Pork Noodle: Piping hot regular flat noodles with a bit of a wok heat, with minced dried shitake mushroom and pork throughout. Choy Sum: We ordered a side of this since our dishes didn't have vegetables. These were beautiful choy sum but a bit too oily and salty with the soy sauce. It was cooked a bit over perfect and still hit the spot. The only things the noodle dishes were missing were some vegetables. Either bean sprouts or choy sum would add to the texture and monotony of a carb-dominant dish. I'd also appreciate some side chicken broth to pair with the dry noodle dishes. That being said, I would go back to try other dishes in the future! read more

Came here on a rainy day to finally try the laksa. It did not disappoint. While not cheap ($17.50), it was a large portion and was the best tasting laksa I've had since visiting Singapore 5/5. My husband enjoyed his XO sauce duck noodles and said he'd get that again 5/5. I can't remember what my sister got but it had small fried fish and some ground meat - she enjoyed the fish but said the broth and noodles were just alright 4/5. Finally, the duck salad is what knocked this from 5 stars to 4, maybe even 3 stars. The salad looked great, but I think it was something in the sauce that tasted like it had gone bad. After 2 bites, I couldn't eat anymore. I'd come back here for the laksa or XO noodles, but that's probably it. Service was quick and decently friendly. Be mindful of the lights they have hanging above each table; they're hung super low so we kept hitting our heads on them lol read more

I've had ordered food at this restaurant twice now, and I must say, the food is consistently delicious and of decent quality. My personal favorites are their house special dried noodles and dumplings. The food is ready for pickup in just 15 minutes, which is a great convenience. This restaurant is excellent for lunch, and you can order food to go. read more

Came here 15 mins after opening, we were likely their first customers. We did not want to sit next to the door as it has been a cold day. Had another family come in after and they decided to leave because they could not sit where they wanted to sit. They were overly concerned to leave tables for customers they did not yet have rather than cater to the customers walking through the door. This is a fast casual restaurant so I was confused as folks were unlikely to dine for a long time. I ordered the house special curry laska. The laska flavor was there and if you do not have a high spice tolerance this is for you. Personally it could have been more flavorful. The chicken was tender but did not have any flavor, likely precooked and thrown in. I'm still happy to see a place serving Singaporean/Malaysian noodles. read more

I had passed by this place several times when I walk toward Crocker-Amazon from the Daly City BART station. However, the windows were covered with stencils and posters, so much so that the interior is completely hidden from view. Presumably the owner is discouraging vandalism, but it also didn't motivate me to try it until I noticed they made noodle soups. Once I did enter the premises for lunch, there were no other diners. I just sat at a table waiting for someone to come out and hand me a menu. That eventually happened, and I quickly decided on the $17.50 Beef Ribs Rice Noodle Soup. What arrived was somewhat lackluster with just a couple of somewhat overboiled ribs and a few slices of beef balls. The noodles were still epoxied together, and the broth was on the thin side. I didn't try anything else, but they offer dried ramen and Malaysian-style soups, as well as a number of appetizers including a crispy duck salad. I may come back and try that, but I'm in no hurry. Wow what a find! We hardly ever come up this way but today was one such day. Started to get hungry and found this on Yelp. The words "curry laksa" was all it took! And what a curry laksa! It is one of the best we've had outside of Asia! The seafood tom yum noodle soup was nice too but the laksa was the star. Ambience is cute and comfy. Parking is tough but not impossible. The curry laksa! To die for! The dry duck noodles were also good but was missing a little kick / chili oil! Would definitely come back here to try more noodles / soups / dishes. This place is a gem. When convenient, I'll come back for more. As an Alameda resident, I don't normally find myself on the Peninsula side. However, I did offer to pick up a friend (with a rather refined palate for Asian foods) from SFO and offered to deliver him to Union Square. Anyhow... Given the rare circumstance of dining in Daly City, I decided to "over order" to get a feel for the menu. Between the two of us, we ordered the following: Jingchuan Dumplings Garlic Fries House Special Curry Laksa Soup (Malaysia Style) Beef Ribs Rice Noodle Soup The dumplings and the fries were pretty on par for good tasting. I can not over state how nice it is to have fries with soupy noodles. The delta in textures and saltiness is a nice combination. And I thought the dumplings were a bit heavy on the thinkness of the skin but overall, it was tasty and we finished it. The presentation of the dumplings is nice though. Although highly leary of places that serve too many different styles (Noodle Station offers a few different ethnic styles of noodles), my friend finished off his order of Beef Rib Rice Noodle soup with no complaints. "Pretty good." I don't have a photo to offer but I would happily go back for the House Special Curry Laksa Soup (Malaysia Style) noodle dish. The soup was wonderfully flavored. The noodles had plenty of chew, and toppings were well balanced. I don't have much else to offer. This place was a Yelp lottery win. read more
Went for Lunch Food - 5/5. Half of their house special included duck, and for good reason! Duck breast had crispy skin, excellent seasoning, and tender meat. It was rich in flavor while having none of the gamey scent. Both noodles had a nice bite to them, but I felt the egg noodle's thinness provided a better texture. The XO sauce had chunks of coarsely chopped seafood, which maintained their meaty bite and was full of umami flavor. The sauce was just strong enough to let you enjoy mounds of your noodles and the big serving size allowed you to have multiple satisfying bites. Dumplings had soft yet toothsome skin with a delicate pork filling. The sauce had a good level of sour and spicy flavors that kept the flavor vibrant; perfect to pair with your noodles! Service - 4/5. Quick and courteous service. The food comes out whenever they are ready, so the noodles came out before the dumplings. It was fine since the dumplings and noodles paired well, but I would have liked the appetizers to come out first. Value - 5/5. Their giant portion sizes will satisfy your noodle cravings! I love when I order noodles and the plate doesn't disappear after 1.5 good bites. Flavors are fantastic and the prices are reasonable with the duck noodles ranging in the mid $10s. Was craving some noodles so thought I'd stop by here due to the great reviews on Yelp. Interior is not what you would expect looking from outside. Cozy interior, giving mom and pop shop. A very casual eats spot. Spicy Dry Duck Ramen: I wouldn't really say the noodles are like traditional ramen but I do understand what they mean. Great flavor in this dish. The szechuan peppers worked really well and the duck was cooked to perfection. This portion was HUGE. I eat a lot but I couldn't finish it all. I will say tho that due to the szechuan peppers, the flavor does get monotonous so a good thing to eat in multiple portions. 4/5 I'd recommend the spicy fry duck ramen and might come back to try their other stuff some day. read more

Hubby and I came for lunch on a random Sunday and loooved our noodle bowls! I got the house curry laksa and he got the Hong Kong shrimp wonton noodle soup. The laksa broth had a good spice level and was so good! There was a lot of chicken, a few pieces of shrimp, and some puff tofu on top. This bowl was so big that I saved half for lunch the next day, and it was still delicious! I would highly recommend it. Hubby loved his wonton noodle soup. We want to come back and try other dishes, specifically the dry noodles with duck! read more
Was quite intruiged by the photos and reviews of this place but was disappointed by the actual food. Portion wise, yes its large, but taste was pretty lacking. Traditional Laksa usually uses a combination of thick oil noodle and rice vermicelli, this place used what seems to be green bean vermicelli which felt like it provided very little 'fullness', there was a lot of vermicelli, but seriously wasn't filling, eventually just got tired of eating that same non-flavor. Laksa color looked normal, however once we tried it, the depth of flavor was not strong at all like a Laksa soup should be, shrimps were slightly grainy rather than bouncy like a freshly defrosted shrimp would be. Signature duck noodle was also underwhelming, there was lots of noodles, but the duck was quite fatty and felt like it was microwaved hot as it was unnaturally warm. Lots of veggies in this bowl of noodles. Flavor was also a bit lacking, not entirely savory. Vegetarian fried egg roll was large in portion as well, two large egg rolls cut into four. Sauce was like a honey. The wrapper was a tofu wrap which soaked up a decent amount of oil. Not really our cup of tea, glad we tried otherwise we would never know. read more
