I've been craving a really good teriyaki bowl for a while and apparently they are hard to come by this area. However I found noodle express and decided to try it for the first time. The best way that I can explain noodle express is fast food sit down. The prices are pretty reasonable however, the better value is getting the large and then taking home half of it if you would prefer to eat small normally. The restaurant was clean had lots of proceeding and I did like that. The tables in the booth did move so no one was too far away when they were eating and people who needs more space do have it. They carry Pepsi products for fountain drinks and offer refills. Everything is made fresh, which is nice and the time from when you order to when your food is ready is pretty quick. Personally, I felt like the rice could use some salt, but if you mix it all together it taste really good. My plan was originally to take half my bowl home but that didn't happen. I ended up finishing everything. I will definitely go back and eat here again and I do wish we had a location closer to our house. read more

We recently visited Asian Noodle Express and had a mostly great experience. The noodles, Asian wrap, and especially the soup were absolutely delicious--full of flavor and very satisfying. The soup was definitely one of the highlights of our meal. The only disappointment was the sweet and sour rice. It had only a few pieces of chicken with sauce on top, while most of the rice underneath was plain and lacked flavor. Unfortunately, the kids didn't enjoy it at all. What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service. My daughter accidentally made quite a mess with her soup, and the young lady working there was incredibly kind, patient, and quick to help clean everything up without making us feel uncomfortable. Her friendliness and understanding made a big difference in our experience. We'll definitely come back for the noodles and soup, and we appreciate the wonderful service we received. read more

I love noodle express. Their Osaka chicken is absolutely delicious. I usually sub my slaw with broccoli. The price is absolutely worth the portion you get. The staff is always friendly and fast. The inside is a bit outdated. They could use an update, but nothing is necessarily wrong with it. I love that noodle express is a local business and I enjoy supporting local. Very yummy. read more

Paid for double the protein and the amount of chicken was so minimal. Been a customer for a long time, but won't be back as it has progressively gone downhill. read more

The food was a bit boring. Kind of blah! I'd probably give it another shot! I'd get something different !

The customer service is awful there the cashier is rude and disrespectful she acts like she's better than everybody that walks in the door the food has changed a lot it's not the same standards it used to be it's very too much salty and they don't even give you your teriyaki sauce they used to and they don't have the sign saying they are not allowed to set 50s and hundreds on the door it is right under the cash registered covered by menus and when you tried to give it to him she was very rude and sir it's right there and rolled her eyes it's the worst customer experience I've ever had in my life I'll never go back thank you read more

We order noodle express every couple of months for dinner. My wife stops and picks it up on her way home from work. It has been happening a lot lately that we order some potstickers or egg rolls and they are not always in the bag. I call and they give me a refund for the missing food. I am tired of having to call all the time lately to tell them about the missing food. I was a cook for 30 years and I always double checked the tickets to make sure everything was there. We will not be ordering from this restaurant anymore. read more

My office orders noodle express a lot, and we love it. They forgot my Osaka sauce and we couldn't go back to get it but they delivered it in a timely manner and were really understanding! Mistakes happen and I was prolly ruder than I meant to be on the phone so I apologize to that employee, but thank you for the correction and thanks for making our lunch great ! read more

Not sure I like this place. I should have realized that it is just a fast food noodle stop. Don't know what I was expecting. It was just chow mein with your choice of protein. Very salty!!! I don't think I would come back or visit this chain again. If I want this kind of Asian food I'll just pick it up at Safeway! read more

Consistently delicious. Chicken Osaka is the favorite. The perfect combo of chicken, Osaka sauce and slaw. Yum!

I want to start out by saying I absolutely love this place and their teriyaki chicken is to die for... however this location in particular was very disappointing. I always go with double chicken because they never give you enough for the rest of your dish. This time I did my same order and keep in mind they charge you 6 or 7 extra dollars when I say that, which is fine. I get my order and I have tiny 6 pieces of chicken which is just absolute blasphemy. Identically the amount that my friends got without ordering any extra meet. they advertise that you get a 4 more oz of chicken which I think is complete and utter bs. That all being said I love this place and especially their location on division. Sullivan is just slacking big time. Great service they just missed the mark in the chicken count all good I'll live to find another day. read more

used to be pretty good , now if they get your order right it's crap, they'll serve you stringy lunch chicken left over for your dinner dish, same with the rice & noodles...sauce is so salty uneatable read more

This is my favorite asian food place in CDA/Hayden. I like the clean tables and the comfortable ambiance, nothing special, just comfortable. I always get the same dish, why stray if you love what you get? Sweet tai beef rice bowl with a vegetable egg roll on the side. read more

During our stay in Spokane, some friends of ours recommended this place for some good gluten free fast food. Gf and noodles? It was so perplexing we absolutely had to try it. This restaurant is part of a regional chain that mostly includes eastern Washington and Montana. The inside is relatively nice for a fast food place. It has several booths and tables set aside from the main ordering and waiting area if you want to dine in. Everything is served in to go black plastic containers with plastic utensils. We ordered take out at the counter and the person putting in our order was very friendly and helpful. There are only a couple of items on their menu that fit a full gluten free diet and you have to be careful about what rice type you order as well. I went for the Sweet Thai Rice Bowl with brown rice (only gf rice option) with chicken. There's a bit of a concern with cross contamination here if you're celiac like I am, so be cautious depending on how sensitive you are. I'd definitely recommend mentioning you have an allergy and asking them to clean the grill off which they report having no problem accommodating if informed. The rice bowl was mostly average from flavor to quality, but it was certainly nice to have an option in an Asian cuisine fast food place! read more

This is one of my favorite places to eat, I am definitely a regular. Everything I have ever ordered is delicious, and they allow you to request specific changes, like more vegetables and less rice. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Ashley and Shayna (managers?) treat me like a friend and I enjoy talking with them anytime I come in. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. read more

I used to love this place but it's inconsistent. No bowl is ever the same - the amount of meat varies...the sauce texture is different every time.... Today, the rice had uncooked pieces in it. When it's good, it's fabulous...but lately it hasn't been good. read more

The most off putting thing about this place is how filthy it is. Our table wasn't clean despite there being five employees on shift. There was sauce stuck on our table. I grabbed a high chair and wiped it down as I usually do when eating out and it was disgusting! I honestly don't think they ever clean them. The food was ok, tasted like something I could easily make at home (chicken teriyaki with Brocolli). My husband had the sweet and sour chicken and wasn't impressed. He found two small hairs in his food (possibly eyelashes, hopefully not nose hairs ) I was surprised that people kept coming in to pick up orders. This is not a place I would intentionally go to.. we only tried it as we were on our way to do some shopping at Walmart and I can't eat dairy so our options are limited. My recommendation is to skip this place! read more

I don't know what it is about the staff at the Sullivan location, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from here (which is few and far between, for a reason), they always manage to eff up something. From ALWAYS forgetting to give me my sauces, especially when I ask for extra (I guess they think it's funny to do the opposite or something) to even COMPLETELY LEAVING OUT THE MEAT I ordered (and yes, I ordered and PAID for extra meat). The one time I actually called to complain about their repeated mess ups, I was promised a gift card, but one year later - nothing. Whomever owns this location, could you PLEASE hire some competent people!!! I mean, have you read the rest of your reviews?!?! read more

Tonight was my first trip to Noodle Express and probably my last. I ordered the chicken yakisoba bowl for carry out. Got home with the bowl and opened it up to mix in a little sriracha and was shocked at how little chicken was in the bowl! I dug around and found a few more small pieces, but was still surprised. I found all the pieces of chicken, including the little tiny bits and the total was a whopping 1.6 ounces!! Are you kidding me? I spent $9 for a bowl with some noodles, a few pieces of onion and zucchini and a whopping 1.6 ounces of chicken??!! So ridiculous! I gave 2 stars because the noodles were decent and the girl on the phone was pleasant. read more

Ordered here for the first time today. I was hardly impressed with the result. The worst part, I was so excited to try the place out. Lets start with the chicken noodle bowl. It hardly had any chicken. I attached a photo for reference. There was about one tablespoon of chicken total in my dish. Same with my husbands dish. The noodles were dry too. Now, let's talk about the potstickers....they were barely cooked. Floppy and mushy. Not what potstickers should be. To add the cherry on top, they forgot the ragoons we ordered and still charged us for it. Save your money. Don't go here. Not impressed at all. read more

I LOVE NOODLE EXPRESS!! I get to go food from this place once even sometimes twice a week, for the last 10 years. They are always quick and it is always good. I get a chicken teriyaki bowl half noodles half brown rice and then add an Osaka sauce. It is truly magic to my taste buds. A manager, who's name I believe is Hannah, is always a delight. She is kind, charismatic, efficient, and always on top of the orders. Thank you noodle for the food and service. * I am moving to ellensburg soon and WOULD REALLY LOVE A NOODLE EXPRESS OR MUSTARD SEED (lol) PLEASE!? read more

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I ordered 2 bowls online payed for them drove 15 minutes to come pick them up was then told that there ovens are broken and they can't cook my food. I said is there any way I can have a refund and the shorter girl who claims she is a manager there yelled at me to my face and told me I can't have a refund her breathe smelled profusely bad. She looked like she didn't even work there at all. She have me terrible attitude from the moment I stepped in. Not to mention the restaurant was actually super dirty. She had no hairnet it was overall a terrible experience and I hope that an actual manager gets a job there soon because she should be fired for how rude she was to me. (I didn't do anything btw I just asked for my refund) do better noddle express you should really watch who you hire to be your employees read more

Decent food for fast food Spokane. My recommendation would be to avoid on their School fundraiser nights unless you're supporting the school. We recently went on one of those nights and online order was supposed to be ready at 5:45. At 6:35 I finally recent order. The staff was apologetic, said they didn't expect that many people. However it was a madhouse. I went on a non school fundraiser night, food was good. Too much oil in the chicken Osaka. Service was decent. We will return. read more

We come here a few times a year & always order out. It's kinda pricy for what it is. I like simple stuff and get a noodle bowl with chicken and no veggies and it's always so good. Enough to make two meals for me. read more

So their online ordering platform sucks. Couldn't notify them of shrimp allergen online so i had to call. Couldn't order veggie egg rolls online (find out with phone call they are out). Caesar salad registered on the web order but when we got home...no Caesar. Call to Sullivan store revealed it's not offered anymore and they haven't updated the web platform. Nothing offered for crappy platform except they would fix us another menu item...we're home....7 miles away and working on other tasks which is why we did takeout. No, I'm not coming back so you can charge me to fix a crappy system of errors all on your part. I want my tip back. Be a long time before you see my money. read more

We got takeout from here. It was my first noodle's experience I was really excited and wanted to like it. Unfortunately it wasn't good. We would have been better off eating a frozen TV dinner. The noodles were dry and cold, the sauce provided was not enough to bring the dish to life. The egg rolls were mushy. We both ordered steak yakisoba and there was only about a quart cup of meat, in very tiny pieces. It was gross y'all. Won't be returning. 2 stars for being edible. read more

Noodle Express has an awesome egg roll. This is what I crave when I find myself standing in line at noodle Express. Their sauces are also very good and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I gave it three stars because when I walk inside, I remember that this location is usually dirty and looks like it's falling apart. The noodles are just okay and the rice is also just okay. But the egg rolls... I dream about the egg rolls. They earned this review its three stars. read more
