This is, by far, the absolute best ramen I have ever had. Noodle Blvd looks to be a converted Pizza Hut, but inside feels authentically 'Japanese noodle house'. I've never been to Japan but from pictures and movies this has the feel. The waitress suggested the house favorite, chicken curry ramen, but I elected the shoyu ramen. I will try the curry next time! Nice sized portion of char sui pork, the broth was delicious, and there were bamboo shoots mixed with the noodles which was a great combo! Sliced bamboo and bok choy were tasty additions. Just a really well-done ramen. I ate the WHOLE thing, and that is really unusual---I kept saying I have to stop......I am full....and I kept going. Went in during lunch with the boyfriend. Ordered the shrimp tempura bao and the chicken teriyaki ramen. Boyfriend ordered the shoyu ramen. It didn't take long for the ramen to come out, but I didn't receive my shrimp bao until my boyfriend went up to the counter and asked about it. Highly recommend getting yourself a Thai iced tea. The ramen was cooked to perfection and the broth was flavorful. The shrimp bao was simple but had great flavor. The restaurant is cozy and small but has plenty of seating. One of two ramen joints I visited while in town. I wont bother pitting them against each other because they were both great. Noodle Blvd seems to be incredibly popular. I tried going one time at dinner and the following day at noon. Forget it ! Line was going outside. When I came back the next day after the lunch rush I figured out why. Amazing broth in the chicken curry ramen and they weren't afraid to bring the heat. I just asked for a 3 on a scale of 6 and it got my eyes watering. Not too much - just about right. I came back a second time to try the Bangkok curry which was a mix of pork and shrimp. That was yummy too. I also liked their spoons which were a different shape then the standard Asian soup spoons. A very curious indo ramen fusion place. As such, got the curry ramen which was nice but frankly more of an Indian dish with a ramen twist rather than the other way around. It was very flavorful. The ramen egg was not well marinated and clearly overcooked, appearing hard boiled. A friend got the shoyu which was poorly executed. I really like the Tom yum ramen here! It doesn't taste like the classic lemon grass tangy flavor but it has more of a crab paste base but nonetheless a very good ramen! The ramen is best when it's mild- when I got the medium it was a little too spicy for me and I love spice! Love the patio that is dog friendly and accommodates groups too. If you are craving some delicious noodles, this is the place for you to visit. I've been coming to Noodle Boulevard since they were in the smaller location in Cary. That place had its own charms, but it was way too small to keep up with the amount of customers they got. This location is way bigger than the old one and even has outdoor seating area (what what?!) My favorite app is Gyo-Za - It's simple but has so much flavor. I've tried their Pork Belly Bun and Steamed Shrimps Shumai. The buns are no good for me, and the shumai was OK. Strongly recommend the dumplings! Oh, the noodles. I've tried many noodles at Noodle Boulevard, and they are all delicious even down to their broth (so on point). With that said, I always regret not ordering Spicy Seafood Tom Yum Ramen (Spicy Level 3 or 4). For me, their Shoyu or Miso, or Tonkotsu Ramen are a little too bland. Not that they are bad, but I personally like some kick in my food. Spicy Seafood Kimchi Ramen was somewhat disappointing to me (I claim my Korean card here to say this). Bangkok Ramen was delicious but it's not as good as Tom Yum Ramen! So if you like somewhat spicy and tangy food, please go with Tom Yum and you will taste heaven! I haven't tried all the noodles, yet. But I want to try all of them over time. I love Noodle Boulevard is in Cary (very close to Crossroad Shopping Center), and it's conveniently located right outside of highway. Love this place and I'm one content customer! read more

We got the Chicken Curry Ramen and the Bangkok Ramen both with a spiciness level of 3 out of 6. Ambiance: 5/5 Loved the indoor and outdoor ambiance Service: 4.5/5 Food: 4.5/5 Loved the various options and the taste of the ramen broth. The 3 out of 6 spiciness was just the right level of spiciness for me but would be slightly too overpowering for most people. I would recommend a 2 out of 6. The curry chicken broth had a light, sweet coconut flavor and was delicious. The Bangkok ramen had a nice clean broth. I was in the area for a meeting and found Noodle Boulevard on Yelp. Although it was a little after 5 pm on a Friday, the parking lot was full. Once I was able to get parked, there was no seating available so I decided on takeout. The food I ordered was good but one hour later, I found out that it was extremely salty. My newest Noodle spot. The broth of this place is out of control. So many deep layer for it's broth. I am drooling thinking about it. I ordered the Shanghai noodle; it did not disappoint. I added egg and mushrooms to it. By itself, it's still the star thus far. There are bits of garlic chips and the crunchy pork skin pushed it over the top! We also had the pork baro and the octopus balls; both were good but you can that anywhere. Service was very quick and friendly. Our noodles came before our apps but that's no biggie for us. The restaurant itself is very clean with average noise level. You can sit inside or outside, although outside patio is just busy street and traffic, not sure if you want that. This place was amazing!! One of my friends had been raving about this places ramen so i has to come try it. I went with the Curry Chicken Ramen with a spicy level 3 and it was amazing. I was hesitant to go to high on the spicy scale (their rating was 1-6) just because I didn't know exactly how spicy each rating could get but for someone who enjoys spicy food a 3 was perfect for me. The flavor of the broth was everything and the vegetables were well cooked but still crunchy and flavorful. Until 6 years ago, I only knew of ramen as something starving college students would buy in bulk. After being introduced to grown up ramen by a Japanese executive 6 years ago, I have been to dozens of ramen houses on 3 continents. I was surprised to discover this gem and am happy to report that Noodle Blvd is as good as it gets. Perfect broth. Perfect egg. Amazing pork belly. Spice level is a personal thing. I took a guess at level 4 and it was perfect for me (hot enough to feel it without being uncomfortable). Service was fast and friendly. Food came out in only a few minutes. Only oddity for a ramen house was that the tables on either side of me were speaking Cantonese (as was the waitress) and I didn't hear anyone speaking Japanese. I assume that's just a reflection of local demographics rather than some indication that the Japanese locals are eating somewhere else. All to say, I highly recommend this if you're in Raleigh area! read more

2nd time visiting this place while in town on business. LOVE IT. Everything I've tasted here has been absolutely delicious. Pork bun, tonkotsu ramen, black garlic ramen, and THE DUCK RAMEN legit 5/5. Only downside is that it's a smaller restaurant, so quite packed and the potential for long waits. Probably not great for large parties. I had about 3 parties ahead of me and was sat within 10mins, so it does turn over quickly. They do have an outside patio that would extend the # of seats in the summer months. Noodle Boulevard is small and the parking can be a pain so takeout is recommended. My husband and I dined in and sat at the bar, I started off with a beer and we split a pork belly bun and the creamy croquette. For our entrees it was the shoyu ramen (N1) with medium spice for my husband and the chicken curry ramen (N9) with no spice for me.
