This place is the best. The restaurant is found inside of Soboba Casino. They are open late on the weekend until 1am. If you are ever here I suggest you try this place out. It is a bit pricey but so worth it. Both time I've been here I have not been disappointed at all. First time we went I got a mixed seafood dish and we shared the beef pho soup. This beef pho soup is so delicious, the broth is so flavorful. Second time we came we got the same beef pho which to my surprise is very consistent in flavor, which is a huge plus. We also got the orange chicken which was good, the sweet & sour chicken which was so good. This was my favorite dish it was nice and crispy and done with pure white chicken meat how i like it. We also got the bulgogi beef which was ok. We all also got a side of steamed rice which is only $2 or a pretty good portion. The soup is enough for 4 people if you'd like to share. It's good enough that you might not want to share. The customer service is good here the staff is nice and they are constantly coming to your table to make sure you don't need anything. We had another wonderful experience at the "Noodle Bar" and the main casino bar at the Soboba Resort this evening. Today was my wife's birthday and her choice for dinner was the "Noodle Bar" at Soboba Casino. We have always had great meals there and tonight's offerings were no exception. I ordered the Pad Thai w/ chicken and Alyson opted for Kung Po Chicken with a side of steamed rice. Our food was delicious and bountiful, easily enough for another meal. Michael, our waiter took great care of us, the wine was good, and the planets all aligned for a wonderful dinner experience. After dinner we opted for a cocktail at the main bar in the Casino. This where it really got fun. I ordered an " Old Fashioned " and a Makers on ice, but they didn't have any bitters for the "Old Fashioned " so we opted for a a "Rusty Nail", opps, no Drambuie, so we tried a "Manhattan", again, no bitters, lastly, and quite good was a Lemon Drop Martini. Our bartender was very nice and really took the time to search for the bitters and Drambuie. All I can say to the bar management group is: Stock your bars and teach your bartenders how to do something more than pouring beer and wine. Staff is VERY friendly. I sat at the bar and the chairs are pretty uncomfortable Started with potstickers. Warm at best. Definitely not hot. Also tasted a little freezer burned. "Spicy Sauce" is not spicy. I asked the sever for mustard sauce. He open and squeezed those little takeout packages into a dish for me. Plum wine. Sweet. $8 Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp. Bad experience. My server put in our order wrong (mistakes happen), but then after waiting about 15-20 minutes, a food runner brought our food out. Wrong plate. She walked away and came back and said I brought you the wrong plate. I will bring the right one out. I ordered the honey walnut shrimp and the shrimp n sauce was ok but I've had better and the walnuts OMG they were very sticky n chewy. Never had that b4!! I love combining the 2 when eating this dish but this time I left all the walnuts alone. My wife had the crispy chow mein which had no flavor and the noodles tasted stale and old. Not really impressed. We sat down thinking it was a noodle based eatery . Only 4 or so noodle offerings. So we ordered appetizers tempura shrimp. Shrimp egg rolls and calimari. Although the egg rolls and shrimp tempura were pre packaged they were ok the egg rolls were by far the best of the lot. The calimari was very inedible. Either cooked too long or old or both. Also was not actually calimari but the head portion with tentacles, no rings or strips at all. When we told our server about it. We did not get an Apology or anything. I was only able to eat a single bite.... Hard chewy no taste etc. Would have been nice to at least get some kind of acknowledgment. Husband came here 5/24/24 and experienced delayed service response upon arrival from a female waitress, received cold food and a male manager questioning him about his service dog. My husband went to Sorata who took care of the situation. On 5/27/24 my husband brought me here for dinner. The same waitress that provided poor service before was actually obviously gossiping to another waiter about my husband. That waiter then gossiped to another waiter. Them all looking at us made us feel uncomfortable. We brought this to Angie's attention. At the end she took care of us and we left happy. Sorata was on break when this transpired. After her break she came out to greet us and was apologetic to hear of a second bad experience. These waiters could cost the restaurant to lose money by us sharing the poor experience with word of mouth, social media, reviews and other outlets. There were no gross or unpleasant (chewy, stringy, or overly breaded) pieces of chicken in the orange chicken, which is something so rare to come by. Food was overall great.
