This is the second time I visit this location and every time it's been very pleasant, the food was delicious I recommend the soyu soup & the brisket steamed buns. Last time I tried their milk tea with boba but this time I got the green tea w passion fruit flavor & coconut jelly boba and it was my favorite. Very nice staff and attentive service, the ambiance is relaxing, clean and very on theme

The first time I went, this was so good...but I've come back a twice in the last two months and the same ramen was watered down and bland. I figured one time was an off-day, but twice in a row of not being worth the cost leads me elsewhere.

Wooooow. The food here was phenomenal. The portions are so large we definitely over bought. It's more self serve/order but the service was still great if you need anything additional. Really loved the self serve marinated cucumbers, add a lil soy sauce and its *chefs kiss*... we may have cleared them out

I often crave Taiwanese tea house food, but have not been successful in finding any great places in this area yet. Noodle Alley was recommended by several of my family members and friends and we finally were able to try it. My family of four and I ordered several dishes, none were astounding, most were overly salty for my taste. I love the popcorn chicken with just salt and pepper and basil, this fell short of that--small pieces of chicken that lacked flavor and came with a spicy mayo dipping sauce. My families dishes (Dan Dan noodles, hot pot soup...all seemed to be too salty. Price was reasonable and they offer self-serve orange slices and pickled cucumbers (cucumbers were our favorite...just the right amount of tartness and crunch!) Probably won't return as it is a bit out of the way for us.

Beef is so tender.

We had Red braised beef short rib noodle, Shrimp and pork wonton chilly sauce and Steamed pork soup dumpling. The beef short rib is so tender and juicy, and the meat falls right off the bone effortlessly. The broth is also very rich and savory. Definitely recommend. Shrimp and pork wonton chili sauce is pretty decent too, but I personally liked the soup dumpling better. The flavor of the soup and the filling was perfectly balanced.

We really enjoy eating here. The soup dumplings are phenomenal--very favorable and soft. The flavor is always spot on. Also, the steam buns are always filled well and very tasty. Service has been great. The servers are attentive, polite, and informative about the menu.

For the last 10 years or so Ramen has seen a meteoric rise in popularity, thus there are many levels of quality to be found in all the popup restaurants. So, what are some characteristics that determine a good vs great experience? I submit that the quality of broth, the meat, and of course the noodles are the most common features with a number of options also deserving of consideration. One of my criteria are freshly made noodles so after diligently searching I finally decided on Noodle Alley. Located off of Highway 183 in a small shop by Walmart, Noodle Alley is in a safe part of town with plenty of parking. The restaurant is very clean while showing plenty of bamboo furniture and fixtures. The place is small in a quaint way but a little too sterile and new in my opinion. The staff is friendly and more than willing to help, although my visit showed that I had to order at the front then food would and drinks would be brought out. For my first appetizer I ordered the Taiwanese popcorn chicken. It was ok however my mind was expecting Karaage which is Japanese. It was fried perfectly however the sauce was a little... forgettable. The fried spring rolls were serviceable and crunchy but I felt it was the exact same rolls I'd get anywhere else; take that however you like. I'd like to point out I love Dim Sum and one of the most popular Dim Sum items are soup dumplings. Having just ate Dim Sum I was anxious to eat it again. I got the dumplings and it was a real let down. The flavors were off as the pork had no flavor, I couldn't tell if there was any ginger and no white pepper. Next there was almost no soup in the pastry. To those who don't know soup dumplings actually have a small amount of soup in them and this version had very little. I didn't care for them. For the main course my girlfriend got the stir-fry noodles and I'm here to tell you WOW! The flavors reminded me of Beef Chow Fun; smoky, perfectly cooked beef toothsome noodles with some veggies, although I wish they had been sprouts in it. If there's one dish to get here, this is it. I got the Shoyu Shrimp Ramen and it didn't exactly hit all notes. The broth was extremely bland, lacking depth as it should have 3 layers; soup, tare and fats while this just tasted like broth even though they claimed soy was infused. That said the house made noodles were perfectly cooked and carried the dish. After having the beef in the stir fry, I wish I would have ordered that protein instead of shrimp as it didn't pop right. However, that's my fault ordering shrimp in a beef broth dish. Overall, I found the experience subpar, a run of the mill ramen experience. While I was eating, I found my time lackluster and after having time to "digest" my experience weeks later, I stand by my claim it wasn't great. The highlights are definitely the home-made noodles, the beef and the stirfry. Stop by if you have a hankering and area a Ramen novice.

My friends and I were starving after our basketball game, and Noodle Alley was the perfect spot! It was super close, which was a major win. We started with the Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken, and it was crispy and seasoned perfectly - a great way to kick things off. For our mains, we tried both the chicken and the beef dan dan noodles. Both were really good, and the free pickled veggies were a nice touch! Solid noodle spot, and we'll definitely be back after our next game. PS The service was also quick and excellent.

Being born and raised in SGV in LA, my standards for noodle soups are pretty high. This place is decent. It's definitely not to the level of SGV noodles, but I have yet to find a better place to satisfy my noodles cravings within the area. I noticed they had converted the restaurant to be partially a poke bar, which kind of seemed like an odd choice to me. Thematically, it didn't really fit the vibe inside the restaurant and felt a bit out of place. When I ate here recently, I actually stopped in my tracks after I walked through the doors because I thought I went into the wrong restaurant. Where they previously had the noodle menu on the digital screen and the cashier, it's now a poke station which had thrown me off. They did add some new items to the "noodle" side of the restaurant which I was excited about. We usually ordered the Steamed Pork Soup Dumplings which I enjoy but this time we got their Steam Buns. It comes in 2 and you can choose two different fillings as well. I tried the juicy pork and the spicy brisket ones. Both were yummy! As for the noodle soups, my go to is the Hot Pot Beef Noodle Soup. It is spicy which I enjoy. I only wish it came with more toppings. I think another favorite here is the Red Braised Beef Noodle Soup. I stopped ordering this mainly because I don't like how it comes with bone in short ribs. I'm used to this soup being boneless. The flavor isn't bad though for anyone who doesn't mind the bone. The latest change here which I was absolutely thrilled about is that you can now get free refill noodles if you dine in and order noodle soup. Each order does come with a decent helping of noodles but noodle is life for me so of course I would never say no to free extra noodles. If you opt in for the extra noodles, I would highly recommend portioning your soup and toppings out appropriately so that you have enough for the additional noodles. I was stuffed and packaged up the steam buns for to-go. So well worth it in my opinion.

Love the simplicity of picking out your own soup toppings and add ons. Food was delicious and service was great. Everything was clean and we were taken care of the entire time.

The highlight for this food place are their fresh, flavorful Pho with tender meats, excellent egg rolls, good Banh Mi, and attentive service. Some may find it slightly pricey but I feel the value is fair. I love the homemade broth and generous portions, making it a very good spot for authentic Vietnamese food. Meat portions are generous, especially the tender brisket and rare steak in Pho. Good portions, often enough for two meals, making it feel worth the price. Huge, well-filled egg rolls are a big hit. Decent, fresh, classic ingredients, especially Pho and sandwich. I easily noticed their quick, attentive, and polite staff. The restaurant exudes a bright, modern, and clean atmosphere. A point for consideration: when ordering, use the number/letter code instead of the food name to prevent any mistakes. My son who happens to be a vegan ordered a vegan Banh Mi (Banh Mi Chay) which has almost the same food name as a pork Bahn Mi (Banh Mi Cha Lau). They served a pork Bahn Mi, it took some time for my son to realize that he was eating a pork sandwich. It was partly a mistake from both sides, we did not blame the restaurant. The restaurant manager/owner was kind enough to give my son a complimentary fresh vegan Banh Mi upon everybody realizing the mistake. I was glad that my son never had a stomach upset that night. Despite the mishap, I am still giving this restaurant a high rating. One of the best Pho I have ever tasted.

The food is - in one word, impeccable. We went in for a snack and ended up ordered 4x as much as we meant to because everything was so darn delicious. The menu consists of baos, sushi, hand rolls, adorable pearl shaped nigiri, bento, and more - they are all customizable with yummy sauces (miso butter - mmm!), and many types of protein (seriously like all the protein options you can find at a premium sushi bar). Everything is served with house made sauces so if you are a condiment gal/guy like me this is your place! Food - I had the escolar, unagi, and scallop hand rolls (all under $5 each) and was so surprised by the quality / freshness of the protein and the portions given. The escolar was so soft and buttery. I then ordered the shrimp fresh roll (also under $5, it was HUGE) and the chicken katsu baos (around $6-7) - they were amazing. The chicken tenders are panko crusted and fried crispy. BF tried the steak baos and LOVED them too. Okay also did I mention the PRICES?! You can't get quality food like that for a greater deal. But it smelled and tasted pretty decent. They give you a good amount of meat too. The turmeric chicken was pretty good too, I really liked the seasoning on this one. The sushi was ok though. The presentations was super cute, with the little sushi balls! But the fish itself didn't taste as fresh as I would have liked. The workers were all really friendly though. You can practically see inside the whole kitchen when you walk in, so it's a little unsettling walking in and seeing all the workers like standing there waiting for you to put your order in online, but interacting with them, they were really friendly.

For roughly $60 the wife was full and we had roughly 6 dishes and one cocktail (I was still slightly hungry). Think of it as more of a tapas style ordering. Soft shelled crab - My absolute favorite and by far the best dish! Crispy from the breading, soft shell and subtle crab taste, and to top it off the fried egg adds some creaminess from the yolk. Not greasy at all due to the way it's fried. And who doesn't like a little microgreen to add some freshness to it?! It could likely use a little more salt, and this particular time the yolk was a overcooked. Sushi Tacos - 2nd favorite! You get two, and frankly I prefer not sharing these (although my wife forced me to). It's such a unique dish. Each taco is palm sized. They take a yummy piece of laver (seaweed), coat one side and deep fry it to make a nice hard shell taco casing. Then they fill it with sushi rice, top it with plentiful tuna, add a slice of avocado, and top it with micro greens. Refreshing, light (once you squeeze the tiny lime on top), slightly filling due to the rice, and absolutely delicious. Takoyaki - I'm not a fan, but the wife is. For me it's a texture thing. Even when visiting Japan I didn't enjoy this dish. Honestly though I do think it deserves far more bonito flakes, as the dish is meant to look alive from the waving flakes. Honestly we love this place so much, I always get engrossed in the food so much I forget to take pics. The overall ambience is chill and refined, albeit no white tableclothes, but it acts like it should have them.
