If it doesn't sag then that's a pizza! This place pass with flying colors! The crisp on the slice, the cheesy pull and the toppings galore! The knots may be simple but done corrected! You have no idea how many places just serves you old or dry knots. Not this place! Chewy, soft with that garlic buttahhhhh. Don't let the outside fool you. Been coming to Nonna's for a while. It's our go to spot every time we go shopping at Patchogue mall. Their lunch specials are AMAZING! Always fresh, delicious and generously portioned. We had the spaghetti and meatballs and the potato and egg hero. The garlic bread they give you is SO good too! What I appreciate the most is the consistency at Nonna's. Honestly, how did I never hear about this place.??? Please try this place. It is in the same shopping center as Marshall's. The Focaccia pizza is slamming. All fresh ingredients and the best I have had in a long time. You will not be disappointed. The girls at the counter were nice and honestly the price was good too. This was a few years back. Pizza was pretty nasty. They were caked up with flour on the bottom of the pie. I didn't expect myself to order a powdered donut as a pizza pie. The sauce was too sweet. Their mushroom pie was even more nauseating. It had sliced white mushrooms instead of portabello. Which was incredibly bland. You're only getting the texture of the mushroom, not the taste. Their garlic knots were just...*knot* good. Who puts parmesan powder on a garlic knot for the customer? Isn't that an optional thing the customer should do? I guess to hide from the fact the knots were bland. I swear it's hard to find decent pizzerias on Long Island. It's sad. read more

They make you use a third party driver because they don't deliver. It took 3 hours to get to me and the pizza was wet and cold. I called up to ask to talk to a manager and I get a kid on the phone. He says we don't do anything because it's a third party. First of all why would you give them a cold pizza to bring me instead of making a new one when you know it's no good. I wrote on there site to get in touch with me before I did a review. Looks like they do not care. So after this I will do facebook and all social media. The girls behind the counter were on their phones the whole time while I was trying to order. The one girl touched my food without gloves which is a violation of food and health standards. Ordered garlic knots and they were raw in the middle and were bathing in cheese not even any garlic to the knot. The chicken roll didn't even taste like chicken, tasted like eggplant with no mozzarella cheese instead there was grated parmesan ? No sauce came with my food. I usually do not write reviews, but this very upsetting which my family and I always come here to eat pizza as a family. Two ladies were very arrogant with us to just simply order a whole pie and eat there together as family. We've noticed the customer service changed. We also do not like to speak about race, we are hispanic and we noticed they treated other customers with much more respect and that is truly unfair. We asked for the menu because we forgot the name of a kind of pizza and the lady says "it's behind you", until my Aunt had to say it again because we didn't know where it actually was and we do not like to be spoken that way especially the tone she gave us, so she ended up saying "it's right behind you". Honestly if you are in a bad mood then don't show it because it may come off arrogant which we saw as. We noticed the lady assumed we wanted our pie to go, but she never even asked us if we wanted our pizza to go or for here. So it was just a matter of the small things that we noticed. The other young lady came with plates and only gave us 2-3 when we were a family of 7. Therefore we did wait about almost an hour for the pizza which was really good. We overall did not like the young girls's attitude and respect towards us, we hope it can improve for the future. read more

Called to order 1 large pie and 2 ceaser salads at 6:22 pm for delivery. Was told delivery would be well over an hours so I said I would pick up. Was told 30-35 min. I get here to pick up and salads aren't ready yet. Was told a few minutes more. I pay and I wait and wait and wait. FINALLY 7:16 the salads ready and I leave. As I walk out I can feel the bottom of the pizza and it's not that hot. Of course not! It's now almost an hour later!! Not to mention that while I waited the owner was making pizzas in the corner and 3 of the employees were standing around chatting, one was on his phone. Not one of them could go and make the salads? Ordered a pizza tonight and waited way over an hour to get it, ended up calling them back to see if the pizza was coming and was told on the phone that my pizza just came out of the oven it will be out to you soon. The food I ordered was actually pretty good. It's in this shopping center that doesn't have much, but hopefully the new Ashley's Furniture will give them a little more business. I went on a Sunday and there was actually nobody in there. Apart of my order was a white slice, which they didn't have any, but they gladly made for me. There was younger people working, and the only friendly one was this kid with glasses. He was so nice and made it seem like he was so happy to have us as customers. I wouldn't even be surprised if it was the owners kid or something - that's how good he was. A family member ordered Nona's for a graduation party yesterday and all I can saw is WOW!!!! The garlic knots (that were in the shape of a rectangle - never seen that before) was amazing. The penne a la vodka could not be anymore perfect. I'm not a fan of chicken francese usually, but I tried it yesterday and THAT was also amazing! Great pizzeria with excellent service. The pizza has great flavor and well made. I would highly recommend the salad slice. Very good and somewhat healthy ;) Dinner plates are very good as well. The grandma squares are very good followed by the terrific garlic knots. Overall the experience at Nonna's has always been good. Took a chance and ordered from here after shopping at Marshall's with my wife. Called in the order and picked it up. We were blown away by the quality of the food and service! A real neighborhood spot. I had the Rigatoni Bolognese that was off the hook delicious! The Italian bread was hot and fresh. My wife had the shrimp scampi nicely done with lemon and olive oil. Driver was rude and this is not the first time. Every time he delivers to me, he makes a nasty comment. This time he says "you know we dont deliver on mondays, right?" I told him update your slice app then, how am I supposed to know what hours this angry delivery boy feels like bringing pizza. Last time he says again in his condescending tone "you really like that philly cheesesteak huh?" And the time before that he says "really, you preordered at 5 am?"
