Fresh tomato slice is fabulous, and we've catered many staff gatherings with a salad pie at our local business. It blows any other salad slice I've ever tried out of the water! The newest addition to their menu, and my absolute new favorite obsession is their New Haven style pizza. I heard some rumors that it was awesome and when I called to order one, they very kindly told me I should come early to be sure I was there when it came out of the oven. That plus opening the box in the car to let out the steam gave us literally the best slice I've ever had. It's crispy and crunchy on the bottom, thin and delicious on top with no dripping cheese. Just the right amount of sauce and little punch of what I think is parm reggiano and it is now my favorite thing to eat.
