Our singular experience which may not be what is the norm: We had a fine experience at the beginning of our meal but when the entrees arrived, my wife's was no where to be found. After waiting for 10 minutes, the manager came over and asked how everything was going and we asked where the entree was. She came back after checking in the kitchen and stated that the entree was being re-fired as the original was served to another table. After another 10 minutes, my wife's entree arrived as our dishes were being cleared. The waitress finally returned and remarked that my wife was eating while we were all done and we informed her that her food had just arrived. This means that the waitress and the manager did not discuss the problem at our table or the solutions being set up. The manager informed us that the kitchen was preparing a dessert tray for us complimentary for the ill-served entree. The waitress came asked several times if we wanted to see the dessert menu or if we wanted anything further. We informed her that the manager was preparing a dessert for us. She went away and 10 minutes later, the manager arrived with a plate of zeppoli and cannoli but no higher end desserts. Considering my wife watched us all eat and then just packed her dinner away rather than eat it, this plate was a small consolation. As this was our anniversary celebration dinner with our adult children, I was extremely displeased and disappointed in our experience at Mama Lisa Restaurant. I am not willing to return at this point since this experience was underwhelming in comparison to the investment detailed on our check. read more

Went back recently. It seemed like maybe they were short staffed, although the restaurant wasn't busy. It took 40 minutes to be brought a soda and offered drink besides water. The food was good...big portions. And the wait staff was very nice. read more

The food was really good and everyone was really friendly. We had reservations and were seated on time. Most dishes are about $20 and it's a pretty long menu. It was the first restaurant that I went to that boxes your left over food for you. The With portion of food that get, I think things are fairly priced and it's actually a nice little spot. If you enjoy Italian food then it's a nice place to go for a date night. They also do have a bar. Free parking onsite and a parking lot across the street. I am not sure if parking across the street was free. It seems to get bus around 7pm so plan accordingly read more

Dissapointed..The service was fine. We come here, on average, every month or so. The Valentine's menu was overpriced, but I cut slack because most restaurants do that, and it would have been fine, had it been up to their usual generous & good portions--we had lunch. The first basket of rolls was cold, seemed stale & not worth the calories. I did ask for a replacement and we were brought new ones that were the usual good, fresh & hot ones. My husband had Eggplant parm...he liked it. I ordered shrimp with risotto--super disappointed. It was $30+... not the creamy risotto I've gotten in other places (which I love) . It was more like undercooked white rice-it was hard. It was served with about 5 medium sized shrimp. For comparison, the bigger one, in the pic, is a cooked shrimp I bought from Costco, to add to the leftovers tonight. Of course we will return, it's my husband's favorite place. Could have done a way better job with Valentine's Day though--since it was quite a bit more $$ than on regular days. Waiter Eric was great as well and the bus boy Rylan was really on top of it; should be promoted to waiter. Food was great. Don't love their house wines, could be better. Went Saturday night with my family. The food was not good at all. There were 5 of us and 4 of us thought their food was lousy, the 5th liked his. Honestly everything was way under seasoned and the red sauce was just not good. I got a pork cutlet that actually tasted like it was right on the verge of being spoiled. The service was ok the prices were a little high especially for the quality of the food and the quantity but we definitely wouldn't recommend this place and certainly won't be going back. Upon arriving, I noticed how clean the restaurant was. The pizzeria is to the right while the restaurant is on the left. Lovely interior. We jumped right into entrees an ordered broccoli and garlic in oil, penne a la vodka and a large salad. I was thrilled to hear my entree came with a salad. It was pretty good. Honestly every single thing this restaurant makes is to die for. The pizza, the wings, the penne a la vodka, the meatballs, the chicken fingers with that amazing honey mustard, plain grilled chicken with broccoli rabe, the seafood pasta omggg...I mean everything is wonderful. Called MamaLisa to order a Neapolitan pie. Told them I wanted right out of the oven as the last time I did takeout pizza from them a 5 mile drive back to my house it was luke warn. They said 20 min. I arrived 14 minutes later and they wanted to give me the one sitting on top of the oven. Asked how could it be right out of the oven if you told me 20 minutes, I arrive in 14 and it was already in a box! Couldn't get an answer, took it anyway, will never go back! read more

I've had better frozen pizza than whatever that disc with tough cheese on it was.The decor was glaringly "medical office".The seating was cramped,not cozy.Asked for garlic powder and it was so old it solidified and didn't budge out of the greasy top.The very small glass of coke with ice was what got me through.The overpriced stuffed mushrooms were small,tasteless and overcooked.Also,you should pass on the complimentary cold stale pizza dough rolls they serve.Almost couldn't chew a piece off even with butter.The server was very good and got everything right.So kudos to him. read more
