Some TAD products are solid. Other's aren't. But you won't know until you try. And unfortunately,…read morereturns/exchanges cost you (shipping + restock fees). For a premium brand with only one physical location, that's bad form. Most items feel overpriced, likely to cover design/production costs more than actual value. Support is spotty, probably just one person handling it all. And the storefront staff? I've personally interacted with several TAD employees in person when making trips up to SF... All except for one came off as snooty, cold, or outright dismissive. The exception was genuinely kind, helpful, and exactly what you'd hope for in a brand ambassador. Some of their products are truly great. But, unfortunately, you're made to feel like you should be grateful to have bought from them, not the other way around... Very much a "don't like it, go somewhere else" vibe. And that is my biggest gripe with Triple Aught Design.

They only gave me 1 return label and never responded to my email about the 2nd one. Needed 2 because they were ordered at different times and had to send both separately. Refund was only applied after a few weeks when I emailed them and not even refunded fully even though pants were never washed with tags and in exact condition. Basically lost out on $38 and just want to recommend against purchasing anything from this company. Quality is OK but customer service and sizing is absolutely zero stars.

Sad to see this location go, but happy to hear of another exciting one close by!…read more Method Made SF was a great pop up and the dopest store / art gallery on the block! The location was right next to a coffee shop, where you could sip on your drink while gazing at wonderful and unique works of art! A hidden gem, this place offered entertainment for the artistic and creatives! They sold artwork, merch, and apparel! Truly one of a kind pieces that showcase the true meaning of community, art, and passion! My bf loves his long sleeve that he bought, and I see their stickers everywhere! They really go the distance! Service is top notch hospitality and authenticity, and the value and quality of the pieces are timeless and embody true small business core values!

So...I was walking to a friend's birthday meet up in the Mission, and passed by this little gallery…read morewith a coffee shop in the front of it. The chalkboard sign caught my attention, and I kept walking...until I thought: why not go meander around inside? I kinda lucked out! Randomly ran into the creator of Tod the Bunny. He was super friendly and briefly walked me through his art. After that, Patrick who owns the shop (runs it/created the space), was super kind to walk me through everything being displayed. He talked about Tod the Bunny's inspiration wall, and I took a sticker home with me (he might have known about my secret sticker obsession). There was a wonderful showing in memoriam to Paul Escolar, and funds are being raised to help his family. Pieces he designed for Freehand Yo Yo were on display, too. Super informative, and broadened my appreciation for the lost artist. I loved the mock ups for a variety of gear with their many artist collaborations. It was a clean space, that really displayed a vibrant collection of hand-picked local Bay artists. And I liked hearing about the special pen collabs, because I geek out over pens like I'm back in Jr. High. There's nothing like finding that perfectly flowing ink pen that harmonizes with every stroke you make, and even makes you love your mistakes. Highly recommend checking this spot out. I'll have to come back and try the coffee, too. I might be a little partial because 1. I saw some cool vest made from a TJ's bag, or 2. I recognized 2 of the artists works in the gallery. It's like a gentle hug from the universe telling me to continue following your intuition: inspiration and satisfaction are out there to be discovered.
