I had a faulty Tungsten sharpener and, instead of sending it back through the mail, I decided to drive over 30 minutes to resolve the issue in person. I called the day before to let them know I was coming, and they were prepared for my arrival. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Lucas, a knowledgeable and friendly sales associate who made my day! He quickly assessed the faulty sharpener, and although I realized there was a bit of my fault involved, which I did have to come out of pocket no more than what I would pay for a good meal, he handled the situation professionally and graciously. Without hesitation, he honored the product and replaced it with a brand-new sharpener, as well as a Milwaukee tool! This level of customer care is exactly why I believe it's worth investing in quality products from companies that prioritize their customers. You can tell that this store has people who are really passionate about what they do And are not just run if the mill employees. The selection is extensive--it's a Games Workshop/Warhammer flagship, after all. There are books, paints, and of course, miniature models! My only complaint about the store (but not quite enough to remove a star) is that it opens at 11 am, but he usually takes a lunch break around noon, and is back, generally, by 1 pm.
