Currently every Monday except the last monday of the month is free. You can get up to 2 prize packs per month; 1 per 4 games played. Upon the day my custom order was to be completed I called for tracking information. Due to COVID their office hours are compromised, all I got was voice mail, which is fine, I also sent a email. I got a response via email that tracking would be provided that day, however, I was told my item most likely would be delivered that day before they could provide tracking. From there I got no response for 8 days, no matter how many emails or voice mail I left. Luckily the logistics company tracked us down and called us directly. There response to why my item was never delivered is no one from Display Warehouse would return their call or emails regarding delivery of our item. I understand that we are in a pandemic, but how hard is it to answer a email or pick up the phone. I have clients that are waiting on this to complete their project, for two weeks I had to keep moving the date back and apologize. My client is very angry and this makes us look bad. Not a good experience.

Good customer service isn't measured by the dollar amount of the transaction. Every customer deserves respectful communication and products that meet reasonable quality expectations. The combination of poor product quality, failure to deliver the promised replacement parts, and an unnecessarily hostile response left me very disappointed. I won't be purchasing from this company again.

Love this place! SD RC Raceway has a super fun and laid-back vibe. The track is well maintained, and there's plenty of space to test and race your RC cars. Staff is nice. Track is nice. BUT...why allow adults to VAPE INSIDE nowhere even near the exterior of the building when children are there? I actually witnessed a man walk around on his cell phone vaping and children running through the vape cloud for entertainment. Great place to take the kids. Spent a Sunday at the track with the kids and their Traxxas Slash RCs. Very clean, have good supplied hobby shop and snacks and drinks are availble for the kids. read more
