We went here for an open skate session. We had 2 6 year old girls. The equipment including skates, helmet and elbow, wrist and knee pads worked fine. The rink is outside with a cement floor. Overall it looks ragged. It's not a polished looking rink like most others. That's part of the charm. On the way out we saw the roller derby team practicing. Hope to watch a game soon. read more

I attended this skating rink for my daughter's field trip. I usually prefer indoor skating, but for an outdoor experience, this wasn't bad--I imagine it looks even nicer at night. The staff member in charge who was using the microphone was very kind and helpful. However, the two employees distributing skates came across as rude and unapproachable. I understand that working with large groups of kids can be frustrating, but their attitude was noticeable. At one point, I even stepped in to help distribute skates because the situation felt a bit overwhelming due to their frustration. Overall, the experience was okay, but improved customer service would make a big difference. read more

Stopped by Ringer's for the 90s themed skating night. The rink is outdoors and on cement so just be aware of that. The rental skates seemed to be good quality and clean. There were lots of cute photo spots set up to take pictures and they even had some arcade games. We skated for about an hour before my feet got tired. I was surprised how empty it was for a Friday night especially with a theme. There were only about 15 total people while we were there. Public skating is 12-8pm. We took our teen boys around 3PM to check it out. There's zero shade on skate rink...they need to invest in shade on rink area. Not much of a scene. No one's there...because it's not welcoming. They need shade and maybe like an outdoor area for ping-pong, pool, shuffle board, cornhole...I think if they upgrade the space and offer a bit more they'll get a lot more customers. Great potential. Booked a 15 person skating party package on 2/14/2025 for my 21st birthday lol. Party package included two hours in a private party area, skate rentals, guest of honor is free, three tables and one table for food (they provide black table cloths and center pieces). Outside food is allowed; no alcohol on the premises including the parking lot. You can bring a cooler. Booking is available on their website. Upon arrival, we were greeted and they helped us to our party area. Easy process. We can start the table set up 15 minutes before the party but have to clean up and clear out by 8pm. It was spacious, the skating rink was decent size. They have DJ there that night and his picks were really good. It was throwback night. My guests had fun skating and enjoyed the private area. In order for your guests to get skates, they would have to mention your name. If you exceed over the amount that was in the package, your guests can pay at the counter and be able to enjoy the party area as well. Guests that do not want to skate, can enter the rink without paying. Skating assist device is $10 for rental and they can skate from 5pm to 9pm with the party package. Overall, excellent customer service. Skating rink was super fun. Lots of photo ops around. They have restroom for use. Limited parking. My kids came here for a field trip at school. It's a pretty cool little roller rink. They give you some training aids to help beginners rollerblade. The only issue I have was there wasn't enough staff to Man the food booths or to help out with the arcade. But they provided the kids with lots of arts and crafts. They can build their own little rocket car. Prices are reasonable and there's plenty of parking on the inside. Also parking on the street as well. It's all outdoors so the weather could be an issue. Ringer's Roller Rink has cool art and music to enjoy while you skate around. I hadn't been on roller skates in years so that was a fun throwback especially during 90s night! It wasn't very crowded and we were able to comfortably do laps around without worrying about running into anyone. I'd love to come back to see other events in the future. read more

Aesthetics ain't everything! Hello Date Night! I heard about Ringer's through a semi-recent Yelp event. Although I didn't attend, I knew I would check out Ringer's eventually. Well, eventually finally came and here we are. Luckily, I scooped up a Local Flavor Bogo deal, so I got 2 skate passes, with skates, for about $16. Boom, you know I love a good deal. Located right off of the 94 and Federal, sits Ringer's roller skating rink, with accompanying Roller Derby rink. The skating rink is an outdoor concrete rink, that looks a bit dodgy, but is surprisingly pretty dang smooth. Upon arrival, I was taken aback by the initial look of the place. The rink is rather small, and the operation overall looks a bit low-budget, but don't let that deter you. Once you get your skates on and get the skatin', you and your date will be having a blast! The normal price is now $18, so look out for that bogo so your Hinge bae gets in free...lol. If you are on a date, hit it up on Thursday from 7pm-10pm during adult night (18+ only). There are a few snacks and drinks, to keep you energized and hydrated throughout the night. There are also some benches next to the rink for you to gear up, or take a break when needed. Oh, and they also have $5 equipment rental that nets you knee pads and a helmet (possibly elbow pads as well). Have fun and skate responsibly!!! We recently reserved a party at this skating rink for our son's birthday, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. While check-in was smooth and the initial staff interaction was polite and clear, the rest of the visit quickly went downhill. As a parent, it was concerning to overhear how impatient and, frankly, rude the staff were when interacting with the children. Given that this venue advertises itself as kid-friendly and party-ready, the lack of courtesy and understanding toward young guests was completely off-putting. Children were simply asking for their skate sizes and being met with attitude--it was unprofessional and inappropriate. Yes, kids can be a handful, but that comes with the territory when you cater to family events. The rink itself is very small, with multiple areas lacking railings--both inside and leading up to the rink. This poses a serious safety hazard, especially for younger or inexperienced skaters. While the music was family-friendly and the bathrooms were decently clean, the boys' restroom had only one working stall--the handicapped one--and even that stall's lock was broken. For a party full of kids, this was not acceptable. What truly ruined the experience was the staff's ongoing hostility. Several parents came to me with concerns that their children were being yelled at for simply trying to maintain their balance or for not moving fast enough. One child was even scolded for holding hands with a friend to keep from falling. This was incredibly upsetting. To top it off, as the party was wrapping up, we were rushed and shouted at to leave--even though we had already started cleaning up 10-15 minutes before closing. At only 3 minutes past closing time, we were being aggressively told to "hurry it up." Meanwhile, another larger party that was still inside, taking pictures and leaving out their trays, was not being bothered at all. It felt very unfair and targeted. We weren't even given a chance to return rental skates properly or take a group photo inside. Staff continued yelling at us outside the rink, threatening to lock the gate--even though we were only trying to ensure all the children had been picked up. Their tone was unnecessarily aggressive and completely lacking in professionalism. Several parents who've visited other rinks expressed shock at how poorly this one was run and how badly the children were treated. What should have been a happy memory became a frustrating and upsetting one. Sadly, not a single person from our party had anything positive to say about the staff, and many said they would never return or recommend this venue to others. In summary: this rink might work for a quiet night out or a small adult gathering, but I would strongly discourage anyone from hosting a children's party here. The staff are not equipped--nor do they seem willing--to provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming experience for kids. read more

They offer roller derby and basic skate classes but let someone do something really smooth to music and you'll want to learn to dance on skates. You can spend a lot of time on your own trying to figure things out it let great teachers give you guidance. Those little ah ha moments come a lot faster when someone can watch you and give good feedback. I've seen people who were barely a week on skates stay for the dance classes and get helped with basic skating and dance. Monae sets the class up and then gives everyone attention to get the tips and nuggets that will help them. The staff is really friendly and so are the people who come. This place is really vibrantly colored and if you come when it's dark you get to enjoy the lights. Don't be shy. Go out there and learn to skate or learn to dance while skating. read more

My girlfriends and I made the trek down to the outdoor roller rink on a Saturday night, excited to skate to a DJ spinning our favorite tunes--R&B, Hip Hop, and Top 40 hits. The atmosphere was electric, and the prices were totally reasonable at just $18 for skate rental and admission for three hours. I loved how clean the place was, with photo ops scattered throughout, making it the perfect spot for fun snapshots. I even added a pair of wrist guards for an extra $5, just to be safe. The whole experience was a blast, especially with an attendant on the floor to help anyone who took a tumble and to ensure everyone stayed safe while having a great time. The staff was lovely upon check-in, there's many Photo Booth opportunities with ring lights in place, there's tons of mural art that's filled with energetic colors, and a live DJ! Not sure what I was expecting from a roller rink but this one was pretty cool. Parking isn't my favorite. It's in a gravel parking lot and it's not the best marked, and would be nicer if it was paved and a little better signage, but once you're in, it's a pretty cool little space with a little gift shop complete with snacks, a renting station, super cute rink complete with a DJ. I'm not sure if I'll ever be back. It wasn't my favorite thing, but it was a very cool experience and the vibes were definitely high. Drove down from Temecula for my godsons birthday party here, and it was worth it. This is the cutest outdoor skate ring. There are tons of photos ops, and they put out ring lights to help!! It's such a cool idea. Dj was playing music for everyone. The vibe was a nonstop good time . Side praise. I love the pads and safety gear they have available for newbies. If we lived in the area, we would stop by more often. Oh, and how could I forget the team working here is amazing. They were kind, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Who knew roller blading as an adult would be coming back?! For those who knew me growing up I breathe, lived, and was the princess on rollerblades. I did stunts, beat all the boys on the block in races and stunts, etc. always had the coolest and most updated rollerblades a neighborhood kid could have. Haven't put on rollerblades for 30yrs until now... :: LOCATION :: In the cusp edges of a rougher neighborhood hugging the freeway. It's dark and dingy in the area but the ring itself is bright and lively and is a vibe on its own. There is parking but if the (small) lot full you have to park outside in the darker and not as safe areas. :: VIBE :: Nostalgia. As a child I use to always go to indoor skating rinks. This place is all outdoors. Cute decor, very early 90s and social media friendly. Staff are friendly. I didn't rent as I had my own skates. There is a place for seating and depending on day a live dj spinning. Of course, I'd be at the 90s r&b adult night. Duh! Never lost my spark and was skating like a mofo. I did get talked to for skating way too fast (I skate very fast). The ring may not be my type of pace BUT the evening was my vibe. I toned down the speeding and was able to practice some maneuvers. Had such a blast at Ringer's!! This was my first experience at a Roller Rink out in socal and had a blast. What really stood out to me was the decorations and the staff there. They had such fun murals and lights to take great, fun photos. The staff was extremely friendly and I loved the two staff that were out on the rink the entire time dancing and helping everyone out! I was a beginner and am not used to the type of skates that I rented but after a few goes around the rink I started to get the hang of it. The parking lot is small here, so plan ahead for any event you attend here. The rental process is very simple and the rink is a decent size for being entirely outside! The cement rink is very hard to fall on so be extra careful not to hit your head, otherwise the DJ usually plays all the hits and it's a good time. read more

This was the first time our girls played on an outdoor track and were a bit nervous but the folks at Ringer's made us feel welcome and were so accommodating. We had a great time watching the game! Awesome announcer! And the girls had a great after skate at the rink next to the banked track. They even skated around and talked with the girls from the San Diego team. He escaped from a backyard around noon and ran about a mile through busy streets to get here, where the wonderful workers were trying to catch him, and helped me to locate him when I arrived (shoutout to his AirTag). A really cool spot and overall good spot to learn how to roller skate. I took a beginner class with VERY limited skills in roller skating. This class honesty was a little bit too fast paced for my liking but I felt comfortable trying to follow along with the instructor since she was clear in her guidance and went around to offer personal tips for those struggling (like myself! lol) The beginner class was $20 flat online and attendants are given the choice of signing up for a monthlong subscription to go to unlimited classes and free skates at the rink with those $20 going toward a month payment. It sounds like a great option for those who love skating but since I'm new, I declined because I'd like to get better first. You can rent gear for an additional $5 and they sell water bottles here, too. The decor is SUPER cute and fun! And there are several spots for photo opps, so that's fun! read more
