I emailed and called the place to leave a voicemail, but never heard back. I tried calling back again later in the day and talked to Saul. He knew of this situation and said he would refund me. Half hour later, I got a call back from Vickie. She was on the phone assuming that I received the items and wanted a refund! In my email, I only asked for a replacement of the item so my daughter could get it before her first class next week, I didn't ask for a refund. But Saul told me the item isn't in stock and on backorder so they don't know when the items will be in, so that's the reason I asked for a refund so I can purchase it elsewhere and have it ready for class. Vickie is absolutely rude, she made assumptions on the phone the entire time, til the point I had to ask What she was trying to imply?! At that point she said she would issue me the refund and still imply before she hung up that "if I find it later in my house to return it back to her" My review and comment is just to let others know that if you make purchases online to be careful. It's not the amount of the item, but the common courtesy of good customer service and being a respectful business. If your item is missing, she will just assume you're trying to jip her off. This totally ruined the experience for me and I would not buy from them again! If you're looking into fencing gears, do yourself a big favor and look elsewhere

Had good attention to detail so I thought based on the zip tie spacing on the wiring. Fast forward two months. night ride in glamis was going good until it wasn't and I lost my lighting... Come home and start to look at the wiring. Pull the fuse and relay. both were melted and that fuse blowing saved my 60 grand X3 from being the next car to burn down in glamis! Come to find out they used a wiring harness designed for the squadron sports!!! Very Very Frustrating and Dangerous! What a Fu**ing Joke! From what I been told his he has a reputation to do this!
